After spending some time looking for a good dinner spot in Flatiron, my husband and I decided to venture into The Cellar. Having tried Beecher's cheese in Seattle, we knew we were in for a treat.
We had a reservation for 8 PM, but were seated early - around 7:45. A huge plus, since we were hungry. The menu had some fantastic selections, and we settled on the cheesemonger's cheese plate, the meat flatbread, and buffalo mac and cheese. We also got a cocktail, each.
All in all, the food was phenomenal, and our servers were friendly and accommodating. If I had only one complete, it's that the restaurant was a bit noisy, since it has a thriving bar scene in the back.
Would definitely go back.
