    Bad attitude from a punk chef who feels empowered to treat customers poorly with no fear of consequences. Unfortunately this is a common occurrence at this joke of a Benihana. Been to over 30 Benihanas - only this one has an armed guard. Maybe stop treating your customers like garage and you won’t need a guard. I’ll never return to this location.

    Our cook was new and did not know what he was doing which was unfortunate. There were so many things wrong. Burnt egg; burnt rice; no seasoning; it was just an awful experience. They sat me and my guest at a table by ourselves which should have alerted us to something being different. Other people came in after us but they did not sit anyone with us. There was also a language barrier. Thankfully we had the BEST server. I think he said his name was Keith/Kevin (sorry, I've forgotten). But he was GREAT! We shared our displeasure and the server was very apologetic and explained the cook was new. However, for the prices, that was not a very good excuse.

    Service was great, food was delicious. Had a very Happy Birthday celebration. Michong Maxwell was the best. Will definitely be going back.

    Service has been trash for years now. Food is good still. Always make reservations or you will regret it. Wish this place was like how it used to be to be in 2013. Sad to see the downhill of this place but I still like the food when fresh.

    We were unable to eat due to a large wait time. This restaurant continued to leave reservations open and available on Open Table even though they were already 45-60 minutes behind for a 5:30pm reservation. Not sure how that makes sense. Frustrating circumstance for a Mother's Day dinner.
