Always outstanding food. Unlike some restaurants who keep trying to find new creations and striking out (see the next door restaurant), Bazin's gives you their Best Hits and mixes in specials. The sea bass is one of the best meals I've ever eaten.

Our affair of seven was a family reunion, with many years elapsed since last meeting. Much talk and delicious food later, our well-attended-to group found the setting, food choices and preparation, and table service to be in balance and memorable. We would choose Bazin's again, for our small group.

Once seated it took over 20 minutes to be approached, and then only after my wife sought greeter assistance. Food was mediocre; either bland and tasteless (flounder and sea bass), or bitter (sweet potato puree and creme brûlée). Med/rare steak came out well done and the creme spinach was inedible. Desserts were far from exceptional. Tables are old and worn; a simple table cloth could help. Actually the entire restaurant was badly outdated. Sadly, this is no longer a go-to eatery in Vienna.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary at Bazin’s. We hadn’t been for awhile but remembered that the food was delicious. While we could have easily chosen a fancier restaurant given the occasion, we couldn’t justify any additional cost for food that was probably not any better. We could not have been more thrilled with our decision to dine at Bazin’s. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was just what we wanted. We reminisced about how our journey has unfolded while eating some of the best food we have had in a long time. Thank you Bazin’s- we will be back soon!

Service, food, etc were as great as ever. A bit overly noisy - but really due to the large number of diners. it was packed which makes every table talk louder in order to be heard - esp the larger group tables...but it is worth it!

Lovely, helpful staff; excellent food and drink. We loved the design and the quiet hum even when the restaurant filled up. Our waiter made excellent suggestions, and was very responsive and observant around our needs. We look forward to a repeat visit!

My wife and I got four appetizers as our meal. Based on the descriptions, we chose four that sounded spicy--spicy shrimp lettuce wraps, Moma's meatballs, chicken thighs, and short ribs empanadas. All four of them were bland. The lettuce wraps don't hold a candle to P.F. Chang's chicken wraps. I'm all-Italian ancestry and grew up in an Italian environment--these meatballs tasted like regular chopped meat with no added spices. Similarly, the other two appetizers also seem spiceless. A wait person was prompt in bring water, but we waited an inordinate amount of time to place our order. I had to flag down a different wait person to get attention. We won't return.

I am a frequent customer of Bazin's restaurant, and enjoy Patrick's creations. We ate there on April 6th, and was disappointed with the meal. I ordered the seasonal pork chop with brussel spourts. The pork chop was smothered in barbecue sauce as well as the brussel sprouts and the mashed potatoes. I enjoy sauce, but not a pool of it where it overwhelms the meal. Additionally, the brussel sproutes were overcooked and did not taste good with barbecue sauce all over them. Having been a regular customer, this meal was not the norm. Perhaps something was amiss in the kitchen that evening.

It's been more than a decade since we last visited, but find memories brought us back. It's wonderful to see that this incredible establishment hasn't lost a step. Each course was wonderful and everything was delicious. The Brussels sprouts won the night - don't miss them!!! It was a fantastic trip down memory lane and worth the trek back to Vienna.

The tomato flatbread was ok. The short rib empanada was great. Branzino was good but the pork Chops was just ok. I think there was just too much sauce on the flat bread and the pork chops. The beer list is short and not good at all. The chocolate crunch bar was good.

Had a great time. Our waiter was a delightful young man and very attentive. Food was great and delicious. The issue was that the tables were crammed in a tight space and it was hard to maneuver through the tables for both the patrons and even for the poor waiters with their hands full with plates of food and drinks. This was my 10th time at this restaurant and I had never seen it like that. The noise level was too high and hard to carry a comfortable conversation with people around the table. Other than that, it was great.

We ordered several appetizers to share. All of them were beautifully presented and very flavorful. Among my favorites were the shrimp lettuce wraps and the burrata. The crisp-skinned branzino was an standout among the entrees.

5:30pmish it started getting busy. But noise level was ok. Got louder once whole place hit 6pm and more people arrived. Still was good. Rib empanadas were so so. But our main dishes were excellent. The Chilean sea bass was excellent. It actually was better than the Branzino. Though would still recommend for those that would like a lighter flavor. Pork chop was delicious. Service was well attended. Will be back.

Great place with very friendly staff, and plenty of free parking. Food was very good, my branzino was cooked to perfection. My friend's short rib was ok, not bad, but nothing to write hope about. It had a very meaty liquidy sauce, almost like it was out of a soup ball. I tasted it and liked it and it would have been nicer with some bread to dip in. Wine choices were very good. Place is big, airy, casual mostly but we saw a lot of people wearing sport jackets even on a Wednesday evening. Filled up quite well also, I think by 7:30 there were no tables open. Bar and table staff were very friendly and efficient. Good value overall. Our first time but it is on our list now for regular visits in the future.
