Salmon Ravioli (Dinner)
A blend of salmon, ricotta, and herbs, served in a creamy tomato-dill.
Pasta Primavera (Dinner)
Fettuccine served with roasted julienne vegetables in a garlic wine sauce.
Veal Piccata (Dinner)
Sauteed natural fed veal with capers, lemon butter, in a light lemon sauce.
Spur of the moment reservation, this was such a good find! Enjoyed the musician on the outdoor patio, and the food was great!
We had a wonderful dinner. It was a perfect night to sit outside on the patio. The guitarist was fantastic.
We loved the live music on Saturday night, very nice relaxing, romantic vibe.
Ruben was great as usual. Food was very good. Service got a little slow due to too many customers for lunch on that day, I think.
Service was fantastic and the pasta was delicious. Highly recommend the Dusk to Dawn Cosmo
Disappointing - overpriced and underwhelmed. Went for dinner on a Saturday night and were seated upstairs which was a bit too warm and lacking in ambience. The hostess was unfriendly if not just rude. The service was extremely slow and inattentive (diners next to us ended up getting their entrees to-go). When the food finally arrived it was average. $52 ribeye special was definitely not worth it. Finally, just because a place is old doesn't mean it's charming. Would not return.
Fantastic service! Great food!
The food was excellent. But the ambience upstairs was dismal and service was poor. Maybe it was just a bad day for the wait staff: Our group of 5 was seated upstairs and the waiter took over 20 minutes to get water and when we asked him not to forget about us, he scoffed “there are all these other people too.” Then he took longer. Later he apologized and said they had “a situation” to handle. Finally we placed our order and the waiter forgot to bring one of our appetizers though it showed up on the bill. Anyway, despite all these issues, it must be said again that the food was outstanding.
Another wonderful dinner at Bella Saratoga! My wife and I enjoyed the Saltibocca and Fettutine Bianco. Great food and wonderful service!
Wonderful food, location, service and live guitar music for out door dinner.
The food was delicious, The service and atmosphere were great. Highly recommended!
it was very nice to sit outside and feel like a normal evening.
The food was really delicious and the service was great!
Great place for a birthday dinner
Food good, entertainment guitar player oldies and Beatles was wonderful. Wine by the bottle expensive, but good.
Great service, food and ambiance. We will return.
Weird that they refused to serve bread until after we ordered. My friend was hungry and we were still waiting for another friend to arrive before ordering. My friend asked twice and they refused to bring us bread. We ended up putting in our order before the other arrived. Outdoor sitting was nice, but it is unlikely I will be back.
The food was good, though not great — my fish special was lacking in seasoning — and the service was very slow. Problems with staffing, maybe as everyone returns to the dining scene. But Hugo the guitar player makes it all worthwhile. He’s amazing!
This is swiftly becoming g my favorite place. I love the outdoor lighting above the outdoor seating and the food is unparalleled!!!! Every main course we have tried gets better than the last, plus I simply can’t get enough of that fresh backed bread and cheese spread. The staff is wonderful and I feel like I’ve just traveled to Europe and eaten at an outdoor bistro every time I go there. You won’t be disappointed!!!
A wonderful dinner provided by a wonderful staff. We felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our meal and recommendations.
Great location, quaint, rustic with a touch of contemporary. The food, service, polite staff and ambiance definitely live up to the mark.
This is such a lovely restaurant - the food is flavorful and perfectly prepared and the service is outstanding. A beautiful place to unwind and enjoy quality food.
New happy memories are always created every time I dine here. 😊
The service was good. The food was excellent! We're looking forward to another lunch!
Great ambience here but the food is mediocre for the price you pay. Service started out pretty slow when we were one of only two families in the entire restaurant. It did pick up eventually. Overall a decent Italian restaurant but nothing too out of the ordinary!
Very nice and service was great. Food was very good.
The free fruit and cinnamon buns at brunch were a really nice added bonus. I ordered the salmon Benedict. The portion of fish was pretty small and seemed a little over-cooked but tasty anyway. It didn’t seem like a complete dish with no garnish or side. A few slices of avocado would have been better.
Service was awful, we had to asked for a server to help us the waiter was rude, when I asked for a different type of pasta they didn't have, we had to ask for our check twice, in all we had three different servers, who didn't know what the others were doing the food was good, but we'll never return.
I’ve walked by many times thinking I should try this place...Mother’s Day was that opportunity!
We loved the location & the guitarist an added plus. I ordered the Shellfish Salad & my husband the Linguine Forests. Also included was a fruit plate & cinnamon rolls!
The service was above average & a must are the desserts! We want to come back for dinner!
This was our first time to visit. Mother's Day Sunday brunch. Online reservations were very easy. We were seated within a couple minutes of arriving. Service was good, though we were overlooked at the start. I commented and all was made well from there. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially in light of the holiday. My wife had the frittata, and I had the chicken omelette. Both were tasty and well prepared. The cinnamon rolls were a pleasant surprise. Delicious. We were seated next to the musician and enjoyed his selections. The music was not too loud and didn't affect our conversation. The value seemed exceptional, being reasonably priced on one of the busiest days of the year. A very satisfactory visit and we will be back. Highly recommended.
Being Mother’s Day we had to wait for our reserved table.
There were tables away from the restaurant next to the street where we sat, protected by a barrier and umbrella for shade.
I liked the privacy from other diners, but Big Basin was very busy with cars and motorcycles.
The food made up for it.
Everything was delicious!
Our Mothers Day brunch was fantastic. Service was friendly. We really enjoyed the guitarist music.
Everything was spot on!
We enjoyed taking dinner at Bella Saratoga .
Good food and ambience entertained by a good guitarist.
Even the table was not the best one, staying in the way of waiters, it doesn't change the overall good impression.
We were a bit too close to the guitar player. He was great but had an amplifier which made the music a bit loud.
Great ambiance with live guitarist. Very knowledgeable waitstaff. Friendly service
Enjoyed a special Mother’s Day meal with my mother. The Saltimbucca was excellent!
We dined inside because of the wind and found it very pleasant. The food was excellent. We shared a grand marnier cheese cake for desert and recommend it highly. The staff is very friendly.
I have reviewed before. Like the food, the prices, prefer sitting outside, and have a very humorous waiter several times. Sorry, don't know his name, but if you get this person, you will identify him by his sense of humor.
Everything was great!
