   Our chef wasn’t super interactive and we saw other tables with super fun chefs. Also, soup and salad weren’t served without having to ask for them. Super pricy meal and service wasn’t great.

   Sadly, someone in my party, who clearly stated multiple times that she was celiac (severe gluten allergy), ended up being gluten poisoned. We were assured all was safe, but it was not. This makes me so sad because we love this location and the people.

   Our server and chef were great. However, the management is not very good at managing nor hospitality. We were seated late (which is typical at this location) for a 5pm reservation. During dessert, we were asked to leave so others could be seated that were waiting. There must be extreme pressure on through-put instead of getting customers to spend more money (which we would have maybe had another dessert or drink). This place is a joke.

   I’m fine with getting seated with other people but they should avoid seating tables with big parties that take a table and a half. I end up at the mercy of the big party which we all know takes much longer to order and organize. Not only that, them yelling at each other from one table to the other is distracting and unpleasant.

   We enjoyed our meal and our chef tremendously. I always get the Benihana Delight and add a lobster tail. Often my $20 lobster tail is over cooked, but this chef cooked it to perfection. He was fun and did new things I’d not seen before which is rare. He was knowledgeable about the new Wagu items and the guests he cooked Wagu for said he did a great job. My only complaint is the same as always; the servers are spread to thin. I order drinks each time I see my server because I know it’s going to be a good 20 mins before they arrive. Last night was no exception.

    Service was awful. - Sauce was forgotten for shrimp tempura. Had to ask for it. - No saucer or soy sauce given for sushi. Had to ask another server for both. - Asked for more hot water. Water was lukewarm. - Server didn’t offer us the dessert that comes with our meal. I had to ask for it.
