Always a great place to celebrate a birthday! My kid’s first choice.
Brought a group after an event. I'd told them about BD's and the response from all of them was that it was everything I'd told them.
We love bd's for family get-togethers. Of seven in our party, one is vegan, one vegetarian, two were on whole 30, and two major foodies. The make-your-own bowl works for everyone. Be careful if you have allergies. It was a busy day so lots of the tongs had found there way to different buckets. Daughter allergic to pineapple had to take benadryl cuz some snuck in her plate. They do offer to cook your food separately though.
I live this place. My wife does not. Even she said it was great that night. I think it is a home run every time.
Horrible service especially after the manager accused me of lying after a miscommunication with our waitress and walked away when I requested corporate contact information.
Fresh ingredients as always. Soup was just passable. Grillers should add more liquid so that it is steamed. Grillers should consider using metal pan to cover and facilitate steaming.
Great food and it’s fun to create your own dish. The service was good and the desserts are also really good. The wait on a weekend is really long, even with a reservation, so be prepared.
Good: We had an excellent waitperson.
Not so good: It is always very loud in this restaurant.
Bad: One of the cooks told me not to yell at him. I wasn't yelling; I was trying to make myself heard over the very loud music.
Food and atmosphere was good.
Problem with service...Server was quick and friendly but when delivering water to the table she accidentally spilled an entire 12oz glass of ice water on the table and into the lap of one of our group...soaking their jeans in ice water that did not dry out until they got home.
The server apoligised and cleaned up everything but then failed to come back and replace all the napkins which she used to clean the table. We had to go to the bar to get them ourselves. No one followed up or offered any discount or any other compensation which is normal for most restaurants. Free drink? Dessert? Nothing.
We are definitely getting our 2018 off to a good start! We have already been to bd's several times this year. It is an excellent place to eat and meet friends, which is what we did this time. We always look forward to our dining experience and enjoy catching up with Scott, Melissa, Carlie A, Kevin, Heather, Cheyenne, Alyssa and Emily, among others.
Wide variety of food, and with it being a Mongolian grill setting you are able to make it exactly how you like it. Service was nice and facilities were clean. Would go again!
Waitress never refilled our drinks once. Never could find her
Being able to choose EXACTLY what I want to eat always makes BD's one of my favorite restaurants. Service is generally good and very helpful for people who have not visited before.
A bit confusing at first but once you figure out the flow it is a very neat place. As a first timer I was unsure of what sauce and seasoning to select but with a little guidance I really liked what I chose. I will defiantly be back with friends again.
Great food as usual. Lots of activity on Saturday night. Staff challenged to keep up with tables and keeping the floor clean.
It was a decent experience
We love Mongolian for our Birthday celebrations. It's hard to find a place where everyone's dietary needs are met. With the build-your-own bowl, everyone can select what they like/need. It's great fun!
Had a wonderful birthday party dinner with family!
As always, a great choice for picky eaters or those on special diets, as you know what's going in to your meal, because you picked it yourself. I could have done without ragey "news" on the TV at dinner, though. Sports is OK, but not the rage machines on the "News".
Went to the restaurant Saturday night We had reservations but it appeared as many people didnt. To go to the salad bar you had to cross in front of the other patrons waiting and you also had to go back to your seat with a full plate in front of the same people I felt like everyone was breathing down my neck very crowded and uncomfortable. Food was ok service poor
I'll start by saying that the food was good HOWEVER the service was Horrible I made reservations on open table witch they did not have. We never seen our server & when we did she never clean the table and worst of all the manager was really rude I had a party for 16 and he never came to the table once & they weren't even busy
Food was good, however service was terrible.
Another great experience at BD's. Food was great and Carlie A remembered our preferences even though she had only waited on us once before. We definitely recommend BD's.
Chora provided excellent service. She knew all of our preferences before we sat down. We will request her when we return. The food was fresh and well-prepared, as usual. We recently attended a friend's birthday party at BD's and enjoyed it very much. This is a great place to eat. Very popular with a wide variety of individuals.
Another great meal for friends and family. Each meal is different because of the large number of options for ingredients, sauces and spices. The current gift card special makes it even more affordable. Scott is a real trooper, walking around all day on a broken foot. Convenient location and lots of free parking.
We recommend BD's to all of our friends. The food choices are great. Scott and Phil make sure we have everything we need, prepared just the way we like it. They seem to enjoy the challenge of different dietary requirements.
BD's Mongolian Bbq has always been one of my faves. Kind of pricey for a family of 6 but delicious none the less and if you go on kids night Monday or Tuesday it knocks a few bucks off.
Great place to eat, as they readily accommodate special dietary needs. Phil and Scott are friendly and very helpful. The cooks are most entertaining. Quincee is very friendly and enthusiastic. We love the 95th and Quivira location!
Food was excellent and so was the desert, those fried oreos are so delicious.
They did not have a table open for us even though we had reserved through the Open Table App! Very disappointing. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table to open up.
I appreciate being able to reserve a table for my co-workers and the staff there were very friendly. The food was good and entertaining while being prepared. I like the sports channel being played on the TV's around the place. No problems with coming back.
BD's is not a place to have a quiet supper. The open table got us a table with little wait at the door which was nice. The food is average to OK. Table side service is average. I usually like a quieter place to have supper with my out of town guests, but this is where they wanted to go.
The food is always amazing! I love BDs our server seemed to be stretched thin that night. She did her best to keep up but it seemed short staffed..But my boyfriends beer didn't come until he was 1/2 done with his food that he didn't even finish it before we left. Same with our rice and tortillas... we were already half way done. I also sat 10 minutes with out a drink refill. Again not mad at our server she was sweet and was doing her best to keep up.
Love Bd's. Great food and always a good place to eat.
The food was good. I like that we have the option to get creative with all the sauce choices & spices. Extra bowls should be at the table so patrons do not need to wait on staff to bring them.
great place to take out our family for an after XMAS meal.
Had reservations and still had to wait 15 minutes. Got to our table and there was a 20 minute line to get food and have cooked. Shrimp was not cooked all the way. Not overly impressed. Hostess forgot about our appitizer.
With the noise level options, I wouldn't call it energetic as the loudest option. It is random talking from everyone in the room, with no walls that break up the sound, all conversations carry throughout.
