I was really disappointed to see that the place looked filthy. When we got to our table two of the plates where dirty. It definitely needs a fresh coat of paint.

The service overall was great. Although we did experience a little wait time, the food and drinks were exceptional. The chef was very interactive, and our server was kind and helpful. She tending to our needs and was consistent with making sure we were okay. However, I do not like that when you make reservations, you still have to wait on another party (when they are running late) until you can be seated. I would definitely recommend this location, and will return again.
I booked a reservation for 2:00pm and didn’t get seated until after 3. The cook didn’t come out until after 4. We were only given strawberry lemonades for The inconvenience/wait. I could not find any manager in site who has checking on things. It seemed as if every server was avoiding eye contact, it was obvious that we had been sitting for a while. We received no apology or explanation for our extended wait. We left around 5. We were there a whole 3 hours just to have lunch. The server was sweet though, and the food was good. But the flow of the entire restaurant was chaotic.
The food and chef was excellent. But the wait even with reservations was over an hour. Long wait takes away from overal experiance.

The manager Matthew was fantastic his customer service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced in any food industry. They were running a behind and had a full house when they opened but he made sure they communicated with customer and got us beverages while we waited..
The music was loud, other than that good

We had a reservation at 1:30 pm. We arrived at 1:20 and had to wait about 30 min to be seated. Finally our chef arrived at 2:30, one hour after our reservation time! That is unacceptable. The restaurant looks filthy and the carpet seemed to be in needed of deep cleaning. The chef was great and the food very good. But overall this restaurant is a big disappointment. This restaurante used to be excellent.
We were celebrating our kids birthday and they only got an ice cream (only one of them has whipped cream and a cookie, the other one got only a scoop) and nobody ever came to our table to sign happy birthday. We saw them singing in other tables. And I think it was because we asked why our chef was taking so long.

Hostesses were not very welcoming and made my group wait to be seated for no apparent reason. Did not see much if any social distancing. A waitress (not our assigned but some random other) stopped to check on us but did not clear dishes or help us and did not wear her mask. The manager stopped by and was welcoming and the chef was good not much interacting though. Overall food good but overpriced and drinks just ok nothing special.

Just a family dinne my wife and two kids age 4 & 8 they had an amazing time while the chef performed tricks. Number one family restaurant will be back next week.
When we arrive for our reservation at 9:00 we were informed that our table wouldn’t be ready until 10:30. After waiting for a extra hour and 30 minutes when it was time to be seated we waiting another 40 min to get out orders taken. It was my wife’s birthday dinner and it was a horrible experience
I will never return worst experience ever. Had to wait an hour for an table then my cook and server was rushing us didn’t leave till after 12
Everything was awesome. My husband and I had a great time. The food was perfectly cooked and our server was knowledgeable. A nice lunch date!!!

On July 9, 2020 we had reservations for 9:30pm while en route we received a call at 8:48pm to confirm we were still coming. Upon arrival we sat in waiting area per usual until the table was ready. Well low and behold the hostess comes to inform us that they needed us to wait a bit then finally comes to explain what happened. They overbooked because another group brought additional people so we needed to be bumped which we were like okay since they really were not giving us an option. However, this could have been told to us over the phone. Then we were told the General Manager, Charles Barnes would be coming to speak with us and this never happened. Even though he was walking around socializing in the faces of his female guest hand delivering wine to the table. The hostess comes back and says has he come over and we are like no he has not come over nor has he even acknowledged us and has passed us on several occasions. The hostess then comes back with Jalisa Jennings, Manager who comes over and listens to what has happened. She then offers me and my boyfriend a complimentary drink and appetizer. We are finally seated after 10pm then we wait over another hour until a cook is available at this point the table of other guests were frustrated. Charles Barnes proceeds to come to the table our first time hearing him speak. He states he is sorry about our wait and he was going to check on the status of our cook and would be back. He never comes back we then ask for Jalisa after some time passed see above. She gets everything settled and worked with each group to resolve our issue by comping the entire table. She made the entire experience pleasant since it took almost 2 hours post reservation time to actually eat. Charles Barnes SHOULD NOT BE THE GM AT ALL, Jalisa Jennings needs a promotion and should manage the restaurant.
Additionally, they were out of colossal shrimp and vegetables and of course that is a GM task so he is not managing efficiently.
This specific Benihana location continues on a downward spiral for service, quality our chef didn't arrive until 6:35 which was totally ridiculous (made worse by our waitress telling us at 6:15 (after the table complained) that the chef was on his way SOON)). To make things worst, my wife and I were seated at two wrap around end seats which ended up with us receiving large amounts of grill smoke DIRECTLY into our faces and clothing for the last 15 minutes of our meal. Fellow diners at our table were in disbelief. When complaining to our chef and, afterwards, to the manager (with red eyes and while coughing); NEITHER tried to address the issue or even apologized. My wife does not EVER want to set foot in this particular Benihana EVER AGAIN and I agree...
Food was great and nice show put on by Chef. I would recommend yet pricey.
I cannot believe that this restaurant is filling up the tables with not even an empty seat between guests! The waitress provided the worse service I have ever received at Benihana in over 20 years! She forgot everything we asked for we had to ask multiple times, our plates were dirty and we had to wait to get new ones it was just extremely poor service the worse ever and this is my all-time favorite restaurant
Time to get food was a bit too long.
Even though there’s a pandemic,w and my guest were smushed at a small table 6 other people, and we had to wait over an hour for our chef to come and make our food. I suggest just going anywhere else because it’s not worth it.

The food was dropped more on the floor rather than our plates! The food was under seasoned and the cook had an attitude when we tried to ask for anything!

My experience at this place completely turned me against ever eating at this restaurant. My server was very nice and understanding, my chef was great! And food was fine. But management at this location don't give a crap about their customers... They act as if its a run down hole in the wall thats going out of business. They have a black female manager here that needs to be fired. And they don't follow rules of social distancing.. They sit their customers at back to back tables that are less then six feet away while having plenty of open tables to spread guest out safely. Most of the workers here don't wear mask. Its a very unsafe, rude, unprofessional place to eat at. Would not recommend this location!!!
