Bella Gente is one of Verona, N.J.'s most popular Trattoria & Ristorante. We are famous for our Brick Oven Pizza and are considered one of the best in town, as well as a variety of specialty dishes created by our own chef Angelo, such as Rock Shrimp Arrabiata, Homemade Soups, Scungilli Fra-Diavolo served with Long Hot Peppers etc. We provide a casual dining experience as well as a formal dining experience with a Mediterranean decor along with a fast, friendly and efficient waitstaff to cater to your every need. There was a private party in the main restaurant area so we sat in the busy pizzeria section. Food for good, service was trying to keep up but really nice and friendly. BYOB is great

Food is very good. Been twice and enjoyed it both times. Servers are very attentive though restaurant was not very crowded. BYO wine is a plus. Will go back again.

Our waiter was exceptional. We loved the chef's generous use of garlic in the shrimp arrabiata and in the orichiette with hot sausage and broccoli rabe. My wife liked the bolognese but had hoped for a better ricotta. We would go back and try other dishes.

Authentic Italian menu. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed their food. Nice atmosphere. BYOB. The only downside was a large party (10+) behind us was on the noisier side. Nothing you can do about that.

First time at Bella Gente. Very quiet for a Saturday night. Staff is very attentive. Nice menu with all the favorite Italian selections. Food quality is very good. Will go back.

Bella Gente is an excellent restaurant with a very nice range of choices on the menu. Also, it's an excellent value!! We always have a great meal at Bella Gente!
