Bella Roma S.P.Q.R.
Love Bella Roma. Food is always tasty and service was terrific
Impeccable service for our anniversary! Food incredibly delicious!
It deserves every star it received.
It did not disappoint.
simply too, too noisy.... took 40 minutes to get a fish entree , when it came, the other persons eggplant parmigiana was old, cold and tasteless... The bread and olives are great, the service is ok and the hostess - pleasant..OVERALL - stay away unless CHEAP FOOD and NOISE is what you want.
I love Bella Roma ❤️ It’s our favorite family restaurant! I just wish it would be more close to us 😜 than I would eat here every week
Great neighborhood spot for lunch or dinner. Outdoor patio very comfortable. Good food.
Quiet, friendly staff, healthy food with fresh ingredients and great service.
Bella Roma was delicious as always. One of my favorite restaurants in LA and my favorite Italian for sure. The homemade pasta is to die for and the specials are always great.
Chicken piccata very dry and Milanese over cooked like leather
Pasta very good
Service always outstanding
I HAVE recommended Bella Roma to all my friends and everybody else loves it too! They should send me a finder's fee. It is just a good, casual, reasonably priced Italian restaurant. The owner is always there to make sure. Way better than a large, impersonal chain restaurant.
Extensive menu, good food and great value. Always reliable neighborhood go to restaurant.
The food is OK but far from being great. The service was excellent. It is a neighborhood Italian restaurant which does not compare to the better Italian restaurants in Beverly Hills. For example I had veal marsala at one of the top-end Italian restaurants in Beverly Hills recently and the quality of the meat was far better than at Bella Roma and also the sauce was better prepared. However, It is more expensive than Bella Roma . So if you’re looking for an adequate meal for less expensive cost, this would be a good choice.
Wonderful food and always friendly, helpful service and outstanding
It is my most favorite italian restaurant in LA, which is saying alot. The food is outstanding and so reasonably priced. I've paid a lot more for less good food at some of the trendier and most expensive Italian restaurants in LA, and they don't come close to Bella Roma S.P.Q.R.
Not only would I recommend Bella Roma to a friend, but I have......often. And everybody keeps returning. This is a great, great neighborhood Italian restaurant with good tasty food and very nice service. My only quibble is the noise level when you sit inside on a busy night. I go for the Bucatini Amatriciana. Hard to find and they serve delicious, huge portions.
Family weekend dinner, neighbors stopped by and were added to our patio table. Really homey and accommodating
We enjoyed the meal. The menu selections are extensive, and the food was hot when served. I had the gnocchi with spicy marinara sauce, which was delicious. The gnocchi were soft and like pillows—probably the best I’ve ever had. Service was great. Our main problem was the noise level. We had trouble hearing one another across the table. Still, I look forward to returning sometime soon.
I got to Bella Roma when I want the two C's - cannelloni and cannoli. They're both excellent there. It tends to be a little noisy because there are a lot of guests at dinner time. We happened to sit near a birthday party for a group of nine-year-olds so it was extra loud this time. But, the food is good and all of the faces there are friendly.
The salmon was very good but the scallops in the appetizer were pretty mediocre. The Cabernet Sauvignon that cost $32.00 was excellent for the price
Everything was perfect with the exception of the very loud and continuous barking of the dog at the table next to us. It was extremely annoying.
The homemade pasta was unbelievable. I had the Alfredo Originalle, but I added shrimp. The portion was generous and absolutely wonderful
Wonderful experience, food delicious and the staff was helpful.
Amazing food and service
Great local Italian restaurant - not fancy but comfortable and very agreeable. Nice homey ambiance.
Fair. Food was pretty good, but service was only ok perhaps because of how busy it was.
Nice family owned restaurant. Good food, price is good.
I have never been treated so bad... our waiter yelled at my mother who is an elder and he was beyond rude to our table. A chef and waiter didn’t showed up to work that night, but that should not dignify complete disservice to costumers, especially at a time when your customers could be and are federal employees that furloughed. We ended up leaving after ordering because the waiter was so abusive with his words.
Had a longer than expected wait because a few workers didn’t show, including the pizza maker so no pizza. The staff did their best and delivered a phenomenal meal, ensuring everyone was attended to as frequently as possible, with nothing but great attitudes toward everyone. I left full and content with the experience.
Food was amazing! Loved the gluten free pasta! Will definitely return very soon!
Excellent authentic Italian food.
The pizza crust is very thin, a délice !
Small mom n pop Italian restaurant with traditional and American Italian style dishes. Food and service was overall good. Might have to go back to try the traditional pasta alfredo
Far too noisy could not even have a conversation
I dine here at least once a month and it's always excellent in every aspect.
Wonderful food in chic but casual indoor/outdoor space.
This is our favorite restaurant. We always have a great time here and the food is excellent. The prices are very reasonable too. Every one of the servers are excellent. It is pretty busy most nights so be sure to make a reservation.
Good fare! - Good selections. The whitefish is delicious. The bread could be tastier and the music was annoying. Would love some crooning neapolitan songs or classical.
Liked our waiter.
I have been here many times and the food is always excellent. The service by Roberto, the owner, is excellent ... he knows I am a slow diner and never rushes me. If you're a chocolate lover and they have the Flourless Chocolate Cake, go for it ... it's super rich and the best I've ever had. I always bring my own bottle of wine since the $6 corkage fee is more than reasonable!!!
This has become a family favorite. Our favorites thus far are the tagliatelle Alfredo w/ cream, Bella Roma pasta (seafood linguini) and the marguerita pizza.
Love this place. Good food at amazing prices. The potato pizza is my favorite!
Consistently great food and service. Lucky to have it in our neighborhood
