Loved the croquettes, the food was very good. Service was fast, sangria is definitely recommended. Tres leches very tasty.
Food was good. Service was not good. Food took forever.
Fabulous food and service!
Outstanding traditional Cuban food in a casual atmosphere. Service was excellent - fast and attentive. The food was delicious and authentic. Highly recommended!
Great service, excellent food and outstanding overall experience! Would recommend to anyone.
Wanted an authentic Cuban meal in a relaxed dining experience
The oxtails were tender and seasoned to perfection.
Food was great as was the service. Great Cuban experience
Ordered one chicken and one beef empanada appetizer, ox tail stew and seafood paella. The ox tail was delicious, tender and well flavored. All of the food was good. Service was top notch; definitely feels family run and rich with a personal story
Authentic and amazing food. Easy to get a table and staff was very friendly. Cool atmosphere in a quiet neighborhood.
Great atmosphere and authentic food! This is not a touristy spot which we loved. We had 14 girls and they accommodated us well
Wonderful cuisine! Enjoyable meal with coworkers. Service was a little disorganized but extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great for lunch, too.
Favorite place in South Beach for lunch.
Great place for family reunion dinner for 16
Great plane fir dinner! Enjoyed being there. More real than the rest of the area!
Awesome! Great service (Aldo) and excellent food. Drunken Chicken and suckling pig
Really delicious Cuban food! We tried a few appetizers and their pork was the most tender I’ve had anywhere! Good drinks also. A calmer atmosphere than many of the more “clubby” restaurants (ie. not so loud that we couldn’t talk). We’d come back again for the great food!
Frozen food is fraud.
Service was great, good ambiance, family-run, tasty food. Mojitos were pretty good
RUDE, ABUSIVE OWNER/MANAGER. SHAME! This was one of the worst experiences our family has ever had in a restaurant, and it happened on the occasion of my father-in-law’s 90th birthday dinner. We were kept waiting for at least twenty minutes before a waiter came over to see us, and another half hour before our drinks showed up. We waited a total of 90 minutes before our food was served, with errors in many of our orders and zero apology. The errors included cross contaminating gluten-free food that we specifically told the owner/manager needed to be kept separate from food with gluten. Despite the owner/manager’s “promises,” the gluten free food items were piled on top of food with gluten or that was cooked in a fryer that contains gluten. When two members of our party stepped away from the table to speak to the manager, he literally verbally accosted them, rudely telling them that we were lying about the length of our wait, telling us that we needed to learn to be patient. In what world is that an acceptable response of the owner/manager of a restaurant? The wait staff actually seemed embarrassed and like they were trying to help, and offered to take off the mandatory 18% gratuity. The owner of the restaurant then came over to the HEAD of our table and announced to every single person in our group, including the 90 year old guest of honor at his birthday, that he strongly disagreed with the wait staff agreeing to take off the service charge, that we were impatient and difficult, and that he put the charge back on the bill. MORTIFIED. We were so embarrassed for everyone at our table and could not believe that the owner of a functioning business would ever ever speak to a group of customers that way. For shame!!!!!! I cannot imagine how this place is in business. Stay away. There is no excuse for being abusive to customers. The so so food and the hour and half wait to get it was the least of the problems here. Unreal. Go to Puerto Sagua or Havana 1857.
The food was authentic and delicious. Service was terrific. Our waiter always had a smile and was helpful in food selections.
Staff was friendly. Everything was delicious. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
Great food and service. Have the coffee. Fabulous!!!
Bella Cuba is offering mainly cuban foods, with average taste and quality, nothing special. Pricing is not considered low, ambience is also average and service is slow (it took around 40-45 minutes for our orders to arrive)...
Fantastic Cuban sandwich, ceviche, and maduros. So delicious, great service, overall an excellent experience.
What a wonderful surprise this cafe was; I'd eaten at a very pretentious restaurant in Miami the previous weekend and the food was very average. The food here is clearly made with love and skill and was absolutely delicious. The lady who served us also made me a delicious Cuban coffee with milk . This place is the perfect early dinner spot for the New World Symphony being just across the road. Don't be fooled by it's unassuming interior the food is delicious. Oh and the restrooms immaculate. Well done Bella Cuba.
Ceviche and suckling pig are highly recommended!!!
Pretty much mediocre across the board. Food was so so, staff decent enough.
Food was awesome, oxtail stew was quite exceptional. Service was great with Luis and Maria doing a wonderful job. Highly recommend this place for some great Cuba food.
Great food & great service. Fresh & delicious. Loved the Happy Hour as well!
This was the absolute best Cuban food we had during our time in Miami. It’s a small family owned restaurant. It doesn’t have a lot of ambience but the food was so outstanding, we would visit this restaurant every time we return. Don’t miss it!
We had a great set of skirt steaks and the yuca fries were amazing! The sangria was very pricey though. A glass was more than my meal. I also didn’t realize adding 18% gratuity for a table of 2 was the norm. Otherwise very satisfied and will return.
Nice men selection but pretty over-priced. And when I requested one of the Lunch Specials shown in the menu outside the restaurant, I was told that those were for ‘people who work in the neighborhood’ ?! Translation, we hit all the tourists with the high priced items ;-( After insisting, they ended up serving it, but I find it bad practice.
Truly one of the best food experiences and most satisfying meals I’ve ever had..!
Small family owned restaurant. We ate at the bar. The happy hour mojitos were great, and the bartender was personable, with much to share about the area. Authentic Cuban meals prepared as for family!
All around wonderful!
When you are looking for the “hidden gem” this is the place. Outstanding authentic Cuban. It’s not the tourist location on the Beach. This is where you come to get legit Cuban food. And service so friendly. Family atmosphere. You have to see it.
Great authentic Cuban restaurant in the heart of south beach. Great service and reasonably priced.
Amazing and authentic Cuban food. Don't miss this jewel of a restaurant!
Thank you for the evening in your restaurant and kind regards from Zurich/Switzerland.
