No point in making an reservation, still waited over 30 min to be seated. Hostess were rude and told me I am on the list like everyone else. Also was finally seated , took a waiter to come greet us over 10 min because waiter was on lunch . Never again, Open Table take restaurant off your list, they do NOT honor your reservations

Fernando was AMAZING!! We waited over an hour before he was able to come to us, which was a bummer, and our other waiter wasn’t very attentive, but Fernando’s friendliness helped make the experience worth the wait!

The Benihana in Anaheim is not only a fun experience but the service outstanding and the food is delicious. Our favorite place to order the filet mignon and scallops as both can easily be ruined by overcooking but the chefs at the Anaheim Benihana always cook both perfectly.

Fried rice was the biggest disappointment tonight…it was very mushy. The chef seemed to be rushing through or does not know how to cook. Everything was under cooked and no flavor. For the first time, I am very disappoint with tonight’s meal.

Had a reservation, waited 15 min to get seated and an hour at the table for a cook. The cook was super messy and rushed through the show. I asked for ice water and never received it. It was my birthday and I wasn’t even sang to and when another couple asked the waitress about my family photo, they said the printer was broke.

The experience was amazing and overall it was near perfect. The only issue I had was our chef was very low energy and compared to the other tables near by wasn’t up to that level of engaging with our table. There were moments when I felt like having the other chefs because he was laughing and joking with the people at the table. We were there for a birthday so that would have been nice to have that fun engagement.

We had planned a birthday and had booked the reservation weeks in advance. We showed up right at our reservation time and had to beg the manager to seat us over 1/2 hour later. The hostesses were unfriendly and unhelpful, but the manager was amazing and very helpful. We almost left because our kids were hungry and no hope in sight when and if our reservation would be honored until the manager got involved. Otherwise, I have no doubt we would still be waiting. Our chef was excellent though and made it almost worth the wait.

We visit frequently for special occasions. Aaron was one of the best chefs we have had. The food was delicious too. Only negative thing it’s very pricey and expensive now. Before it was more affordable. The entree prices really went up. Over $ 170 for 3 people with tip.

We had a reservation at 6:45pm. It took 1 hr and 20 minutes for the chef to start making our food. The vegetables were hard, they needed more cook time. Our chef didn't provide us with mushrooms despite our plate coming with it. The food needed more seasoning and the chef basically cracked jokes rather than entertain us woth his skills. The chicken tenders I ordered for my son took about an hour to make. The server was nice but when I asked about the lack of mushrooms and how long it took for our chef to come out and cook for us, she blamed on how busy it was rather than trying to find a way to make it up. The server forgot to give us ice cream until we had to ask for it. The service was all over the place and we will definitely not be coming here again, especially for the price.

Excellent shrimp and vegetable tempura--light and tasty.. Teriyaki steak was good, but the filet mignon was magnificent. The shrimp saute was overcooked and tough, so was the shrimp appetizer. Fried rice was excellent and our chef was masterful.

The food was great as always and the chef was excellent and very friendly. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We were seated for an hour and still hadn’t even received our salads. Our server was not only extremely slow to begin with, often disappearing for 20 minutes at a time but then she went on her break without telling anyone. I had to go speak with someone at the front of the restaurant to bring it to their attention before we finally got another server to cover our table while our server was gone.

My party and I got to our reservation before time. I still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we waited another 30 minutes to give our order. Other parties arrived after us, and they were service before us. Once our chef came over, he rushed it on cooking our food. My food was tasteless and wasn't cooked all the way through. I will definitely think back in returning to such an expensive restaurant and not get serviced correctly.

The price has gone up way too high! Service was not great. It was not worth the amount we paid. I could have went to The Ranch for the same price or less. We have been coming for years and noticed the price increase the last time we were here but this last visit was crazy. Kids meals are now $25! My usual is now $63 which is nuts. We all agreed we would not be back.
