Overall, I believe they could be more organized. Communication must be off between some of the workers. We got there 15 minutes early to our reservation and still was waiting past our scheduled time, with plenty of tables open and ready to seat people at. Once we were seated, it was pretty nice. At the beginning, our server seemed to be taking a little while. Our server was funny but to an extent is needed you know? He picked on some of us at the table as a joke which is okay and I get, he was just making our time be longer than needed. If you know what you’re getting yourself into and understand the prices and you are okay with it props to you. I just also feel like there is plenty of other japanese places that are better and you get a good amount for your money. Thats just my opinion.

Delicious food, they need more staff, we didn’t get a hibachi chef for a good hour/hour and a half. Everything else was excellent.

Good food but less than acceptable service. Disappointing compared to past experiences. VERY loud! Waited quite a while for chef then he didn't really talk much so it was quite boring. Gave people the wrong food. We should have had dessert but wasn't offered. Probably won't return. Can have a much better experience fir the money elsewhere.

Service was nice, kind workers, however they were slow and the food had a lot of pepper on it. Too much it burned your mouth a little. I think the chef was newer

Service was good but a little slow. Chef was great. Food was just ok, portion size good. I think I go back, I will not go to the hamachi table, regular donning might be better

Rocky was great!! He was entertaining and funny. He made our family dinner fantastic! Our waiter (can't remember his name) was also really good and kept us informed and drinks filled.

Food was fairly good, service from the bar was slow. Chef didn’t seem very interested in being there. Overall atmosphere was very underwhelming for a meal that costs double what it should. Waaaay over priced!! Which I can potentially look past if the atmosphere and experience make up for it. Both fell way short! And there was a group of about 6 early 20-something’s allowed to just wonder around the restaurant, hang out in the lobby, hang out just outside the exit doors. They were disruptive and of course not dressed for a nice restaurant. Which only matters since a dress code is posted at the front door. The fact that not a single employee or manager ushered them out was completely unacceptable. We will never be back.

We waited over a half hour for the chef to come to our table and begin, despite other tables who had been seated after us already being served. Dishes and napkins were dirty. Chef was kind and funny, but did not seem to take as much pride in their work as have previously experienced. Overall, the quality of this Benihana seems to have declined, and it wasn't as fun and exciting as it once was.
