Contemporary American
Amazing cuisine, well-chosen wines, impeccable service, and unique transportation options to the restaurant have made our mountain-top cabin a favorite destination for years!

The restaurant is nestled atop the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort, so the only way to get to Beano's Cabin in the winter is by a 20 minute open air sleigh ride pulled by a Snowcat. Please note, your reservation time is your departure time.

Live music is performed by an acoustic guitarist while guests dine on a thoughtfully prepared meal by Executive Chef Kevin Erving.

Adults enjoy a 5-course menu for $139*
Children under 13 may enjoy our 3-course children's menu for $79*

While we do not offer an à la carte menu, the menu is not prix fixe and guests have their choice from a variety of options within the courses. Sample menus provided are subject to change.

*Prices are for the sleigh ride and meal only and do not include taxes, gratuity, or beverages.

Overall experience 9/10 what would have made it a perfect 10 was lap warm water bottles and dry ponchos for the ride to and from the restaurant. Love the concept and food was amazing!!

Our server & bartender were amazing! Art & DC. ❤️❤️❤️
Best food we’ve had in BC, and it was fun to surprise the family with the sleigh ride.

Lovely ride to the cabin and great service. Didn’t love being shoved out the door after our meal for the next sled ride. All over it was a fine experience and I would do it again.

A must do while in the area! The whole experience is one of a kind... something you cannot find anywhere else! At this 5-course restaurant you pay for WAY more than the food.

I should have read the reviews and more information before choosing this after a long day of skiing. A 2.5 hour 5 course meal plus waiting on sleigh ride after dinner was not what we were wanting. The food was great but this is very expensive and you are locked in 2 days before so be prepared. This is great if you are looking for a nice long romantic dinner but for a family, not so much.

Wow! Everything was perfect.....we each had a different soup , white bean or carrot ginger. Both were delicious, then an over the top salad, and all of the appetizers were amazing! For appe's we had the pork belly recommended by our outstanding waiter, Art, as well as the papparelle and oysters. We loved them all. For dinner we had the Buffalo Rib Eye and Lamb...both were perfectly prepared and delicious. Desert did not disappoint either..Banana sticky pudding, Chocolate mocha cake and the raspberry bomb ..each was special. As good as the food was, the staff was over the top as well. Our waiter made the evening fun and was attentive and professional. The entire restaurant staff works hard to make sure your evening is an evening to remember. They are willing to give you a taste of wine/scotch before you order to ensure you get what you want. The live music was also a wonderful addition to the experience and ambiance....great tunes ! The ride up in the sleigh makes the evening fun unique but the food and service are over the top at Beano's. The staff on the sleigh were warm and welcoming. Our evening was so great that we agreed to make Beano's a regular stop every year. It is by far our favorite "on mountain restaurant" in the Vail Valley.

We went for our first dinner as an engaged couple after I had proposed earlier that day. It was a really special date night and the food was phenomenal. The sleigh ride at night was very peaceful and serine. The cabin itself is gorgeous and there is a large fireplace with live music playing. It was a magical night.

Beano’s is about the experience. The sleigh ride , the cozy slippers and the cAbin itself is what makes it so special. The food is good and the service is always top notch!

What a great experience! From the sleigh ride to the delicious dessert, Beanos was awesome. We took the parents here for a “last night of vacation dinner” and they were blown away. The Venison was my favorite dish on the table.

What an amazing experience from the twilight sleigh ride up to the star lit ride down. Greeted by Kristina, once we arrived, who showed us where to hang our coats, with cozy slippers available, we made our way to the bar where DC poured us into the appropriate glass to warm our sense's, and entice our taste buds. Once seated, with a beautiful view of Grouse Mountain, our servers Nick, and Dave introduced themselves, and went over the five course menu. The menu is incredible. The selections are amazing. Luckily there were six of us, so we were able to share. One person in our party has food allergies, and our servers Nick, and Dave were able to to have the kitchen accommodate all of their needs. I cannot say enough on how helpful Chef Eric was, as well as, the rest of the kitchen staff. The ambiance was wonderful. Roy, the musician is fantastic, with an incredible away of songs. What a magical evening. The food was titillating. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, fun, and engaging. Worth every penny.

Went for a second time and totally disappointed. Our server took forever to come to our table. Half the food was good the other half disappointing. Sleigh ride was ok going up but on the way down there were no jackets and most of them were wet from the snow.

I was very impressed with our entire experience with one exception. Our first waiter took a long time to obtain our drink orders and it appeared as if they forgot about us after that. Approximately 30 minutes elapsed and our second waiter showed up. Our second waiter was excellent and attentive, but the experience was tainted because of how long we waited (we didn’t actually start dinner until 945pm with a 830pm reservation time).

Have eaten here many times but disappointed this time in the winter salad and the bison ribeye . The first time ever that we have been less than thrilled with the food . Salad very plain without much taste , the ribeye with too much gristle and overwhelmed by the topping/ sauce . Soup and desserts were usual excellent .

The ride up and back was great with the staff distracting us from the cold by talking, taking pictures and telling jokes.
The wait staff was warm and friendly, great guitar player. The ambiance and food are always outstanding.
You can’t beat Beano’s Cabin for a special, memorable evening.

Beano’s is very nice for special occasions and its remoteness is part of the charm, just remember to bundle up for the sleigh ride. There is a wonderful wine list and an eclectic menu from starters through entries. With stronger dessert options, I would have given it a 5 for food and as the overall score, but the desserts brought it down, which primarily included cake related items and most disappointedly, gelato with a freezer burnt taste and texture. Hopefully, the dessert choices will be elevated to match the rest of the 5 course meal.

Absolutely amazing experience! We had the most amazing time. Be sure when you are loading the sleigh to sit facing backwards - way warmer! The provided house slippers when you get to the cabin we’re a game changer. Felt like fine dining in our own home. Wonderful entertainment as well. LOVED it! We will definitely add this to the BC rotation!

Food was delicious, well prepared and presented, and if anything portions were on the large size. I keep seeing this restaurant getting knocked for being spendy, but 5 courses with no supplements charge is not bad, comparatively. Most places up charge for items like foie, but chef just lets it rip here.

Wait staff was great, Art is a showman and rancontoure (seemed like the kind of guy who is probably a trip to hang out with) Eric the sommelier has great pairings, and Brett, Aaron, Dc, and Brad were all great as well. I had high expectations for beanos, and they exceeded them in all ways.
