   Didn’t even get into my reservation because they took about an hour post the reservation time. We gave up.

   Always a pleasant and fun experience. Sarh was very helpful and the chef entertained the youngsters at out table

   Chef Alex was wonderful. The food he prepared was very very good and his humor while cooking was Great Gabby, the Table server did an excellent job taking care of us. I would hope that when I come back that I would again have both Chef Alex & Gabby cooking and serving my table.

   Made a reservation for one week ahead, showed up and they were behind by 1 hour, ended up being almost 1.5 hours until the table was ready (they called us). By then we had found another restaurant and ate there.

   They seated us 90 minutes+ after our reservation time which we then found out was due to them understaffing the chefs. So not only did we have to wait a long time, the meal itself then took forever while we had to wait. If it wasn't for my 7 year olds birthday we would have left long before. Needless to say this is the last time we ever go to any Benihana

   We had a reservation for 4:45. We were told it was 30-45 mins wait…. Which is ridiculous. But it was 1 hour and 15 mins wait. And they weren’t changing the time they were telling people

   We went to Benihana’s on Mother’s Day and expected a crowd, but did not expect to wait an hour after our reservation to be seated and then another hour before a chef showed up at our table. The chef was unprepared, didn’t have the food necessary to complete the order, and was very slow in cooking the various items. It was by far the worst dining experience we’ve ever had at this type of restaurant.

   Despite not getting a Teppanyaki table, still had an enjoyable time! Server Ashley was very attentive even with all that was going on. Overall another excellent experience at Benihana!

   Went on Mothers day and it was very crowded. We had reservations for 1:30 but didn't get seated until after 2. It was very warm in the restaurant even warmer where we were seated in a cut out area with no air circulation. We will go back again but ask to be seated on the main floor, if possible.

    Staff was great, but definitely understaffed. It took so long that I ended up eating up eating ingredients as they were cooked
