The whopping 14-page menu at Beijing Noodle No. 9 means you'll never eat the same thing twice. Whether craving Chow Mein, fried rice or a Lychee martini, explore all the savory offerings listed. Walk through a dramatic entrance flanked by gigantic fish tanks and you'll immediately immerse yourself in the energy, reminiscent of the streets of Shanghai, Hong Kong or Beijing.

Las Vegas dining elegance meets authentic Oriental flavor under the direction of Executive Chef Li Yu. Along with a few Asian influences, a plethora of Northern Chinese signatures and specialties are found on the extensive menu. Beijing pancakes, won ton soup, fried rice, and dim sum of all kinds are top picks here, with your choice of vegetables, pork, chicken, seafood or beef. Noodles are a must for any Chinese hot spot and they're hand-made every night at Beijing Noodle No. 9. As a bonus for onlookers, the open kitchen chefs have been intensely trained on how to hand stretch noodles.

We absolutely loved this place and wished we had found it sooner. Loved the decor as well as the food. The jasmine tea was divine.

Delicious food and huge portions. Good value. Quite echoey/noisey but great for a small group as dishes can be easily shared.

Fun to watch guy making noodles. Was expecting pork dumplings just like I've had in China. The pork was ok but the dough was terrible. Too thick and sticky and too el dente. Steamed in tin foil cups. I could only get 1 1/2 down. Husbands meal was average Kung Pao Chicken was average. Service was excellent and very attentive. Just don't expect the true Chinese Soup Dumpling Experience 😫

Had the Shanghai Soup Dumplings , Beijing Noodle and the Green Beans with Eggplant. An awesome meal, incredible flavor so. Well worth the visit. We are locals and this is where we go before shows at Ceasar's Palace.

Noodles! They hand make all the noodles fresh and you can watch them do it there. My spouse and I ordered Chow Mein and a side of dumplings to share. The service was friendly and helpful regarding questions we had about the menu choices. A cute place with an entry of aquariums you pass to see the goldfish (not on the menu) glimmer is a very relaxing touch to the atmosphere. This is a fun little place!

Just OK. The food wasn't very flavourful. Expensive for what we got.
