   Our reservation was at 8:45pm, we got seated at 9:25 we waited for the chef until 10:05pm and the Chef never came we left without having dinner at 10:10pm! Worst experience ever!

   While no one approached our two tables for our group for about 15 mins, it turned great after we finally got acknowledged. Kudos to our chef who was from Cali with Jamaican roots. He realized we were hungry and hurriedly made our food. Big up my yuute 🥰

   Overall good experience. The server was very attentive and an overall sweetheart. The chef was nice but I would have liked a bit more of a show, since one of the reasons you go to Benihana is for the experience. The food was also slightly over seasoned. But overall, a nice night out with my nieces.

   Service was terrible. Had to track down a random chef just to get a water after an hour. The dishes that were included they made you ask for. Years ago you’d sit, get water, green tea, ginger salad then onion soup and your order would be taken in between. This place is trash, loud, servers blatantly ignore you. The cook was good and the food but, yeah…never going back. It’s a relic and better left a memory like most of old Atlanta.

   My reservations were for 8pm. We were seated at 9pm. We don’t start getting food until 10pm. The cooks and the servers were actually doing a decent job. This place is poorly managed. It was clearly overbooked. Will never come here again

    Disappointing Experience at My Son’s 19th Birthday Dinner I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as I brought my son there for the very first time to celebrate his 19th birthday. While our waiter was wonderful and did check in on us throughout the evening, the overall experience was unfortunately very disappointing. We had a reservation at 7:00 PM but didn’t begin eating until nearly 9:00 PM. It seemed that there was a mix-up, as the chef who was supposed to serve our table was sent elsewhere, and even after the issue was recognized, we still had to wait. When the chef did arrive, he seemed disengaged and rushed, which made the experience feel less special especially for a first-time guest celebrating a birthday. By the time our food was finally cooked and served, most of us were already full from waiting and sipping drinks. We barely had time to enjoy our meals before to-go boxes were being handed out, which only added to the sense that we were being rushed out. I spent $200 for this birthday dinner, and I honestly expected a more enjoyable and memorable evening for my son. While I appreciate our server’s effort to apologize, nothing else was done to acknowledge the inconvenience, and it left us feeling disappointed on what should have been a special night. Thank you for taking the time to hear this feedback. But our server he was amazing and did a great job.
