   Overall very nice experience . The charcuterie board was a little disappointing. For $22.00 only had 2 cheeses on it , one was blue cheese and not many people are fans of that and 2 meats and was was corned beef . Once again, not everyone is a fan of corned beef . This could have had maybe 3 , not 2, better selected cheeses and meats

   Service was excellent. Lobster bisque was very good steak was ok but the vegetables were cold and mushy. A little pricey but still would recommend the view of the river was very nice.

   My wife and I went to celebrate Valentine’s Day (on the 16th instead of the 14th). Overall it was a great experience. We had a perfect table with a view of the river. The food was really good and the service was excellent. Appetizers were a little pricey, but the entrees were very reasonably priced. We also got a bottle of champagne half off because it was their special for Thursdays. It was very quiet in there, maybe even a little too quiet. But, we enjoy the laid back kind of vibe, so we appreciated it. We will probably be back at some point in the future!

   I will start by saying that we paid close to $200.00 for dinner with drinks and dessert. For that price, this was completely disappointing and regrettable. Service was not great. She tried but was clearly understaffed and appeared to be running the entire floor by herself. The staff shortage must be why they closed the actual restaurant and sat everyone in the bar. The location is very nice by the river but that hardly makes up for the food. My medium rare steak came out well done, it was literally so tuff that it was difficult to chew. My wife’s vegetables were also over cooked so much the skins (asparagus) were tough and she couldn’t eat them. Desert was fine except my wife wasn’t told they were out of what she ordered until after my dessert actually arrived, by then she was over it. The sounds of other people complaining about their food filled the air and really added to the overall ambiance. We did not send any food back to be redone. If the cook staff is so bad that half the place seems to be complaining, I don’t trust sending anything back. We are pretty easy people to please, this was just that bad. I would rather eat at McDonalds, I hate the food but it only cost a few dollars to be unhappy. .

   I would recommend. The experience is worth it if you’re looking for an intimate dining experience. It’s really really quiet though. I would have loved for it to be a piano or some soft music playing. Not loud, but loud enough to not hear everyone’s conversation around you.

    First time there. Drove up from Columbus specifically to try this restaurant. Food was amazing, views were absolutely stunning and wait staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend!

    Caesar salad with steak - steak looked like day old, microwaved and less than 4 0z. Romaine lettuce was discolored. Heaps of dry Parmesan cheese. Definitely not worth the money. Server Juliet was lovely.

    Everything was great, the syrup was cold and the shrimp and other items should’ve been filled a little quicker but overall it was very nice. We’ll come back for sure.

    Beau’s has the best lobster bisque I’ve ever eaten anywhere in the USA. I come here specifically for that, but I’m never disappointed with whatever else we order. The ambiance is classy and quiet and the service never disappoints.

    I’ve eaten at Beaus before and I expected much better for the pricy brunch. Hard boiled eggs on the Eggs Benedict? Tasteless sausage gravy and I’m not sure what the things next to the gravy was supposed to be but they weren’t biscuits. Our waitress was excellent and the dessert was good. I was unhappy spending the amount of money we spent for such low to mediocre food. Very sad experience.

    Went for Sunday brunch, and we really enjoyed the experience. The setting and views are fantastic. Our server was friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. The brunch was a buffet, with a nice selection of tasty options for both breakfast and lunch. We were very satisfied with everything.

    After being seated, we were told by our server to go to the buffet. The food was non existent. A spoonful of cold scrambled eggs, no bacon, cold sausage, no bread for toast, some veggies and a bit of fruit. There was one waffle maker and a long line of people wanting to make a waffle. Based on this, and the cost of this breakfast, we will not be going back. This was supposed to be a breakfast for a birthday celebration.

    Our group of 8 was seated by a window overlooking the falls. Brunch buffet was very good and service was spot on. It was beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely go again!

    Food was good but we felt slightly overpriced based on the environment. Overall atmosphere is very cool however the restaurant is still in the lobby of a hotel. It was very loud inside due to a wedding/event at the time. Service was good but somewhat slow considering that the restaurant was not busy while we were there.

    Well it was my first time there with my friend and husband for my birthday. I had made reservations in advance. I had high expectations for this place. First they sat us in the noisy bar. The dining room was closed. It took forever to be waited on and service was very slow. When we did get our food however - the food was very good I cannot complain about the food when we eventually got it. Hard to get refills on drinks. No rolls or bread. Even with soup and lamb chops meal. It was my birthday They didn’t ask if we wanted a dessert menu. Just handed us a check. We had to ask. When we told the server it was my birthday. She just stared at me and didn’t say a word. No happy birthday. No candle. Nothing. We had about three different servers with zero personality. It’s a shame because it has such great potential And the food was good. Not sure if we’ll be back……. Total time there was over two hours - due to slow wait times

    Bar was nice; your bartenders are always fabulous. Music was very good but just a tad too loud. Dining server was amazing. She was friendly and attentive but kitchen timing was awful. There must have been some type of event somewhere in the building because for a near empty restaurant, the wait between courses was unacceptable. We like a leisurely evening but this was a bit much. Food was just okay. Salads were great and always are because of white french. Stroganoff was good but who makes stroganoff with penne? Was that penne? Finally the biggest disappointment was the ribeye….priced at what should have been a fair price for Beau’s but a steak thickness and quality worse than a Roadhouse. It wasn’t marbled like a ribeye should be….it was glandy and odd. Veggies were good; potatoes were dry. You may ask why we didn’t tell our server….three reasons: not her fault and she was so lovely, we had already waited so so long for our meal there was no desire to drag things out even further and we are always hesitant about complaining as we have to believe it is not your intent to serve us a bad meal. Telling you now, though, because you really should know the food just was not very good.

    Only reason not 5 star overall is the temperature of room. It was very cold. We let waiter know of discomfort and he agreed it was cold but offered no solution. This did impact our enjoyment.

    To celebrate my and my daughter's birthdays, I wanted to go to a Sunday buffet brunch with the family. Beau's did not disappoint! Our server, Matt, was knowledgeable and attentive and provided us with everything we needed to know. The options were good - the berry blintzes and crab-stuffed sole were favorites, while the pancakes were only so-so. Two in our party had the omelet station, and were satisfied with the results. We didn't have mimosas or the Bloody Mary bar, so we can't comment on those. Excellent seating by the windows, although the music was a bit loud for a Sunday morning. We are planning to go again soon, and would recommend to friends.

    Me and my girlfriend ate dinner here on Saturday night. The restaurant was quiet with it being a holiday weekend. The ambiance and food were outstanding! I had the filet and added a lobster tail with a sweet potato and greens. My girlfriend had the pasta with scallops! Excellent foot…taste and served at the right temperature. The Lobster Bisque is the best I have ever had!! The service was good and timely. The New York cheesecake was outstanding!! We would definitely go back!!
