Needs to have 3-4 cook on grill to keep lines from backing up.

Food is always good - super crowded because of Mother’s Day ....need to do a better job cleaning utensils and bowls.

This particular evening was a disaster except that we were able to make a reservation and be seating quickly. However, it all went downhill from there. We had to track down a server, she told us that she was not our server, but still took our drink and rice orders. After waiting double the time as normal for our food to be cooked, we came back to our table to find out drinks with no rice or utensils. Again we tracked down our server only to be told that all utensils were in the dishwasher and we were brought plastic forks. The server apparently sent the manager over, as we had not complained, at that point. He came over and apologized, as well as discounted our orders which was nice of him, as well as receiving an apology from our original server. I did not mention this was our cousins first time at BDs and we raved about it before we came, only to fall short. I doubt we'll return on a Saturday evening again, as we usually visit at lunchtime during the weekday. My rating of Yes was based in our past experiences, it would be a No if I were basing it on only on this experience.

Plenty of tables open yet a long wait. Line for grill was very long and the containers with the meats and sauces were empty. Definitely mis-managed.

Our reservation was OK , but of the five in our party , three of us had food that ranged from over-cooked to actually burnt. My daughter's food was inedible and when we advised our waitress , who was excellent , she summoned a manager who let her get a replacement bowl and this bowl was alright. Even our second bowl was not as burnt as the first but was still over cooked. The guys at the grill need to pay more attention to the grill and not talking and showing off. The line for the grill was was about 20 minutes long , which meant my daughter spend nearly forty minutes in line for just one edible bowl.The salad bar was so messy that none of us were interested in trying it - food scattered everywhere and mixed up. This was a birthday dinner and it was very disappointing. Line management was totally ineffectual. You guys are better than this.

Great dinner with excellent service. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Our family loves coming here. Tonight we were celebrating a college graduation.

Got food went up to grill, but for some reason they couldn't manage the queue of people correctly and end up breaking our group of 5 up. So everybody couldn't eat at the same time. It was a mess. Stand here, oh wait slide down one, oh u have to step back.. it could have been easily avoided. Also the server would disappear for 10 mins at a time. It was a Wednesday, not busy primetime.

It’s hard to say service ruined our experience at a place where you make your own food, but it did.
Upon arrival, they said they could not find our reservation. 20 minutes later we were seated,only to have a 15 minute wait for our server to take our drink orders and another 10 minutes before she brought our bowls. She was inattentive throughout the meal. Drinks were not refilled, she never returned to see if we wanted another bowl for a second trip. We she returned we asked for our bill and some boxes. 15 minutes later we had to search for a manager to bring those items.
Our food was good, and the cooks did a good job, but 2 1/2 hours for lunch is toooo long. Service really needs to improve at this location.

Yes I would but I felt like the server my wife and I had was under the influence of something significantly stronger than alcohol. She forgot our rice and appetizers on top of forgetting we had ordered alcoholic beverages with waters. The food was exceptional so it's a toss up for me whether we'll go to this one anytime soon.

Overall, we had a great visit! The only complaint that I had was that the bars for the food weren't consistently stocked. The food was great and the staff cooking were entertaining as well as efficient.

We went on Saturday night so I made a reservation for 7:15pm my boyfriend and I walked in at around 7:10 and checked in and were told that they’d let them know we were here. So almost an hour goes by and we’re still waiting to be seated. We thought because it was so busy that we’d have to wait a few extra minutes. And then just about 8:05 a group of 6 or 7 walked in and we overheard them tell them that they had a reservation at 8 and they were seated within less than 5 minutes. I walked up and asked how much longer it would be since it was now 8:05 and I reservation was for 7:15 and that we overheard that a group had just walked in with a reservation and almost after an hour we got there. I was told by the girl who checked us in that she forgot to tell them we were here and then couldn’t remember if we had already been seated but not once did she bother to check. So we stood right in front of the counter for almost an hour and she never once bothered to check. Really really disappointing. What’s the point of having a reservation option if it’s not even going to be attended to correctly???

It was our first time there. Our server did a great job of explaining how things worked, however we had to wait for 30 min until we got our drinks. It took forever to get food cooked, they acted bothered. Was not expecting what we got. Also, the bar was out of meat, the ribeye was very fatty. There were many hostesses not enough cooks or servers. We will not be back due to poor experience.

I had a reservation for 5:30 PM, there were several empty tables. We decided to sit at the bar after waiting for 35 minutes. Once we were sitting down ready to eat out table was ready. The grillers were less than energetic. The food bars were messy and empty. I took 2 others there, that had never been before, they thought it was okay.
I usually go the Marconi restaurant, much better!

Went to BD's for my birthday lunch. If you're part of their email club, you get a meal on your birthday for free! We barely beat the rush as it got very crowded about 20 minutes after we arrived.

This is a great place to meet up with friends or go on a date. Create your own ingredients for your stir fry and enjoy your dish! Never a complain. Great for lunch or dinner. Quick too.

Our table(s)/side room wasn’t ready. They didn’t seat us until about 20 mins after our reservation time. The manager never stopped by to see how things were, to apologize for not being ready, etc. I would not recommend this location for anything, worst experience ever at a BDs.

Normally this restaurant is not as busy, loud, and dirty as it was on Saturday night. I was truly disappointed to see a mess on the floor under our table, sticky spots on the table top, several spills on the floor that employees would look at as they walked past, food bins empty, and dirty bowls for the food/sauces that were just brought out from the back room. I would hope that this was a once-in-a-freak-moment thing, but assume that it is becoming the norm for this location.

I would hesitate to go back to the Easton restaurant until the employees change and management starts stepping up to make sure the company standards for quality are met.

Don’t waste time making a reservation when you still have to wait 30 minutes once you arrive to be seated for the reservation you made. Rice was under cooked staff outside of my waitress was curt and rude. Will not be going back.

Made reservations weeks in advance and still had to wait to be seated others were being seated before us finally my brother n law had to demand we be seated. Food was good but service not so much disappointed that we had to demand to be seated when we had made reservations.

We go to Mongolian maybe once or twice a year. One of the times is on our birthdays because we have free meal coupons. The waiter we had was a jerk and always looked ticked off in general. When I ask for another bowl he was quick to say that the leftovers can’t go home and also rudely grabbed a menu to show us the rule in it. We were simple. Didn’t give him any reason to have his guard up with us. I asked him if we can take home the food that’s already been digged into and made and he even said it was a no go. What does it hurt taking home already half eaten and cooked food? Are they making a statement by just it away in the kitchen and wasting the food? The manager never came by to see how everything was going like most well managed restaurants. They had the attitude of take it or leave we are too good for you because we are located at Easton persona. I do not see going back to that location with or without a coupon

So went here for my birthday dinner. Bogo for my husband and I. The cook that was on my side of the grill was chatting alot with the other cooks and while watching my food it didnt get turned much as the others and kinda got skipped over, so a part of me thought it was burning. Well alot of my meat ended up burnt and my sauce wasnt stirred well. I got to my table and when my waitress came to check we made her aware. She immediately went to the kicthen a cook came up with a new clean bowl and observed my plate. He told me to come to him personally to cook my food. He did a great job, only downfall was my husband was now sitting at our table by himself picking at his food which was no longer hot by the time I sat down. Ive never had this problem before but glad it was handled the way it was. This wont keep me from coming back. I love bd's and it's our special date night on occasion.

This was not a good experience. Our waitress was pretty much non existent. The beer we ordered took a very long time to come..they were changing the keg, but no one notified us they were working on it. I had an allergy bowl cooked in the back, and it sat out after it was done because no one brought it to me until I asked. The food line ran out of food and I had to ask for tofu and eggs. I wish that there were TVs in the dining area. Dining area was very tight and I was squeezing between other people tables.

Good experience! Good food. Our waitress, Asia, was on point and so accommodating. The grill chefs were a blast and the food was delish. The only thing I would have changed was our seating arrangement.... we had a large group and we had plenty of table space but we were butted against a wall and if someone wanted out.... everyone had to move. It was a minor inconvenience but would have been nice to have had at least some walk-behind room

Asked to be close to the food bar and grill when we made the reservations hours before arriving because we had a handicapped person who has trouble walking and we get there and are shoved in the farthest corner away from the food bar and grill. Our server had a pretty rough time getting started took forever to get drinks and bowls and she was gone for quite a while however by the time the meal was over it was slightly better.
