Have been here in the past was excited to be back at this location. Faculty is dated, service okay, cook was good, but price is high was charged extra for things that normally came with meal in past. $7 dollars here and there.

We arrived a few minutes late but were seated right away. Server had a trainee in tow. They were both efficient and polite. Cook was not what we had experienced in the past. The showmanship was lacking. We also thought the food was not as flavorful as we had experienced in the past. The soup had way too much salt. The rice didn’t have much taste and the proteins were over priced for the amount given when added to the rice. All protein was just laid on top of each rice bowl, not mixed in. One diner had fillet and that beef was tough and little flavor. The chicken teriyaki was quite flavorful. Other beef dishes were cooked to everyone’s request.

We had reservations at 6PM, but had to wait at least 45 minutes to get seated. Everything I inquired how long until we got seated, I was told there were 3 tables ahead of us. People who came after us got seated before us. Staff seemed to be running around ragged.

I never been there before, but because of the reservations and how busy it was I expected PF changs style setting with a private table. Was seated with a group of, given portions I did not request, and overall just not pleased with the amount of money I spent.

Our chef the real Shrimp Shady was the man. Great experience with his humor. The food was seasoned the best it has ever been. Great time with the family.

Justin was our chef and he was very personable and entertaining! Our table mates were enjoying him as well. We will always request him for the perfect cook and the hot sauce he made for all of us! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Always great food at Benihana they didn’t honor my Birthday discount because I went on a Sunday and the coupon was only good during the week not cool.

Had a reservation for 7:15. Was sat at 8:25. Food on the grill wasn’t started until 9:00. Service was very mediocre and the lobster tail I requested with my order never arrived.

When we got there at 2:45 we were told that we could not sit until everyone was there. Our reservation was for 4 people at 3. When we sat down we were told that we could only order off a certain menu and not what we had came in for . It was $280.00 and we all let hungry. We were rushed through and are dishes were all over the table stacked all around us. We kept knocking them over. We never saw our sever until she brought the bill. We were celebrating two birthdays and it was the worst one . We all left and went to go eat after spending $280.00! We were really hoping for a great night that was a nightmare!
