Bella Tori at the Mansion Ratings and Reviews
This is such a great place. The food is graciously laid out on the platters, the staff are timely and professional and everything is just enjoyable right down to the little details. My only gripe would have to be the parking but that is no fault of the restaurant, that just comes with being located in Langhorne. I would definitely eat here again.
The food was excellent. We particularly love the pastries. And we love that the pastry chef is on hand to describe all of them and encourage us while picking from the many choices. The wait staff is very attentive and quick. It’s an absolute pleasure to enjoy brunch at the Mansion.
Service was slow. We were almost at the restaurant for an hour before we got the bread basket. Was not the kitchen’s fault as our waiter was slow taking our order and just serving us in general. That being said, he was very friendly just not attentive. The food was fantastic. We ordered off the $35 prix fixe menu so for the 3 courses, it was pretty affordable. The salmon in mustard sauce was fantastic. I will definitely go back. Also, good to note is that Friday you can take your own wine with no corkage fee and there is a guitarist playing while you dine.
Had dinner with friends, have been here before with the same friends. We were all surprised by the price fix of $35.00 for 3 courses. We all enjoyed our meals and were also surprised by the portions. Food was very delicious and we will all be coming back again.
A lovely ambience and excellent food. The staff is extremely friendly. Our server was helpful and she was extremely efficient. She helped us have a delicious dinner. They have a fixed menu as well as ala carte. Beautiful dining room. By the time we left, every table was filled so make sure you have a reservation for Saturday night. Highly recommend.
Has receniy become our go to place for nice dinner out in the area (no need to travel all the way to Center City and all that hassle) after 3 excellent experiences.
Adult ambiance and very comfortable, white table cloth atmosphere.
This time we had the prix fixe 3 course option and very satisfied with choices at great price.
Only issue - all platters, even deserts, a bit too much for any person with normal appetite - but we just take it home and have dinner again a few days later!
The bruchetta appetizer especially good. Do not recommend the cod - somewhat over cooked since it was dry, though still tasty.
Very good wine list at fair price.
As always, excellent service, attentive without overbearing - and thank goodness none of that robotic "how is everything" routine in so many restaurants.
This is a quaint little find in a quiet neighborhood having a menu selection to satisfy both a budget and a high end taste. Their fish is impeccably prepared. Their vegetables are skillfully cooked and assembled, pairing well with the main protein. Although the drinks are a little high priced, they are creative and bountiful.
The ambiance is elegant and quiet, accompanied with a mellow background music that is well below conversation level. The wait staff is impeccable, being attentive and thorough.
Although living in the general area for over 30 years, we just found this fine establishment and have started to regularly attend. We have yet to make it for their Sunday brunch, but hear it is delightful.
Hadn't dined here in a few years and when our friend suggested she'd like to celebrate her birthday at Bella Tori, we readily agreed.
We dined on a Friday night which is the one BYOB night at the restaurant. What a great idea/smart.
Three of us had the 3 course, price fixed dinners. Caesar salads were delicious as were the entrees; 1 cod special, 2 grilled salmon plates, and a crab cakes order. All of the meals, including sides, were perfectly prepared. Great dinner rolls, too!
Excellent meals, perfect dining companions, quiet guitar music ...
We can't wait to go back. No special occasion needed to dine at Bellas!
Osso buco was outstanding but a bit pricey. Considerable creative talents of this establishment are absent in bread served - very bland, surely can do better than that. Policy of allowing byob on Fridays is great and hopefully will be continued. Other places should take notice and do the same.
My wife and I have dined at Bella Torimany many times and it is always a wonderful dinning experience. The food the service and the ambiance are all top notch. The menu changes seasonally plus there are many dishes that are always a great constant on the menu. Anyone coming here for a special occassion or for a night out on the town will be pleased to dine at Bella Tori!
Bella Tori is an outstanding restaurant for almost any occasion. The service is friendly and attentive and the food is excellent. Desserts are delicious, although nothing too far out of the ordinary. Bella Tori has become the "go-to" restaurant for my wife and me.
The Osso Buco is outstanding, as well as the crab cakes. The restaurant is housed in a large mansion where you can feel comfortable dressing up or down for dinner. Friday night has live guitar music and BYOB. While they have full bar service, having the choice of BYOB in Friday evenings brings us back often. Need wine advice, restaurant manager Eric is a wealth of expertise.
Our first time here was a great experience. Sunday brunch offerings are eclectic and delicious. Lox, bagels, Rice Krispie French toast, waffles, breakfast meats, omelets, poached eggs, various salads, roast beef, pasta and a wonderful autumn pork stew. The grilled veggies were particularly good and the cheese blintzes were perfect, creamy and not overly sweet. The dessert table had so many choices we could not possibly try everything. Service was impeccable. Our coffee was always refilled and empty plates taken away quickly. The team of servers was really on top of everything! If you are looking for an elegant place to have an affordable brunch, look no further. Brunch is set outside the dining rooms where skylights provide beautiful lighting over the food tables while the dining area has subdued, relaxing lighting. We plan to go back for dinner to try their prix fixe menu.
