I was highly disappointed in waiting 45 minutes AFTER my reservation time to sit down to dinner. When you have a proper system, your reservations should be on time. The lobby and bar staff seemed annoyed and irritated at the customers for being irritated. No offers or apologies were given. Our drinks could've been comped... we had sodas. And then we noticed there were short cuts made for the chefs so it took them less time. At $75 per person, that doesn't include alcohol, we should have the full show and be seated within 15min of our reservation at most. The food was good, but not worth the money anymore. I hope they take note and do better.

It’s height of busy day on Father’s day. Some order was not turned in, at least it was not charged. It is always fun experience specially for the kids.

Had an exceptional experience dining here for our early Father's Day celebration. Rose, our chef Joaquin, the front desk woman, our server Mehmet, and Joe were especially accommodating from the moment we arrived, until the end, helping me with all of my questions and requests along the way. The fathers were full and satisfied, the kids were entertained, everyone in between had nothing but great things to say about the food and kind staff. I was nervous about booking for such a large party for a busy Saturday afternoon, but it went seamlessly.

Our waiter/server was very kind and efficient. Our chef looked bored and disinterested. I had the filet mignon dinner with teriyaki sauce. It was very salty. I don’t know if it was the teriyaki sauce or what he seasoned the steak with when he put it on the grill. I left half of my steak there. The ginger dipping sauce is now very thin. It still tastes good though. I have been going to the Burlingame location for many, many years and unfortunately the past two dinners there have been a disappointment.

the food as always was stand out great. Ive been coming to Benihana for many years now for both special occasions and for birthdays. Ive never been let down yet. and i appreciate the continuity of service and the quality of food.

We enjoyed our time at Benihana’s from being greeted by Philip The awesome bartender to our server Henri to our chef was very entertaining and food was delicious. It was a birthday dinner and well worth it!!!
