   After a not so great experience at Beertown last time, they reached out to me and offered a gift card to compensate and encouraged me to give them another shot. So for Mother's Day I made a reservation under my mum's name and took her out as a treat. Our waitress seemed friendly, and there were plenty of staff and what seemed like either supervisors or managers as well, but any time we needed something (like two lil straws for example) it took 5-15 minutes for our waitress to come back. My mom's fish tacos unfortunately weren't quite the same as they had been, especially with the pico de gallo missing for some reason. Of course this was one of the items we had to request from our waitress and in the meantime my own food got a lil cold since I didn't want to finish before my own mom could enjoy her food, esp on mother's day of all days. Aside from the little advert for their mother's day shortcake, there was no dessert menu, and we really didn't want to risk waiting even longer if we asked for one so we just decided to skip it and ask for the bill. I guess that must've been a mistake too though because we waited what had to have been 20 minutes, even going so far as to put our coats on and stand up to wait in the hopes that maybe she'd spot us and remember that we were trying to pay. The waitress even passed our table a time or two before we decided we'd just go to the front and take care of it ourselves. I'm grateful to have had the chance to give Beertown another try, but the experience was essentially the same as the last time, aside from them not forgetting our appy, but only because we didn't even order one this time.

   Food and service was excellent. The bartenders came to say hello ( I'm a regular there and they're my friends). My mother loved her salad. My dad loved his burger.

   Food was great and service was good for the most part, at the start of dinner our server was great and checked up on us often but towards the end of our dinner she would come less and spend time by the bar talking to other members of the staff

   Server was polite and great with the kids. Came around a few times to check on refills and food was great as usual. Beertown is one of our favs especially when there's a game on you want to watch!

   Reservation was made for “standard” tables and was put on the coverage patio which was freezing. Terrible service and brisket was dry.

   Our waiter was lovely and personable. I unfortunately don’t remember his name however he made sure the four of us were taken care of, without being overbearing. Would 100% recommend.
