   We had a reservation for 7:00pm but were not seated until 7:35pm. We then sat at our table without anyone coming to take drink orders for over 25 minutes. We asked the server who happened to be walking by what was going on and she told us that our server was cut for the night and she would be taking our orders. It took another 20 minutes to get our cocktails and our first appetizer. Then another 20 minutes to get our soup and salads. Its clear that management is the main issue since our server was cut and no one had intended to take over. This was a Friday night with almost all of the tables full, cutting a server seemed silly to me!

   The restaurant was dirty. Especially the bathrooms. Host was also the server. I ordered filet and lobster. Steak was way overcooked and extremely fatty. At $50+$! Ate less than half of cut. We ordered shrimp fried rice with no vegetables, the chef gave our shrimp to someone else and we’re still charged for fried rice with vegetables. We told this to our server who we only saw twice who insisted we pay for the up charge. Will NEVER return. This used to be a favorite

   We were disappointed that our dinner took over an hour longer than it should have. We had been seated an hour before the chef made it to our table.

   First time there! The service was slow and the food was good. Not fantastic but good. Our chef Frank was the best part. He was engaging friendly and was a pleasure to talk with.

   The service was subpar at best. The staff did not seem engaged in their jobs whatsoever and the simplest of asks from our table came across as an inconvenience to the server. The chef was friendly, however made little effort to put on the 'show' we all go to see. He also forgot key ingredients a couple of times, once he went back to get the teriyaki sauce himself and the other I had to ask where the mushrooms and green onions for my teriyaki steak were. He was apologetic but when paying the premium for a meal, you just expect more. I would avoid this location and drive the distance to go to one with much better ratings. It does not appear that this experience is uncommon for this venue.

   I gave had better experiences at other like places. Was very expensive for what we received, poor value. The chef was great and the show was enjoyable.

   We had a horrible experience eating here. Our reservation was at 7:30 PM, but they didn't sit us down until 7:50 PM.. which was fine. For next hour to hour and half, we literally sat down and just waited until the chef became available. The utensils, glasses and plates were also very dirty. I would not recommend going to this place.

    I was disappointed in my experience here yesterday. The table behind me had a loud and obnoxious customer that ruined the experience. I believe the cooks name is Kareem and I felt horrible for him. The women had to be escorted by her husband and appeared to be extremely intoxicated. She yelled the whole time about various different things. She shouted about Marvin Gaye being her man, hating Benihanas and only coming because her daughter passed her nursing board, it being a fake restaurant because her cook was black, calling Kareem a fake Andre 3000 and much more. I did not eat my food there. Her loud and erratic behavior upset my daughter. I asked for a to-go container and immediately left as soon as it was ready. She did have what appeared to be an alcoholic drink in front of her so I am not sure if she stand before coming to the restaurant or is she got that belligerent there. It completely ruined the dining experience and wasted my coupon. I could’ve used it during a pleasurable experience where I could’ve sat down and eaten. Kareem was so professional. I commend him. Customers need to be addressed when in that capacity. It interferes with others.
