   Seated in a fair amount of time and then sat for over 30 minutes before we saw a person to take our drink orders. It was all very slow and mismanaged. Chef was decent and did a good job of entertaining. Food was so so.

   Chef was very good & food was delicious. Service was a bit slow & server wasn’t as attentive as expected-several people had to ask for refills, didn’t clear the table as needed. Don’t recall seeing an upcharge of $6 each for fried rice on the menu so this was frustrating.

   The Polaris location was extremely short staffed on Saturday evening when we dined. Wait time were long, Check out machines not working and took 3 hours for dinner. Dishes were not removed timely and drinks were slow to get from the bar to the table. Everyone was doing the best they could under these circumstances but you really need more staffing. I won't be back for a long time due to many things like staffing, check out procedures, mixing our order up with another table, etc.

   Huge waste of money! Food was too salty. Barely any shrimp. Service was horrible!

   Husband asked for no butter and had to wait until it was time to go for his food

   We had an awful experience. The service was terrible, we sat down at 7:30 and did not have a chef come out to our table until 9:15. We had dirty plates in front of us that we had to get switched out, and to top it all off 2 of us found hair in our food while we were eating. This is a terribly managed restaurant and we are deeply disappointed with our experience. Paying top dollar to go out to dinner for bottom shelf service, don’t come here.

   Very horrible service. I already had a poor experience at the Cleveland location but attempted to give the Columbus location a try and service was the same. I won’t be back.

   Portion size has become much smaller and the price is higher for what you get. Slow chef and server wasn't good. Overall not very Japanese for a Japanese Steakhouse, showmanship of chef was not up to Benihana standards.

   The food was delicious and the chef Josh was excellent. The complaint was a 7:30 reservation waiting an hour to be seated and waiting an hou and 15 minutes to have the chef arrive. No explanation at the beginning to explain the situation No discount on the meal or no apology from a manager which was disappointing. I'm going to skip this establishment as a choice for dinner.

    Extremely long wait even with reservation. Got seated 45 minutes after reservation. We waited about another 40-45 minutes for chef to arrive. The waiter provided 2 free appetizers be sure of the delay with chef. Chef was great. Very funny, energetic, and food was cook to perfection
