    As always our experience was phenomenal. The Belvedere was decorated to the nines for Christmas. It was beautiful and added so much to the ambience but even without them we love the decor. Our server, Jamie, is always on top of things. He is professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He has a fantastic memory. Everything always come out perfectly. The food was fantastic. We had chicken piccata, scallops, salmon and the halibut. All was perfectly prepared. The flavors were wonderful. We love coming here for any occasion. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. Ask for Jamie.

    Excellent server, great place. Food was good but, nothing was great. Close but the lobster bisque had little lobster flavor. Tha mushroom gnocchi lacked mushrooms. Overall really good place.

    Belevedere Inn Restaurant is a beautifully remarkable Lancaster eatery. We've been several times and enjoyed our experience. This recent visit we ordered the Lobster Bisque, calamari , scallops and mussels. Everything was delicious except for the mussel broth. The mussels were plump, juicy and tasty but the broth was very weak and was overpowered by wine which was not cooked down enough to a fine broth. We will return in the future.

    The entrees were both overdone. The duck which was ordered as recommended medium rare was well done. The osso buco was also well done, dry and tough to chew. Overall the entrees were very disappointing and not up to the standard of the Belvedere and not worth the price.

    Too many patrons for amount of wait staff. Everyone was very affable. Lack of free parking for those handicapped close to the restaurant was none existent.

    Everything we ordered was amazing! Absolutely loved the mushroom arancini appetizer, the braised short ribs and mushroom gnocchi were delicious! Can’t wait to go back.

    Great experience on a very busy Friday night. We had a late reservation and tried to squeeze in at the bar which was standing room only. Bar staff was on point a s we enjoyed a cocktail and appetizer at a standing bar downstairs, until reservation time. Cool decor and great ambience. Wish we could have sat at upstairs bar or patio, just didn't work out. Very accompanying for our gluten allergy for our group,delicious food, and quality service. Only improve would be to designate an area for walk up orders at bars, have to squeeze in next to people trying to dine at the bar.

    Celebrating my long time best girlfriend’s 65th birthday. All courses were amazing. Our favorite table on first floor was a plus. Jimmy a/k/a “Chandler Bing” created a unique experience with his wit and humor and attentive service. Jimmy definitely MADE THE NIGHT!!!

    We were celebrating my wife's birthday. The Belvedere Inn is our go to place for these special events. The food and service were exceptional the noise level was a bit loud as we were upstairs in the smaller space. Otherwise, we had a special event. Thank you.

    We sat upstairs, room was dark and not to crowded on a Sunday night. Two couples sitting right next to to us were talking quite loud about sex and every other word was out of their mouth the F- bomb. No manager or waiter said anything to stop them. This continued the whole time we were there.My wife and I ordered lobster bisque which was tremendously over salted. Then our appetizer calamari came and that was pretty good. Then our two entrées came my wife had a fillet which was good and said market price, which turned out to be $60 and I had the scallops Which were tremendously over salted and almost un edible. Well, then you can understand how disappointed we were after reading some of the good reviews this place got. We didn’t even order dessert or coffee because I was about to say something to the couples sitting next to us.Don’t think I would ever go back as a matter of fact I’m pretty sure I will never go back to experience, not even close to being worth the money I have eaten in some really nice restaurants in Philly and South Jersey. I don’t mind spending money for a good dinner but this was far from that.. I never gave a bad review to any restaurant but this time I just felt like I had to.

    One of the best meals I've ever had. Had the scallops n risotto!! Wow it was fantastic. Service was stellar and the wine was great as well. If you're ever in lancaster try this spot.

    We enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Belvedere. The staff acknowledged our anniversary when we arrived and there was a greeting card on our table. Jimmy was our waiter. He was pleasant, attentive and efficient and made good recommendations. The food and ambiance were very good. We will return to Belvedere when visiting Lancaster.
