it's a little pricey, but if you're looking at a Jose Andres restaurant, you're probably prepared for that. food was expertly prepared, decor was whimsical and artsy and fun. however noise levels were a little more than I'd care for and there could have been a little more light. I feel that some additional wall coverings or baffling would cut the volume down.
Creative, innovative and even awe-inspiring cuisine. Service was impeccable. Ths is a "must-do" in Vegas.
Absolutely divine. Simply the best steakhouse I've ever been to. Definitely not a traditional steakhouse but that's a good thing in this context. Ambiance was amazing, staff is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and share. Everything about the experience felt catered to us as patrons. The Kobe beef experience was incredible and the Wagyu ribeye we shared at the table from Rosewood, TX was delicious as well. Obviously an expensive dining experience, but for the steak lover or for a special occasion it's the single best restaurant I've been to in America.
Was great total different place for a dinner
If you want the best steak you've ever had, this is the place. If you want to conserve your money, this is not exactly the place. If you pass away and still have money in the bank you should have spent it here before you left.
Had the tasting menu with an upgrade of the quality of beef. This was by far the best steak I have ever had. The meal was excellent and lived up to the hype
Do try the Cotton Candy Foie Gras along with pretty much anything they recommend!
They serve the best steaks in town, great sides and desserts, and the sommelier is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
We had an amazing experience here. I would highly suggest it to anyone that can appreciate a great fine dining experience.
Excellent meal. A little pricey, but overall a tremendous experience.
Excellent Angus steak grilled and sliced perfectly off the bone. Creamy potatoes are a must. Everything works great for sharing
Such an incredible restaurant. Superb food, excellent service, wonderful drinks, and the only place in the world I've enjoyed blood sausage.
Wines are terribly overpriced. Meat was tough and tasting menu was overpriced. More style than substance.
One word. Amazing!
Not for the faint of heart when it comes to prices, but perfect for that special occasion. Get the cotton candy foie gras and the jamon. Both shouldn’t be missed. Cheers!
Some of the best food I’ve ever had! Definitely a dining experience I would recommend. Be prepared to pay the price for the food and experience though!
I love all the Jose Andres restaurants in DC so I was excited to try a new one. I ordered the Jose way for 185$. Started with cotton candy foie gras. It was okay nothing exciting and would not order again. Next was olives. The real olive was very nice, the modern was unimpressive. I would recommend 2 traditional olives. Bagel and lox cone was very nice. Was the best course so far. Nice bite size and great flavor. Not wow but very good. The classic tartare was bad. I was looking forward to it as it is described as classic tartare but it is not. It is a very thin layer of tartare served on a parker house roll. This course was very disappointing and I was thinking I had made a mistake coming here. Next was the house cured meats. Wow, great selection and excellent flavor and variety. This would be the best course of the night. Tomato tartare was uninteresting. Basically a chopped tomato very boring. Next was the Steak with sides. The steal had a great sear with wonderful crust. It was very tender a very good steak but seasoned with large salt flakes that were uneven so some bites were salty and others lacked seasoning. A good steak but not the best in las vegas. Sides were a excellent asparagus and plentiful. Cauliflower was okay decent flavor. The buttered potatoes were bad. I love the potatoes at Joel Robuchon use a lot of butter but taste like potatoes. These tasted like butter, tried twice but both bites were disappointing I would avoid. last was dessert average. Overall it is not the most expensive meal I had by far but in 12 courses one wow dish makes it the lowest rated meal I have ever had. I usually do not use price in my final ranking but this place is so overpriced it is crazy. On the menu the steaks go for 75/lb and up but the smallest steak was 1.5lbs so the cheapest steak was over 115$. Save your money.
This wasn't dinner, it was an experience. Best food I've tasted so far. The staff was great as well. Highly recommend and will be back for more.
Absolutely amazing! Not a traditional steakhouse. Very unique. I’ll be back!
Best steak ever (and I had a lot of special steaks already)! This one topped them all!
We picked the Classics Tasting menu and our minds (and mouths) were blown away!!! Absolutely amazing experience!
This was one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our server was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be back next time in Vegas.
Saw this restaurant on Delicious Destinations or Zimmerman’s List and was touted as best in America restaurant. Knew when we went to Vegas we had to try it. Menus were a little overwhelming just such a huge variety of choices, but waiter was so helpful. Food and service were absolutely amazing!! Not cheap but worth every penny!! Food was beyond phenomenal, especially the Kobe A5. Will go back every time we go to Vegas.
Was a nice experience, very yummy, and great ambiance
You might just have the best meal of your life here...
Went with friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The food was FANTASTIC!
We have been before to this restaurant and really enjoyed the food and service. We were not disappointed coming back for a second time. We did the tasting menu and found the selection amazing. So many different flavors! Our waiter was great but he seemed slammed the different servers were on point but struggled on who to deliver the food to(which table) as well as forgot dishes. But our server corrected everything.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. We had the classic tasting menu which was absolutely fabulous. Honestly, superlatives fail me. Mashed potatoes are sublime. If I could give this place 1000 stars, it would still be an understatement.
The tartare is well done, the meat we ordered was tough. Decent wine list, wouldn't be in a hurry to return.
Choose 10 dishes for our custom tasting menu w main course 3 lb Angus/wagyu bone in ribeye for 3 people. Cotton candy foie gras and classic steak tartar were hits as were the special Manhattan and Negroni cocktails. All dishes and service were excellent.
Philippe Starck's design perfectly matches the whole concept of the restaurant:traditional+modern. Carefully perfected excellent cuts of meat enveloped by simplicity in everything...Great wine selection, amazing salad and mashed potatoes...employees are professional, not overly interacting with clients, but ready to explain and suggest, proud to be a part of that culinary orchestration. We went 2 nights in a row, everyone remembered and welcomed us back. Superb.
Seen the restaurant on the Zimmern List and I thought the next time I'm in Vegas I have to try it. Wow, totally awesome, waiter recommended a couple of off menu items that were totally worth the extra $ spent.
Can’t wait to return. The oysters, jamon and ribeye were amazing!
Our waiter was very professional and very knowledgeable of all the items on the menu. Being from Nebraska and knowing beef, I HIGHLY recommended Bazaar! Five stars all the way around.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
One of the best meals I've ever had. I liked it more than Bazaar in Los Angeles, and as much as or even more than e by Jose Andres. Every Bazaar should be a MEAT Bazaar.
Terrific hospitality from the Bazaar Meat team. Everything from your reception at the front desk, the bartenders, the wait staff, and the FOOD was first class. Not exactly a steakhouse, but this place has the best steaks in the country. Highly recommendedn Bring an appetite and work your way through the menu.
This is my absolute favorite place for a steak. Their selection of various Rib-eye steaks is large and you can even pick it out from a meat counter. They cook the meat slowly over a real wood fire and present the cooked steak cut-up and ready for the table to grab pieces and begin to eat. The appetizers are unusual, interesting and very tasty. The side dishes complement the entire range of steaks, chops and seafood. Then dessert offers a giant selection of bite sized treats.
If we are to be spending over $350 on dinner, I don’t want to hear screaming babies.
This restaurant should be adults only.
Food was great and the service was over the top I did feel that the appetizers were pricey but the smoked oysters were uniquely made and hit the spot The stars of the show at Bazaar are the meats and both the pork and rib eye steak were very good. We will be back
Another absolutly amazing experience (previously visited Miami restaurant). We had the tasting menu and considering I am a vegetarian the chef and our server Elias couldn't do enough to make sure I had the same experience. Throughly enjoyed and would defiantly visit again.
Amazing service. Amazing food. This place is worth every dime and will definitely be coming back. Our server was knowledgeable! We did the José away tasting menu and it was beyond our expectations.
