Spicy tofu says it comes with Cilantro, right on the menu. NEVER get it. Have asked about it multiple times and the cooks have no idea what I’m talking about, take off menu if you don’t have/use something. Also got charged for chicken fried rice when I didn’t ask for it and didn’t get it. Wasn’t going to make a big deal over a dollar, but if they do that to everyone, it’s a lot.

Several members of my party and I ordered green tea- we were told there were no clean glasses and we would get it later. It never came. My daughter ordered lemonade that never came. When tea is included in the price and not served or an alternative not offered, I feel the price should be reduced. It took away from the experience.

The noise level can be forgiven because the Resturant was very busy. Busy also means an extended time to get seated and service was slow. We had to request refills and the steamed rice did not arrive until after I had spoken to staff about the missing rice. My wife and son had to eat their teriyaki dishes without the rice they ordered. Other than that, the meal was tasty, even if the portions of the seafood in my dish were sparse. All in all, go for the floor show, not if you are hungry.

Phillip (front host) seated us quickly after us arriving 5 minutes late. We sat down and had waters brought to us right away. Food was DELICIOUS. Our chef was DeVantei and table service was provided by Ben. Love coming here to eat!

Waitress got busy so took a while to get back to us after food was served and we were done eating. I believe Ice cream should be included after meal but we were never asked if we wanted any. Chef was good but not a whole lot of entertainment.

We are a gluten free family. I was assured by the hostess (who was VERY HELPFUL) that the staff was fully educated in GF safety and competence. Food was very good, however, Chul - the chef - cross contaminated when cooking twice. I made him aware and told him that our meal needed to be prepared first before the guest’s meal with noodles and he insisted he knew what he was doing and to “trust him”. He cleaned his cooking utensil and continued on separating the other guest’s noodle meal from ours. After a second time cross contaminating and touching their food with his cooking utensil, I AGAIN, called him out and requested he change utensils as I could not eat food that has been touched with the other party’s food. He made a fuss, threw his head back and RELUCTANTLY did what I asked. Remember….he “knew” what he was doing. I clearly could NOT trust him and had to watch his cooking very closely. Come tip-time, he apologized to my husband and was VERY pushy about us leaving a positive google review. needless to say, we will NOT be back as we cannot trust the GF safety of this restaurant. I had called to ask that our party of 5 be seated separately at our own table to not inconvenience the other table guests and the restaurant could not accommodate that.

We went there for a birthday offer. The food was great and so was the service except we had to ask for every one of the birthday features" green tea, ice cream, birthdY song and photo. Never had to do that on previous occassions.

We had a great time for my daughter's birthday. Our server and chef were great. Very personable and entertaining. The food was delicious and cooked just right. I even have leftovers that I can't wait to eat today! We'll for sure be back, maybe for a date night!

Some of the food was good- specifically the fried rice and the shrimp. The chicken was very tough and not edible. I have found memories of hibachi but this seemed tired. Will not return

The cook was not at all qualified for this job!! the food was not completely cooked and the waitress wasn't around most of the time when we needed to order drinks or forks the cook had to leave the table at least three times while the food was still on the grill

A 6:30 reservation turned into a 2.5-hour dinner. We had to ask for our salads after the fried rice was served. The timeliness appeared to be a restaurant wide problem, yet they appeared well staffed.

The place was dirty and frankly disgusting. The cook tried but was new and didn't even have the proper food for our order on his cart. Of the 7 in our party, 4 became I'll within one hour of the meal. The value for a $425 dinner check absolutely terrible, we, and I mean all of us will never return or recommend this to anyone. It was a special day for a family member at my expense and I was utterly embarrassed and disgusted!

Service is literally THE SLOWEST of all Japanese Steakhouses. We come here twice a month and every time it takes at least 45 mins for chef to come out - doesn’t matter if they’re busy or slow, they’re going to take forever. I’d recommend other Steakhouse’s -better service, better priced food, better culture(Benihana is too mainstream.) Paid $200 for lunch + tipped well- food was good.

We sat at our table for quite some time until a waitress showed up to tell us no one told her she had a table. Placed drink orders and waited at least 10 more minutes for just water. She seemed bothered by any requests we made. Chef came out also seeming annoyed and bothered. Very unpleasant visit. Dissapointing to say the least. Also, there was a large water leak in the waiting area, so there was water dripping on our heads and all over the floor.

The food was fantastic, but the restaurant had dirty floors, empty tables that weren’t bussed, and our table was repeatedly shorted food (missing drinks, not enough salads, not enough bowls of soup, and it took 2 extra deliveries of ingredients for fried rice just to make enough for the people there).

Lisa was our server and she was EXCELLENT! She was patient with all of our orders, despite the busy crowd - and was very pleasant and did a most excellent job! The food was great - the chef was okay (not our best show) - but we did have lots of laughs and went home stuffed!!!
