   It took forever to seat us even with our reservation that i made days ago indicating that they didn’t plan ahead for it. Once we were sat it was at one of the largest size tables and there was only three of us. The restaurant was extremely noisy. Our waiter kept darting past him and we constantly had to flag him down if we needed something.

   The food wasn’t bad, but the service was terrible. They didn’t bring us our drinks until we finally walked up to the kitchen and asked for them. They didn’t bring us our rice or tortillas, and we watched a worker take rice and tortillas and just set them on an empty table across the restaurant. We asked our waiter and he said, oh those over there are yours. I’ll grab them I guess. They didn’t have any clean salad plates or soup plates, and when I asked the waiter if they had any more, she said let me go check like she hadn’t noticed they were gone, then she never came back to me. We wouldn’t get our bill at the end of the meal, and the waiters were too busy being the baristas and making drinks for other people who had just come in and wouldn’t bring our bill. We had to walk up to the bar and ask for it after waiting for forever. There was a long line of people waiting to get seated and half the restaurant was empty, they just needed someone to wipe down a table and seat them. Worst restaurant service I think I’ve ever witnessed. Again, the food was pretty good, but the service was TERRIBLE.

   Server gave us a refill bowl. While we were up getting more food without our knowledge our entire table was cleared of everything (silverware, drinks, rice....) EVERYTHING. They should have known we weren't gone because our coats were left on the chairs. Then to top it off someone sweeping the floor noticed us sitting there with no utensils and drinks and went and got us some.

   Normally it is good, but it must have been an off night for them. They seemed very short handed. It took awhile for our food and our waitress was really nice but she was also bartender so it took awhile for our drinks etc.

   While our experience at BD's was very good, the reservation process failed miserably. They had no record of our reservation and as a result, we had to wait for a table.

   Really good all the way around really great service good and enthusiastic cooks. The only thing that was off was that the hostess said she didn’t have our reservation but we ate at the bar which was fine

   The place has kids running it the cook burned my food because he was busy talking a female the table they sat us at was all wet and I had to dry it even when we sat down they said the table wet so u might want to let it dry . After telling the wait they did nothing about it. Then my kid went up to get her food cooked and one of the cooks are sitting on the counter were u put your food. The place was dirty I work hard for my money and wanted to take my twins out for there birthday and it wasn't not worth the 77.00 I paid. They need a adult manager there and stop letting the kids run that place
