   Great food. The chef was funny. But everything we touched was so oily … the chairs, tables, table tops. Also, the bathroom was really dirty. There were paper napkins and water on the ground.

   Long wait for an okay experience. We had a reservation for 6:30 but weren't seated until 7:00. No one came to check in on us until 7:30. After taking our orders, the waitress came back about 15 minutes later to reveal they were out of several types of meat and we would have to redo our orders. When the chef finally arrived, he didn't have a ton of energy in comparison to some of the other tables (I only noticed because we had been waiting for so long, so it was easy to observe the other performances). To top it all off, they ran out of half of the ice cream options. I understand it is a holiday weekend, but we've had similar things happen the last two years, so we feel like the restaurant needs to prepare better for the holiday rush.

   Chef was great. Food was great. Helper or assistant was lousy, had to keep reminding him of my appetizer, refills, etc… I ordered chocolate ice cream, he gave me vanilla. My daughter didn’t even get asked what flavor ice cream she wanted. Was my daughters birthday, no one came up to sing her Happy Birthday (I saw two other tables get that acknowledgment, not us).

    We went for my son’s birthday. So much fun and the food was delicious. The only thing that has always bothered me about it is that I always feel rushed. Otherwise, our server was great and our chef was hilarious!

    During the week this place gets loud as many people come to celebrate birthdays and special events, and use their coupons. It depends upon how skilled and entertaining your chef is, but generally we have been well- entertained, and always very well fed!

    First time at this location. Our chef was GREAT! Was disappointed to find out that a side of rice was the same price as an upgrade from white to fried rice. There was a hair in my lemonade. Also, this is the first location I visit that does not take a souvenir picture. One last thing- they didn’t clear the dirty dishes before bringing out the birthday dessert.

    Bartender & Hostess we're not helpful or informative I had to go get our appetizers because they were too busy. Printer was broken so no picture, Server took a long time to return even cook was looking for her. I felt rushed to have to pay the bill. I would not return to this location.

    We usually go to Benihana for my children’s birthday or even my birthday. Yesterday was the worst experience I’ve ever had at that restaurant our reservation was for 5 o’clock we got seated at 5:10 did not have any food or appetizers until 6:20 the cooked arrive late we ordered some things I did not arrive until we were almost done with our food. They ran out of kids cups for kids. They ran off some of the ice cream it’s like they just kept coming back and apologizing for their mess ups and I understand if they’re shortages and stuff but this was ridiculous. Tons of people were waiting. I think I may have to change our birthday traditions now after this experience.

    This was our second time eating here. We were sat on time and orders taken immediately. Drinks, soups and salads brought out quickly. This where our meal fell apart. After nearly 1 hour the chef still had come out to cook the rest of our food. We were not the only poelpe to frustrated by this. The 3 people to our left said they were fed up and left. We qui kly agreed and also left. I don't think we will return to this location anytime soon. There was no offer to make things right.

    It was my dad’s first time so i took him for his birthday and luckily we got the more private tables in the back and the wait wasn’t too long which was a plus it made his experience worth it our chef Josue was really nice as well the food was amazing it all went smoothly and my dad left super happy , thank you Benihana ! 🩷

    Went to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately it was also graduation time and the restaurant was extremely busy. Had to wait an additional 25 minutes beyond original reservation time. But the manager did a grat job is handling the situation. She was polite and very professional. She had to turn away walk in customers and she had a very rude out of towner complaining about how it was "inconvenient" for them to go elsewhere. She was a pro and explained the staff shortage and high customer traffic. Very well done. Our server was very nice and friendly. The cook was both funny and outstanding in his preparation of our meal.

    The service was not up to par. Appeared to be short on wait staff. Took over 30-40 minutes to get dessert and the bill. And normally we get a birthday photo but that never happened.

    We made reservations for 7pm however, werent seated until 8pm. After that, we had to wait another 30-40 mins to start eating. The food tasted great but not sure if the wait is really worth it.

    We had a reservation on May 16 at 6:45. We did not get seated for close to 40 minutes. Restaurant was very crowded so we understand a little bit of a delay in seating but not 40 minutes When we were seated the grill was dirty and the floors were disgusting. Even after being seated 40 minutes late it took another 30 minutes plus before any food was being served. All of the food was way over seasoned and the meat was smothered in butter. You could not taste the steak – – all you could taste was butter All in all we were there well over two hours or something that should’ve taken about an hour. Rick and Linda Hill

    Waited an hour to be seated, even thou we. Felt rushed we had a party of 8 and 3 of them ice cream on there meals but never was served… we told them we were celebrating 2 birthdays 🎂 but no one came to sing like on other tables. Check was approx. $400 seemed short staffed our server was taking care of numerous tables and cook finished other table before coming to ours like 20 minutes after we were seated or more… I ordered a single drink and to my surprise she brought me a shareable that was. $48 when asked was that a single she said no but it can be my reaction was like nooo I didn’t order this but server just ignored… if we would’ve gotten the right attention and all of our items it would’ve been great.

    Being going to Benihana for years. Chefs have always been open to cooking to the customer’s satisfaction. The chef was very rude, tried to give me rice with chicken when I asked for vegetable, and tried to give me a sauce he made up instead of the sriracha sauce that is used for the spicy rice. When we asked for our food to be a certain way he was very rude about our request and didn’t fulfill our request. The manager was barely sorry and the chef made the rest of our experience awkward. We will never visit this Benihana ever again and I will never offer a recommendation for this particular location.
