   I can't tell weather I should just never go back to Benihana again OR just never go on Mothers Day. I made this reservation a week in advance for 4:45pm for 4 people (two children and two adults) and then had to wait nearly a hour to get seated. To make matters absolutely the worst, by the time they sat us, they squeezed us into 2 seats at the end where neither kid could have access to the table. The staff did their best to accommodate but this just seemed like we should have been given a complete 4 spots like all the other families around us. This was unfortunate because I loved the food and the chef that served us, so much that I still left a tip for the people that were working hard. I just feel like this was the best worst experience I could have ever asked for to celebrate my wife on Mothers day. My recommendation is to either better manage table reservations OR give people a limit on tables during peak days so others can be served at their reservation time.

   We have a reservation for 7:00pm, and we’re sat an hour and 30 minutes later. Parties were all being seated before us that had a later reservation time. Food was amazing and chef was amazing as well. Service was absolutely brutal, I ordered steak and fried rice with Wagyu and it never arrived.

   When you have reservations, you should be seated at a reasonable time within your reservations, not one hour later! They need to do better!

   The chef performance was entertaining. But service was slow and our server never checked on us to see if we needed more drinks. Had to flag someone down to ask for yum yum sauce, but they were all out. Early on a Friday night? Sad, that was the main reason we decided to try Benihanas. Don't think we'll be back, prefer our local hibachi spot.

   We chose the lunch special, enjoying a Benihana experience in half the time, which I appreciated. The chef was friendly, and the staff, in every position, were genuinely welcoming and attentive.

   Lenzy was our cook and he is the best of the best. Funny, puts on a great show and cooked our food to perfection. Absolutely perfection last night! Tiffany was our server and she was awesome as well. Very attentive and quick to provide anything we needed. Great experience last night and these two made it happen!!

    We had to wait over a half an hour to get our table. We then had to wait to get someone to even ask us if we wanted something to drink. By the time someone came to our table we ordered our entire meal. Our chef didn’t really talk at all to us. He wasn’t animated at all. We were there for my daughter’s birthday and even though the food was the same as always the service was slow and the chef too quiet. He didn’t even flip the shrimp tail. He did the onion volcano and that was it.
