Told you guys. Horrible service they don’t consider reservation times. Horrible customer service. To many un experience Worker’s. Word of advices shape up or you will loose business we ended up driving to shogun in Laverne. Thank you for letting us find a nicer and better place.
Chef was new. exhaust fan was not working. Cooking smoke in our faces and clothes. Will not return.
We went on a Wednesday night thinking it would not be packed, but it was. Our waitress had way too many tables to tend to and we didnt feel we got the service we deserved. Had trouble getting more drinks and ordering sushi at our teppan table. We were celebrating my birthday and the waitress didnt even come back with my birthday dessert until the other guests at our table left. So it was me and my husband sitting there. She came alone and was going to sing to me, but all the other people that celebrated birthdays there that evening had a group of waiters. I was embarassed for her to sing alone, so she didnt sing. Then I asked her to take our picture so I could get it in the cute Benihana frame like I do every year. We waited 10 minutes and she never returned. VERY disappointing. Not sure I will be returned to Benihana any time soon.
Our chef and waitress were friendly and helpful but the host and hostess did not greet me when I stood in front of her. They seemed to be a bit snobby.
Our food was very good. I was asked if we were celebrating an event and I said a belated birthday. That apparently meant nothing. The cook did a wonderful job and the service was excellant.
We have had Andrew the chef twice now and I can tell you he is the Best. He has personality and cooks our food to perfection. He makes sure you are happy with everything. Showman to fun at his table.
We had a great 2nd Anniversary dinner!
They dropped the ball on our reservation. We got there at 5:50. Our reservation was at 6:15. It was 7 and we had not been seated yet. I went to ask, and they said they thought we were already seated. I still had the devise they gave me to supposedly alert me when they were ready for us. After the waitress took our order, she left and we never saw her again until when she brought the check. She did go to break, but the other waiter never offered to bring us anything. Not the best experience overall.
cramming to many people into small table isn't necessary
It was cool. Always nice to have an entertaining chef. Dustin was cool. Our kids were excited. Little expensive but you're paying for dinner and a show.
The restaurant was full and loud, it was difficult to have a conversation. The show was great, the food excellent. It is expensive, and not sure why fried rice has to be an upsell. The expense is worth it.
Our cook Andrew was great! He was friendly, personable and fun! He interacted well with everyone at the table and cooked everything great!

Being going here for almost 25 years and this was the first time I noticed it went down hill
Food was good, 'entertainment' by the chef was good. My party was celebrating a double birthday, and we love the fact that Benihana's is the only restaurant that actually takes a picture of the celebrants so that we can remember our special event - plus they make the photo available for you in a digital format online. I think more restaurants should offer this service to their customers to help make their visit special! We had a great time and will be back again soon. Thanks, Open Table/Benihana!
I have been to this location twice. Both times I have made reservations and waited well over an hour before being seated.
I was very pleased with the two bar tenders at the bar the evening of August 5th. They were very friendly and accommodating given the circumstances. Recommending to get some appetizers while we had to wait and keep on checking in with us. Their attitude definitely helped!
Too much wait time, even with reservations. Then they were short of chefs at the table.

Chef Magana was great! Waitress Cynthia was very pleasant. One of the best "dinners" we have had there in a long time.
Terrible experience we had to wait an hour in half for our food to start cooking then when the cook got to our table the grill was off we had to wait more to heat it up. I will definitely not go there again
We had reservations for 7PM but were not seated until 745PM. The hostess kept saying 10 more minutes, but...
When we got to the table we waited another 25 minutes to place our order, the 15 more for soup and salad to come out. We still had not had the chef come to the table. We asked to speak with the manager but no one came over.
We ended up leaving at 845PM and walking across the parking lot to El Torito.
I emailed the corporate website about our experience yet haven't heard back.
Overall everything was great. The food was amazing and the chef was very amusing. With a reservation we did still wait a little over 30 minutes so that was a bummer.
i have reservation at 1:30 but when i came we still need to wait 30 minutes to go to table and the food is horrible taste, they just sell the attraction how to cook but not the quality, i definitely not coming back and not recommend

I would recommend to a friend but I would warn them about the wait time even after having a reservation. I would say take snacks for kids.
Service really seemed to lag. Took a very long time to receive our apps. The first app ordered didn’t even make it out to the table. They had forgotten it. Two members of the party got burned by some oil. One was on their arm the other was their face. We noticed a chef being rude to our waiter. The only thing that I really enjoyed besides the food was the drinks. It’s a shame because we had enjoyed being there before.

Our cook Kampan I think that’s how you spell his name. Was great like always. I was happy to see him again. It had been a long time since we saw him.
His rice making skills are incredible. Cooked my steak perfect, and put on a great show with BIG Volcano.
Experience was great
sat down for about 40min while we waited for the chef and the table wasnt even on or heating up therefore had to wait another 15-20min to even start cooking. we didnt really get a show it was just cooking the food and getting it to us so we weren't starving. always come to benihana and this was just very disappointing
The manager was terrible!!! Very rude and confrontational. I was automatically charged 20% gratuity for a 4 person party, which he told me was policy and I know this to be false!!
The cook needs more experience with the tricks. The meat was a little too raw and we asked the cook if he could cook a little more the, he said he couldn’t put it back on the grill.
I have come many times and love it! The chef was awesome but the service was so slow just to Get our drinks, soup salad. Our waitress barely checked in and when we left she was gone after us. My birthday ice cream didn’t have the standard birthday one with the pocky and no photo was offered. I come at least once a year but maybe not after this time
We have never been to a Benihana and we will never be at again. Horrible experience
I made reservations for my nieces' birthdays and we had a great time. The only thing is that we had to wait longer than usual for the chef to come out, but once he did, he made up for the wait. It was great. Thank you, Stivo!
We go to this restaurant several times a year and we were shocked this time. The menus were sticky and clearly dirty & when we asked for clean menus the man just shrugged & said those are all we have. They started to sit us at a table that was dripping water from the air conditioner and the seats were all wet as well as the table top but no one had checked it before seating us. We waited for approximately 10 minutes for another table ( by the way we did have a reservation). We then waited again for a server for about another 10 minutes, then again another 10 minutes for the chef. He seemed in a hurry to get the food cooked and on the plate and was sloppy and the food was undercooked. We went to the restroom to wash our hands after the menus and it was disgusting. One of the sinks was stopped up & there wasn't any toilet paper or seat covers in the one working stall. The other stall was locked. It was dirty like it had not been cleaned all day. We told the staff that there wasn't any paper & it was dirty and they said they would take a look. When we finished dinner over an hour later we again went to the restroom before leaving and it was in the same condition. Has this location changed ownership? What has happened to it? I'm so disappointed because we love going there. We have a planned dinner there in August and at this point I'm not sure I want to chance it.

The only problem is that they put 9 persons in a table of 8 and I don’t feel comfortable
Our server David was great. When he went on break the service was very bad. It took a while before someone checked on us for drink refills. Chef had the wrong order for one of us. He said we needed to take it up wit waiter. Instead of getting the waiter for us we had to get up and find a waiter to help.
I would definitely bring family here for a speacial occasion !
