We went for dinner to celebrate my sons 14th birthday. We felt the food was overcooked/his meal was burned. Disappointed-and had hoped to be wowed. Might give one more try in the future.

We celebrated an anniversary a few days ago and were extremely satisfied with our group experience. Staff was great and it was super fun, and tasty. Not sure why some negative reviews, this was my first time there and I will definately return. Could have filled a couple items in the selection area a little quicker, but that's not enough reason for me to complain:)

We made reservations for a Saturday Night at 6pm. We showed up a little early. We let the hostess know we had reservations and took a seat to wait. A few people came in after we did and sat also to wait for their tables. We watched a lady that was at the hostess stand when we arrive clean a few tables, so we thought she would seat us after those were clean. No such luck. We waited over 20 min to be sat AFTER she cleaned 4 or 5 tables. Then the real hostess showed up from the back and starts taking names of people waiting. Of couse we were one of the last to have our names retaken although we had reservations. We ended up leaving after she started sitting people who showed up AFTER we did. What horrible service.

I made reservations online. These reservations were made 4 to 5 hours before I was going out. When we got there they had no record of my reservation. When we receive her food from the grill it was done properly it tasted good but we ended up with quite a bit of food that was not in our bowls my wife at quite a few noodles that she never put in my daughter had onions and other things that she did not put in hers this was a little disconcerting The people doing the grilling were very entertaining and they did a good job I think they might want to spend a little more time concentrating on their work than being entertaining I think they're working for tips a little bit too much rather than making sure the food stays where it supposed to Overall it was a pleasant experience the food was good but for what you pay I think it could be a little bit better

Our server was very over worked, but he was amazing. Very friendly! The food stick was very low so you weren't left with very many options. Also the line was filthy!

we made reservations, they didn't have them and didn't have a table ready. Luckily the restaurant wasn't that busy at the time so we got right in.

It wasn't as good as other experiences I've had with this chain. I recommend going later in the day than I went (which was at 5) because the atmosphere just isn't the same that early when there are so few customers.
