We dine here often and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious. I had the flounder special, and really enjoyed it. Lindsey was our waitress, and always gives great service, with a pleasant attitude and smile.
Salmon was great. Service was excellent.
We always enjoy our time at the Belvedere!
This was without a doubt the best dining experience I've had in a very very long time. As a first time customer I was blown away by everything this establishment had to offer. The food and service were just excellent and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The day we were here was an extremely hot one and when our waitress showed up with the huge carafes of ice water right away it just gave a real welcoming feel right away. 10/10. Can't wait to go again.
Great evening! We had delicious appetizers and entrées and great shareable desserts. Portions were large, everything was presented wonderfully, and our service was excellent. Very nice atmosphere and not loud so we could enjoy our conversation. Would definitely recommend and would revisit when in Lancaster.
Date night with the hubby on a weekend getaway. Perfect spot!
Our waiter was very good and knowledgeable of all the specials. Also, he made some great recommendations for cocktails.
Always spot in with service and food
We ate in the upstairs dining room. Food and ambiance were outstanding, service just OK. Waiter tried to rush us. Had to ask what the specials were. Did not get 2 plates for splitting an appetizer. Entrees arrived before I could order my wine. I expect more professionalism when I’m paying top prices. But yes, it’s lovely and the food is beyond expectations. I’m chalking up the service as COVID related.
Atmosphere, food, service all first rate
Always enjoyed this restaurant as the food, the set and the ambience is always fantastic. Cannot wait to go back
The server was wonderful! He recommended the flounder special and he was so right..it was fabulous. We have been here a few times and we will be back!
Had a fabulous dining experience! Our waiter, Jimmy, took good care of us.
This restaurant is awesome. Jamie was our server. He was awesome, professional, attentive and friendly. Everything ordered was prepared to perfection. The atmosphere was great. Reminds me of old money. I recommend the Belvedere Inn Restaurent for any occasion.
Great staff and good!
Food was excellent. We ordered the crab dip, chicken piccata and veal oscar dishes. Jimmy was a most attentive and informed waiter, made our evening very enjoyable. We were celebrating our 32nd anniversary, and this was the 10th-15th time we have chosen Belvedere for this occasion, always well worth it. Only down side is we were too full to order dessert! Next time :)
Place was very nice. Staff was friendly and accomadating. Food was very good. I really enjoyed the muscles as well as the lobster dip for appetizer. The veal and the short rib we very tasty. The chocolate cake for desert was phenominal. Overall, great experience. Check out the jazzz lounge upstairs!
The Belvedere Inn is a wonderful gem here in Lancaster. The food is outstanding and the service is top notch. Great place to go for a date or to have dinner and drinks before a show at the Fulton. Their signature Caesar Salad (with blacken chicken or salmon as I prefer) is out of this world. The lettuce is fresh, the salad dressing is just right and the protein will have you wanting more. I normally go for the seafood specials when I go to the Belvedere. Sunday's special was a stuffed flounder with crab imperial, with wild rice and green beans. DELICIOUS!! For dessert I had the Crème Brule. My bestie had the salmon and said it was good as well. Our server Zack was the best! They have outdoor seating as well. Go I promise you wont be disappointed.
Took my soon to be wife, out for date night, to The Belvedere for our first time. There’s so much I could say about our experience. We had an amazing time Food was excellent. We will definitely be back.
A truly amazing dinning experience. Top notch food and service.
The hostess and the food were great. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Great food, the staff was very attentive to everything. The steak was perfect.
Amazing! That is all I have to say. Service, food, ambiance were all fantastic. We started with the mushroom appetizer, had the lobster tails stuffed with crabmeat as our entree, and finished with a triple chocolate dessert. All of it was delicious. I think this has officially become my favorite restaurant.
Highly recommend the belvie bread as an app, it was delicious! We also got the grilled Caesar salads which were so good. The veal dish was amazing as well- I feel like you can’t go wrong with really anything on the menu!
Highly enjoyable dinner experience. Ambiance is charming, cozy, romantic, and sophisticated. Service, from host to waiter and servers was EXCELLENT: friendly, personable, professional, and helpful. The menu offers a delicious selection of well-prepared items to satisfy most diners (and suit most diets). An excellent choice for a treat, a special occasion with friends and family, or a romantic indulgence.
First class from start to finish! Celebrated our anniversary. Home run!
Everything was great from the atmosphere to the waiter!
Lindsey is a fabulous server. She is very respectful and attentive.
My #1 favorite place for 23 years. The food is great, the staff is warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is perfect on any level of the restaurant you choose to be
Excellent service and fantastic food! Highly recommend this restaurant.
Service, food, and ambience exceptional. Drinks wonderful. Price reasonable for the excellent quailty of the food.
Sat upstairs which was our first time. The ambiance was great, cozy with good distance between tables and very nice music. Service was outstanding, Amanda was great! Food perfect! We were very pleased!
Our loved our server Amanda. She has fun energy, very professional and gave great suggestions. The food and drinks at The Belvedere Inn were AMAZING. Such a beautiful place ….we will be back again.
I always know that a meal at the Belvedere will be great!! The food and the service is always fantastic.
Jimmy was an excellent server. We enjoyed the appetizers: crab dip, meatballs and lamb chops. Our entrees were remarkable including the venison and rabbit sausage. Will most definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting the area.
The experience was very good, but we still remember the amazing impression we had after our very fist visit to this place about 8 years ago and can't say this experience was on the same level as the fist one.
FOOD: Had Mussels and Mushrooms as apps (both were very tasty) and Focaccia was great accompaniment to it. Wild Game and Lamb chops + Cauliflower salad (Venison and Rabbit sausage were very dry with over sweetened pudding and whiskey/mustard pan gravy nowhere fond. The lamb chops were to rare to our taste and BTW we never were asked about the preparation and the chutney was over sweetened too, the Salad was not a great combination of flavors put together). For dessert was the Macaron and Espresso Martini (we LOVED the Macaron, but Martini was a bit flat in taste). SERVICE: was nice but not very efficient and professional (didn't ask about meat preparation, forgot the stake knifes etc.). VALUE: Not great with all the flows mentioned above. Do we want to repeat the experience? Probably not in a hurry.

Our latest experience at Belvedere's was awesome. The food was great. For an appetizer we had probably the best-steamed mussels we ever had, served with focaccia bread. I had the scallops and my wife had the salmon. Both were good. I especially liked the corn and pepper risotto served with my scallops. Dessert was a raspberry macaroon made in-house which was fantastic. And our server for the night was excellent making the night memorable. Even the bartender downstairs was excellent too, while we waited for our table.
Food was beyond amazing and our waiter was phenomenal!
