    Me and my wife dine in every other week the food is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing we always choose Chef Dvontae he is funny and he can cook if he’s not there we will not eat there We’re so comfortable with him and love having him as our server

    Roberto(Rigo) always delivers an amazing show and delicious food. Also, our waiter, Tibor was great. He was very attentive, energetic and friendly.

    Waited 20 mins to be seated with reservations. Took 1 & 20 mins before chef came out to cook. Food used to be amazing now it don’t even have no flavor or seasoning. I mean horrible ain’t the word. From the service to the food was horrible. I mean HORRIBLE! I do not recommend. Spent over $200, it was so trash. Benihana really fell off. I won’t be back.

    I’ll start by saying I bypass the Buckhead location to come here. The poor experience started with the hostess bunny, Ryan or whatever her name is (which isn’t a name she gave when asked). I requested a specific chef and server. Nala and Tibor. She told me both were there upon arrival. After waiting 30 minutes she says “Tibor was just sent home” meanwhile he was still serving tables that we could visibly see. She then says chef Nala isn’t here. “She must’ve left before I got here” which I later found out wasn’t true either. She was not there that day period which the hostess knew and did not tell us. She accepted no accountability for her mishap for the second time! In my personal experiences with her. I called for a manager which took 15+ minutes to come and was told “she’s working on the floor” by SAME HOSTESS. I had direct line of sight to the floor and the manager was no where to be found. Asia the manager came and was apologetic and said she’d take care of us. Tibor did serve us and his service was excellent per usual (to the point where he remembered our orders from previous service experiences). The food was ok. With a total without tip of $150+ the manager’s definition of “taking care of you” was $28 off the bill. This is by far the worst service experience I’ve had at this location. The hostess is subpar and either needs additional training in customer service or another job! Everyone makes mistakes it the damage control that counts afterward, especially in the customer service business. This mishap could’ve been handled differently on the part of the hostess and the manager. I can go to buckhead if I want lousy service!!

    Almost $7 up charge for fried rice is absolutely insane (especially when your meal already comes with rice). Mediocre food at best. Definitely not worth the prices

    I made reservations for 645 p.m. and we didn’t get seated until 7:30 PM all of my party were there by 7 PM and we still had to wait a long time to get seated The service was excellent. The food was delicious. I think there was some confusion with the pricing of our meals. I ordered scallops and shrimp meal and they separated the cost, but we went ahead and paid it just have to be careful going forward.
