Definitely worth commuting to the Strip’s northern most peripheral and then peregrinating to the distant rear corner of the SLS’ begrimed Casino, which yes, to parrot a previous reviewer, appears to be on life support. Bazaar Meat merits all the superlatives/accolades it’s garnered thus far.....and then some!

I suspect that if this truly extraordinary dining establishment was located further south on the Strip, securing a table would be as difficult as obtaining six consecutive Royal Flushes?

The food was good and it’s a nice place but the ventilation is terrible. You will leave needing to take a shower and change your clothes

The location is terrible - seedy hotel in a bad area of Vegas. Felt old and tired. Food was OK - nothing special at all and very, very overpriced (and to be clear, we have no problem paying for value - went to Estetorio Milos the night before that was equally priced and worth every penny). Save your time and money for better choices

Absolutely one of the top 2-3 meals I've ever had in my life. I actually ended up going twice in a week. The food was creative and the meats were amazing. They also had one of the best wine lists I've ever seen in a restaurant. Don't pass up the opportunity to have this food experience!

Was not at all what we expected. Service was awful and the time waiting between appetizers and the main course was annoyingly long. Maybe it was an off night, but when you advertise as a top steakhouse in the United States and have a $$$$ menu anything less then stellar is unacceptable.

The good: great service; amazing choice of meats; wide range of choices on the menu. The bad: very noisy and busy, it was not a relaxing dinner, lots of servers moving around fast - stressful. We had the tenderloin and we were far from being wowed by it, it was not tender, it was chewy, and frankly tasteless. The tenderloin came with a sauce on the side that was cold. We think it was supposed to be warm. Didn't really care for it. The butter mashed potatoes were really good. Overall we would not recommend it.

We tried the Jose's way tasting. And while it was good and different it was highly overpriced when you're getting one green olive and one beefsteak tomato to share as entree, we even had to share the main steak course. For a restaurant proclaiming "Meat" in it's name it was surprising how much much of the tasting was not meat based...but anyhoo, the cotton candy was by far my favorite part of the tasting and the steak was like butter.

This is a very unique atmosphere. Our server was exceptional and took us around all five kitchens to explain what each does. The food was far beyond expectations. The best veal chop I have ever had!

Very smoky restaurant. Poor exhaust hood ventilation problem in main dining room.
Be prepared to wait 75 minutes on heavy traffic nights for your main course but worth it
Seating plan affords you no privacy. Feel like Your watching others eating A bit of a negative when you’re dining.
The smoke was the rough part.

My husband and I went to Bazaar for our anniversary. Our waiter was great. He walked us through the menu and made some recommendations. Everything we tried was good, especially Cinco Jotas Jamon Iberico. One thing I would say is that it is too dark in there. I know it's an upscale restaurants bot the lighting could be better. Also, be aware, the portions are small. My husband loved the steak but also felt that the steak was too small. Specially when the concept of the restaurant is to share your meal.

By far best meal in Las Vegas, The Manhattan comes to the table still smoking and super smooth.
We gave the waiter our price limit and let him decide. It was perfect!!

Great venue great service food was tasty. The steak was cooked to perfection. I have had the pleasure of eating here many times and continue to go back. One of the best restaurants in Vegas. Great place to share a meal with folks. You have to try the butter potatoes they are amazing.

One of the best dining experience, at $185/person it’s a steal! Amazing wine list and it feels good to know it’s at a restaurant of a chef who might just be nominated for Nobel Peace prize❤️

Great food - the beef from older cows certainly is deeply flavored. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and the tartar was amazing. Both paired perfectly with a unicorn Spanish red from 1964. Somm was extremely helpful navigating an immense wine list (you owe it to yourself to try Spanish reds here). The oysters are simply fantastic. Tortilla (an omelet) with bone marrow and sweetbreads was outstanding and the egg mixed in table side made for rich and unctuous food.

Service seemed a little stretched and we had a gap where I didn’t see a server. Next time I will ask for Elias as he’s just a fantastic server and guide.

Remains a must visit restaurant

We thought we were going to have the best meat ever since it’s famous chef José Andrés ! We were very disappointed with the food because no flavor ! Just meat that cut and grilled no seasoning and no flavor ! The mash potatoes and the Caesar salad nothing with flavor. Too pricy for nothing.
Go to any steak house chain and you will have better meals for less like Ruth Chris or Fleming.

There was a considerable difference in what is detailed in the menu and what you are served. This was not an under promise and over deliver moment at all. Our lobster must have included water weight prior to cooking. I've had better and bigger lobster tails at less expensive establishments. It is my opinion it was not thoroughly cooked. It had a taste and smell of stale water and the meat was gummy and chewy. I thought I should try and blow a bubble because of how long it was taking to chew and swallow. There was a black liquidy substance that poured out of it after I lifted up the claw area. However against my better judgement and the $100 menu item I went for it. I don't think it was seasoning and reminiscent to the substance used in the blockbuster movie Aliens. The steak we ordered was cut into little bite size pieces prior to serving. ??? Our server never asked us how we would prefer our steak cooked. Needless to say after it was delivered in bite size pieces and under cooked for our taste and had to be tossed back on the grill for re-evaluation the flavor we experienced was not the same as you would expect from a whole steak. This was our first experience eating at this restaurant and as the old cliche goes first impressions are lasting impressions. Good luck.

Since I was introduced to Bazaar Meat a few years ago, it has become my one "great night out" in Las Vegas. It is pricey, but worth it. I bring a new friend each time if only to watch their reaction to this amazing food.

Our server delighted us with an a-la-carte tasting menu that completely blew our minds. Our senses were tantalized and our palates were satiated and delighted with the fun Jose Andres had with his menu. We loved every minute of dinner.

The meat was outstanding! We had a very good waiter who made excellent recommendations without trying to sell us the most expensive stuff. We enjoyed the delicious appetizers before we got to the star of the evening - THE MEAT

We are locals and this was our first time at Bazaar Meat. The service was amazing. Our server made a very good first impression. The sommelier was very knowledgeable of the wines on the list. We were offered items to try we had not considered ordering. The food was great. We will return to the restaurant and be a little more adventurous in ordering thanks to the experience we had with this first visit.
