Bedford & Co.
Very slow service and it was not busy at all.
Nice little spot. Music, service and food all good.
Great prix-fixe option for a business lunch in midtown. Excellent food!
Too loud when live music, shaky tables. Good service. Would not recommend. Poor value for money.
The staff and food were great. 10 friends got together for a holiday brunch and we stayed for almost three hours catching up with each other. It was a wonderful time and experience.
We loved the service, the food, and the ambiance! Great music selection too!
Catherine and Melissa are awesome!
We went for brunch on Saturday. Just a couple of other tables were occupied, which in retrospect was a sign of a possible problem. On the plus side, the bottomless Prosecco and mix option was a good idea and a decent value. On the minus side, the food was not nice (over cooked fried chicken with the waffles; smoked salmon was stringy and not nice). The staff was inattentive towards athe end of the meal, more interested in setting up tables for dinner than checking in with us.
Would not go back.
Bedford & Co never disappoints. It is incredibly delicious and the ambiance is fantastic.
Great brunch spot! The menu had something for everyone!
The food is TINY for the price
Amazing food and great location.
Went for bottomless brunch and was not disappointed! Bedford & Co is perfect if you're looking to go somewhere reasonably priced & not crazy loud/busy. My friend and I split 3 bottles of champagne (that came with fresh squeezed guava, mango, grapefruit and peach juice) along with our meals for $39 each and didn't feel rushed to leave. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good boozy brunch!
amazing! everything was perfect! the food is fantastic.
Very noisy, over priced, mediocre food and service.
Meal was delicious but servers were not very attentive. Had to waive to get second glass of wine and water refills. Holiday crowds packed the bar and restaurant and made it uncomfortably warm. And got very LOUD even though we had early rez. But food was delish
Great brunch deal offered. Unlimited prosecco and food was good.
Great brunch! Extraordinary service. LOVE the chicken & waffles (and I always order chicken & waffles but I am usually disappointed) - theirs was a light, crispy waffle (not soggy) and a perfectly fried crunchy, flavorful juicy breast. It came with an awesome spicy maple sauce. The bottomless part was great- I love that we didn’t have to chase the wait staff for more of anything. Great job, Bedford!
Simple menu but covers all of the bases. Very nice vibe and friendly staff and management.
I really enjoyed my dining experience. It was date night and they gave me the perfect booth that I was hoping for. They menu is a little limited but the food is great quality and there is something for everyone. The service was great and it was an overall great experience and I will be back!
Messaged to say 40th birthday and engagement. Not 1 member of staff said happy birthday let alone ask if I wanted a cake or anything at all. Ordered chicken and didn’t ask if I wanted a side, chips etc. Nothing on menu to suggest side. Got a chicken with bone no side for $32 on its own. Food was delicious but when half way through ordered chips and they came as I was finishing my meal. Food below par but rest was awesome
Very fun atmosphere for a brunch! Great food and good deal on the bottomless mimosas
I’ve been there three times because it’s near my office, and twice they have simply not had several menu items—not that they ran out, they just didn’t have them. And it’s not a very big menu.
Also the service is very spotty—waiters vanish for long periods of time and don’t bring things that you’ve ordered...like an iced coffee that my lunch companion asked for repeatedly and was just never brought. When we pointed that out, the waiter said he wasn’t going to charge us for it, but never bothered to apologize.
It’s was fabulous x can’t fault it. The service was amazing, as was the food. Candy wait to go again.
the menu was really good, we liked everything
We stumbled down to this restaurant on a cold day from our hotel with no expectations. We were blown away — the plentiful food was filled with flavor.
Was the food good? Yes. Was the place nice? Yes. Was I completely disguised when I got home and found that they included a 20% service charge on my bill? Absolutely. My bill came to $256 for 6 people and they included a $51 service charge equal to 20%, bringing my pre-tax bill to $307. They did not tell me this. I then tipped an additional $65, a generous tip (and more than their 20% service charge), but due to their duplicity I ended up tipping 40%. This is completely disguising.
Family brunch and all of the family was present. Service was great and we shared a semi private room. They were wonderful.
Great ambience for a neighborhood date spot
We loved the service, the food and the ambiance. Our chef even took the time to introduce us to Henry, our beautiful red snapper, prior to preparation. Upon serving Henry, the head, tail and bones were removed; it was moist and simply delicious!!
Brunch- coffee served cold, order came out wrong including an up charge for food not received, service non existent, no coffee refills offered, long waits. Would not recommend or go back.
I've been to the restaurant several times. The menu changed to more of a price-fixed menu. I feel that $16 for a squash appetizer when ordered separate from the price fixed menu is ridiculous. The octopus was slimy and not enjoyable -- I've had octopus many times at other places and this was not cooked correctly. The kale salad was tough - the leaves were too big and not tender. Overall, I thought the it was overpriced this time for the quality of the meal.
This was by far the WORST dining experience I have EVER had. It was four of us and we sat down at 1130 and we still had not received our order by 1. The waitress was not friendly and didn’t bother to check on us. They brought out my yogurt and I sat and waited and waited and waited for my family to get EGGS!! This was also while I was watching other tables complain and get burgers. We addressed the issue with one of the managers and she said they were working on getting us our food and when she repeated the order it as all wrong! Her excuse was that the ordering tickets machine was wrong but last I checked a pen and paper works fine when taking an order non the less a correct order. After giving them one more shot we waited another 30 minutes and STILL did not get food!! We ended up walking out and going to have a lovely lunch at Hillstone. Mind you I am about 9 months pregnant and not feeding a pregnant woman after she sat down for 2 hours is not smart. Also the other head manager was on his phone not helping at all with all the craziness. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Would NEVER go back.
Our experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I went on a brunch date and it was perfect. Our server(shah N) was great. He was upbeat, energetic, and hospitable. The food was great. I had the steak & eggs and he had the chicken and waffles. The music was also spectacular. It literally made us not want to leave. Overall, the food, music and service were impeccable. We look forward to dining here again!!!!
Best burger in midtown. But so loud. It’s so difficult to have a conversation.
A pleasant surprise! Three colleagues and I stopped in for a lunch meeting. Eash had the Prix Fixe lunch, with one apetiizer, one main, and a chocolate cookie for dessert. Diverse menu options, all delicious and artistically presented. For $29, a bargain!
very cute, interesting menu choices for lunch, good food & service. Great midtown location. they offer a price fixed lunch that was reasonable.
Food was fine or better than fine - They did not have the usual roasted potatoes and did not inform us of such. Our waitress was rather clueless or overwhelmed not sure - but she took forever to deliver our drinks and was not on the ball when it came to replenishing the beverages.
We spoke to a waiter who had waited on us on a previous occasion and he was totally responsive.
Food was consistent but the level of service is totally dependent on your server.
Good American fare with fun decor - sort of felt like I was in a 60s Madmen meets Mick Jagger's basement setting.
Food was good, but nothing we got are particularly great. Bottomless brunch was a good deal and I liked the trio of juices that you get and that they leave the bottle on your table! It was especially needed since the service was majorly lacking - after sitting down, we needed another minute before ordering, but they couldn’t get the waitress’s attention for 20 mins after we’d decided!
