The prices have gone up significantly. Even with the coupon for my friend's birthday I spent 50 dollars. The waiter was good, I was not pleased with our cook unfortunately. This was my friend's first time there and she said she would not go back. It was a bummer. I usually like going there but this was my first negative experience.

Our chef was fantastic- but our server left something to be desired. We had to ask twice for our steamed rice- the other couple with us must have asked him 5 or 6 times for lemons-

Our tepanyaki chef Alex 5 star!! Everything else not so much. Had a reservation at 6:15 didn’t get our drinks until 7:30. Check was wrong , service slow, etc. Alex saved the experience for us overall. Thank you

Waiter forgot soups and chef forgot rice. Meat is very bland. Veggies and Fried Rice were good. Very expensive. Better off going to a legit steak house at that price point.

Overall the experience wasn’t unlike most times I’ve been to Benihana, but even with a reservation it took over half an hour to be sat. This was very surprising, especially on a Tuesday. The space is generally loud, the service is fine, the food is good although not cheap ($160 for 3 of us). You pay for the show that is the hibachi grill master. Some are better than others and if you’ve been before and had a good time, it usually doesn’t get much better as it can be a crapshoot not just with the cook but the people you sit next to at the table. Overall it was fine, but Benihana is not the only place to go for this type of dining experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time and experience but I was surprised at the bill at the end. Apparently there are $16-17 additional charges for fried rice (2 people)which was not disclosed or mentioned. It is just disappointing that prices have increased so much. Other than that, our waiter and hibachi chef did a great job. You just have to be prepared for the cost.

They refused to sit us for our reservation until our whole party of 8 arrived even though we were only missing one and once they sat us we still waited several minutes for any service and longer before we ordered. Seems it would've been fine to sit us earlier. The menus were dirty with pages sticking together. The table end where I sat had rice and food bits visible in cracks between the grill. That said, the food was great and the chef was great and funny with lots of energy. Fun experience!

Our server forgot to ask us what ice cream we wanted when we ordered Rocky’s choice. Then proceeded to only bring one ice cream to the table and never offered tea. I had to reminded him of the ice cream after we paid.

It took over 20 minutes to get drinks. The server spilled my soup then I had to ask for another napkin. I had to also ask for my rice 1/2 way through the meal since I didn’t get fried rice. My water was never refilled. The chef obviously very new. Left the table multiple times and just left food on the hot surface cooking…. the chicken was over cooked and rubbery. By far one of the worst experiences I have had at a Benihana (and I go 3-4 times a year)

Fabulous servers and cook. Meal was excellent!! As we were leaving a family with a son about 3 came in and he was a nuisance. We were glad our meal was over and could leave. I know there is a dress policy, but an age limit is probably also appropriate.

Our chef was amazing! Unfortunately it was clear they were short-staffed. It took a very long time to get our drinks, drink refills, and used dishes taken. Our chef even had to be the server for a while after our server disappeared for quite some time. Everyone was very nice. Drinks were all tasty. Food good, except the lobster. Not enough butter or lemon. I'd skip that and so the shrimp next time. Also, they were out of green tea ice cream, but we were not informed until the end of the meal. I would've chosen a different meal had I known that.

Food was good and value was as expected. They were very busy and our server worked hard to meet our needs in a timely fashion. The problem is we had a reservation and were not seated until 45 minutes past our reservation time. I understand they were busy but communicate with your customers and don’t seat walk ins ahead of reservations

The Benihana experience never disappoints but the noise from other tables made conversation difficult. Something to separate and buffer the tables would be a plus. The food was delicious and our chef was a lot of fun. My newly turned 21 years grandson ordered a flight of Saki. Nice that he shared. Will definitely go back.

We had a great Chef who was new to the restaurant but not new to table cooking. He did a great job, our meat was cooked to perfection and he did some different “tricks” than what we usually see. He was also very personable.

Had a reservation got seated and waited for roughly an hour before chef came .. he seemed like he was in a rush no entertainment like we are used to just cooked didnt listen when I asked for everything spicy rice was not cooked all the way through just a very big waste of time we were literally starving and ready to go

Made a reservation and still managed to wait an hour after our reservation to get seated. Then waited another 30 minutes just to get our drinks. Definitely don’t recommend coming here during the weekend unless you don’t mind the 2 hour wait. The hostess have a horrible attitude. Only reason I would come back is because our waitress and chef were very friendly and food was great.
