   Went for grad dinner was seated quickly. Food was delicious. Our “chef” Zane was entertaining and personable. Overall, a great experience!

   Birthday lunch celebration. Food, service& chef’s performance was wonderful & memorable. Received picture & complimentary ice cream for birthday. Will definitely return. Thank you Benihana!!

   It was Morhers day, sure, but we walked in and they said they were 1 hour behind. We had 6:45 reservation and they said they were just seating 5:45. Poor planning system obviously. We went to the bar and squeezed in- ended up just eating there so we missed the whole reason to go to this restaurant…. Sitting at the cook plates and watching the prep of the food.

   We had reservations for 6:00 pm. We were not seated until 7:20pm. I had two babies with us. This was unacceptable. Why do we make reservations? This is poor management from the restaurant. We were not given any time line to be seated. Once seated, the service was excellent. The cooking show was great as usual.

   Mother’s Day - so very busy. Crowds of patrons. Was not organized correctly. We informed Reed be at the bar agreement was to come get us. They did not. 20 minutes after our table was ready. I had to go up to the front desk to inquire which point they said they were yelling for us, but obviously they did not follow our agreement to come get us at the bar. Bartenders were confused and disorganized and inefficient. Drinks not very good. Ambience in the back bar room felt like a cheap casino Café. Maybe I’d go again on a slow day, but Certainly never again on a big crowd. Could not hear the chef performer, smooshed into the table. Everything felt rushed. Spending a lot of money for the gimmick. Better just go to another restaurant.

   Management and service were terrible. We had to wait over an hour for our reservation. They were extremely overbooked and didnt have anything to offer guests who had to wait that long for their reservation. Everyone was waiting. It was horrific. Once we were seated, the waitress was rushing through everything at the beginning and rarely came back to our table to check in. The table was also not very clean and took forever to get hot enough for the chef to start cooking anything. The chef didn't do any of the regular tricks they normally do either.

   They were extremely behind and over booked. No heads up from the staff, no acknowledging the fact that they were 45 mins behind on the reservations when asked when we would be seated. Poor management by the front of the house to overbook on Mother’s Day. Saw a bunch of old moms standing for an unreasonable amount of time, no extra chairs brought out for the elderly. No offer to comp a portion of people’s bills, no offer to start bringing out beverages for people who were waiting to start out with. Just really poor management. Then you pay over $500 with gratuity built in. Gratuity is based off of service, it’s a choice for the customer and it’s subjective. Your service was crap on a very important day. I’ve been going to this location for the past few 10 years and watched it slowly decline. I will no longer be going here.
