As a bonus for onlookers, the open kitchen chefs have been intensely trained on how to hand stretch noodles.

Seafood chow mein looked amazing but tasted awful. Every bland and no flavour!

Inwent specifically for the hand pulled noodles as per Bon Appetit’s recommendation. I was told that they didn’t have any so it would be 30 minutes. It took about 10 minutes and watching the chef make them right in front of me was worth it! A great experience!!!

After hearning about this place a year ago my husband and I decided to dine here for our anniversary, bad mistake. The food we were served was cold and taste less. Looking around at every other table a lot of people order fried rice, we probably should've followed. The drinks were good should've just ordered liquor instead of food.

Food was above average quality for a Chinese restaurant. The price was Stratospheric! It average about $25-30 per person for a normal dish and drinks plus tax/tip. I like the 24 hour openings and reservations online.

For those who think this is just overpriced Chinese food - think again. Fresh, hand-picked noodles are amazing! Lots of choices with some good vegetarian options. Great dumplings as well. Our whole family of 5 loved it!

Nice value for vegas, which tends yo be overpriced. Best meal I had there. Not american style chinese. Authentic beef noodle. Definitely try the beef noodle. No frills but attentive service, which I prefer. Memorable and as good as anything i have found in vancouver or during travels in china.

Food and service were fantastic with the fresh noodles being the top of the list. You can sit at the bar and watch the chef hand pull the noodles. Restaurant was nearly empty so we were confused why it took us 10 minutes to be seated. Aside from that wonderful experience.

Waitress wasn’t understanding with attending fist time diners who haven’t dined Asian cuisine before. Slightly passive aggressive. When asked for change to the cashier she didn’t place priority and made customer wait too long. Waitress was only given short tip because of the excessive wait for change. Very good food but floor was not the cleanest. Also stock of rum was out at 2:30pm and unable to make ordered mojitos. Lunch was $200 for good food, mediocre service, and so so ambience. Wish I could say more good things.

We made a reservation and arrived early. The hostess informed me that the restaurant does not take reservations during Chinese New Year, which is understandable, even though I had a confirmation email. We are here for a conference so it is quite busy and had to find somewhere else pretty quickly. The restaurant looks and sounds great however they should be able to take the reservation availability off the books during the Chinese New Year.

I made a reservation on open table and then went there and they said oh no sorry we don’t take reservations at the Chinese new year. Really? So I was forced to eat in the food court. (which was good) but had to wait 45 min in line...
Certainly would have been nice to know. With all the technology it should be easy to up date. If it’s open table’s fault then sorry for the 1 star bejing.

The front desk hostess was very rude and blamed the system on a glitch instead of just apologizing and finding a table. It wasn’t until we told her that it was her fault and we were not to blame when we made a reservation that was available.

This place has some really good soups. They will even customize the soup to your liking. I did not see a chicken noodle soup offered on the menu so asked if I could substitute and they did so without a problem. I have tried a variety of items on the menu but keep coming back to the big bowls of steaming noodles and pork or beef. This is a real gem for late night dining. A place to come back to.

The restaurant is poorly designed and the ambiance and lighting is awful. Service was not friendly or helpful. There were small black gnats flying around our dinner that we were trying to kill throughout the meal. The food was good but not with the price. Would go back ever!

Fun to watch guy making noodles. Was expecting pork dumplings just like I've had in China. The pork was ok but the dough was terrible. Too thick and sticky and too el dente. Steamed in tin foil cups. I could only get 1 1/2 down. Husbands meal was average Kung Pao Chicken was average. Service was excellent and very attentive. Just don't expect the true Chinese Soup Dumpling Experience 😫
