The service was good but at first we were not really being served for a bottomless. We felt sometimes it was weird for us to have to pour it ourselves when she was not paying attention.
Been here more than 4 times and will continue to keep coming back. Enjoyed the environment and atmosphere very much.
Our group had a great time meeting for book club and also catching up with each other. The service was fantastic. The value on brunch was outstanding and the ambiance was nice and had great energy.
The Prixe Fix has a few extra charges for things that should be included (e.g., $6 for chicken on a Wedge Salad...)...so be a little wary of the initial $29...other than this an excellent find in a great location and service is always friendly.
Another great brunch at Bedford & Co - very reasonably priced for NYC and great location. The food and drinks are always delicious and we were checked on many times by multiple people. Can't give anything but a glowing review.
Went for lunch but took almost 2 hours from start to finish
Excellent service as always.
I am really surprised at the reviews for this place. I am a big foodie and was not impressed. I ordered the halibut and while it was cooked well, I found that it lacked seasoning. In addition the portion was ridiculously small. I ended up at another restaurant because I was still hungry. Some of the reviews mentioned poor service and I completely agree. Given the amount great restaurants in the city, I will pass on returning.
Brunch food was tasty but way way too buttery/greasy. I got the California bow, which seemed healthy but the butter made it a bomb. There was a pool of it on the bottom. Even the toast came drenched in butter. No bueno. Server was also not quick/attentive.
Nice trendy setting. The Steak was cooked to perfection and the s’more was excellent !
They did not remember special occasion
Food was good
From the moment I entered the restaurant I was warmly greeted and assisted with checking in my coat. My party of 8 was not complete as of my reservation time, but no worries there is a lounge where you may comfortably sit, take selfies and wait for your guests to arrive. Love it!!!
Once 2/3's of my group was present and after many picture taking we were shown our table. The room was warm and inviting. The wait staff was on point, introducing themselves and gave each of my guests attention to their needs.
We started with a bottle service mimosas offered an array of nectars to choose from. Everything was 4🌟service 4🌟entrees We will be back. Thank you for a lovely brunch.
Thank you so much for these incredibly kind words, we are so glad you enjoyed it! We can't wait for you to return.
I booked business meeting breakfast for my boss with a potential client. Neither of us had been there before. Pershing Square not available. He started complaining as soon as he got back to the office. Nice room. Food mediocre. Menu limited and seriously overpriced. Wait staff inept. Apparently they are not trained to handle diners that are not guests of the hotel. The time wasted to get the bill settled was Very embarrassing. So disappointed. He blamed me, of course.
Stay away! The manager BROOKE is unprofessional and should be fired for how she treated us. Left a wallet at the table and instead of a call was told that they would not send it back to us. I said I could do a Fed Ex pick up. Brooke went through the wallet. The debit card had over $2000 charged to it. The cash and other items were taken. Had a pulse deal and didn’t realize it that everything was an up charge. Including oj for the mimosas - bread. Order cam out wrong yet nothing was credited. RUN !
Wendy, Im so sorry you had such a terrible time with us on your Pulsd voucher. Bummer. If money is missing, I suggest reaching out to the authorities, just as we have done about all of your daughters false identifications. Im also shocked you had such a terrible interaction with Brooke, she merely handed back the wallet that your daughter left behind? Shes an asset, and certainly not deserving of such treatment. Please stop slandering her name. *Seems to be a false review*.
Over cooked steak and eggs. Worst I’ve had in the city.
Would definitely go again. Be mindful, they close very early for a restaurant in NYC.
Every meal I have had here has been exceptional. So many unique tastes and different items. Love all of their salads. The lamb flatbread is always excellent too.
Service spotty with a half empty restaurant at brunch.
Food was great but came out less than 7 minutes after ordering. We wanted a leisurely brunch - which the bottomless is great but not when your food comes before you can finish 1 drink. If you go- have a few drinks before ordering.
We went for Thanksgiving dinner - party of 8. The food and service were both fantastic. We were able to talk to each other easily (noise level was low), and the ambiance was very cozy. We will definitely come back again!
Nice service but kitchen was extremely slow. It was our first visit but not sure we'll return because of this.
Booked a table for around 8pm via Open Table. Arrived at the bar, waited for 5 mins, then told “we’re closed, no food left”. Stay well clear.
Food was really delicious, above expectations, and coming from picky eaters.
Noise level was a little high mostly from the music. Interior felt a little dark, but was okay.
I have written a review of Bedford & Co. before. It is a comeback place and I have done that although not thru Open Table because my friend and I just walked in unplanned. Food & ambience are very good. Service is excellent.
Strange place. The menu offerings were very limited. The food was pretty good but the meal as a whole was lacking. We ordered a burrata starter and while it was tasty, it was just a lump of cheese (and some fish and nuts, seasoned well) on a plate. When we asked if there was anything to put it in we were told no. No bread, crackers or any other option. The burger was fine but had aioli on it, which it did not say on the menu. I dislike aioli and sent it back. The burger reappeared moments later — a new top and bottom bun, minus the aioli but the same burger just scraped clean of the aioli - and now luke warm. The chicken parm was chicken on the bone- not great and nearly impossible to eat. And the whole branzino was good. They brought the whole slimy fish out to show us - pre cooking it. It was also the last one available (we had a 5:45pm pre theater dinner - and the restaurant wa basically empty - so it must have been left over from the day before?).
Finally, the meals came with nothing else on the plate. The chicken was 2 pieces of chicken. The fish, just the fish. No sides on the plate and no sides to order. Overall, a strange and rather unsatisfying experience.
My friend and I both enjoyed our brunch and the food was good. However, I thought it was a bit pricey for the portion size. I had the avocado toast and it was $15 for one slice of bread. Wow! When I've ordered avocado toast elsewhere, you get two slices of toast. Not worth the price.
I love this restaurant. Food and setting is great. My only complaint is that it is extremely loud, even during lunch. Would not recommend for a business meal as a result.
Food is good but waiter disappears after a while and the meal loses traction.
Just as follow up, the restaurant called to talk about the issue and they were very nice about it-props to them. This was a coachable issue, and I appreciate it.
Quiet spot for business lunch , price fixe , limited choice but good
