We were here for my cousins bachelor party and it was incredible!! We did the tasting with ribeye and filet, could not imagine a better piece of meat! Our waiter Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly... I look forward to coming back to Vegas so I can eat here again

We had been looking forward to trying Bazaar Meats during our trip to Vegas for a couple of months. Food was really great, BUT the experience was disappointing. We got the tasting menu, which left me with a bit of large beautiful steak regret (my own fault). Consider skipping this if you really want a great steak.. The courses are a bite or two each and they serve them fast. So if you are looking for a leisurely special occasion meal, the tasting menu may not be the answer, as it was hurried and “assembly line” in feel. Drinks and 8 separate courses, and we were in and out in under 90 minutes. We were often not done with our last two bite course, taking “small plate” to the next level, before the next one was on the table. This being said, everything was as delicious as promised. The menu items were impressively creative in both taste and presentation. But it would have been a better meal if they had provided a more upscale service experience.

Amazing!! We had the best experience and was impressed with everything! I felt like our entire meal was individualized from drinks, to tasting menu, to the wine. Probably one of the very best dining experiences I have EVER had!!!! Jose Andreas has another majorly successful restaurant!

Just when you think Jose Andres has reached the top of his game, he outdoes himself. The decor, the vibe, the creativity, and the FOOD was all unique and supremely memorable. If James Bond had a bachelor party, he'd go to Bazaar Meat! What an experience.

Coming from Spain, we feel it expensive (I understand it in Las Vegas) and not better than best meat restaurants in Barcelona (that is a good rate). Atmosphere was excellent and service too.

Perfect is the only way to describe the evening in every sense. Service, menu knowledge, presentation and taste. Under promise and over deliver is catchy, but in this case, when you over promise AND over deliver......absolutely incredible. Truly spectacular, a lifetime memory.

Restaurants like this are always an experience. But when you go to a restaurant signed by José Andrés you also get the best product and the best attention to detail in everything.
We had the opportunity to try different plates from the menu and they were all delicious. Presentation was great to share and we felt the touch of the Spanish gastronomy at the highest level.

We saw this place featured on Zimmer List and had to try it out! Wow! Amazing and tentative service, excellent wine list, the best steak I’ve ever had, and just an overall incredible experience! Definitely suggest doing the chef’s menu!

Everything about this meal was outstanding. From the service, to the wine list, to every last bite of the meal...it was divine. The menu is diverse and seeks to please those willing to step out of their comfort zones and those who wish to play it safe. There is something for everyone on this menu. Don't miss the croquettes, the Japanese Kobe and the mashed potatoes with loads of butter. OMG!

What a wonderful dining experience!!! Pano and Eddie, the managers, made us feel special on our 29th wedding anniversary. Tony, our server, was very attentive and gave us supreme service.
I have never experienced such wonderful dining hospitality.

This was our first time here and was definitely not a disappointment! The restaurant had dimmed lighting, which made it quite quaint. We started with "finger foods". Cotton Candy Foie Gras was my favorite. Interesting flavors mixed together to make an amazing taste. There were about 7 finger foods, all great, followed by Chateaubriand that melts in your mouth. The buttery, smooth, mashed potatoes were the best I've ever tasted. Our waiter helped us with our wine selection. "Cleo" was a red blend from Spain and a perfect choice. The dinner ended with petite desserts and coffee. Although we were pretty full after the entire meal, we managed to taste them all. The service was great. Everyone was kind, considerate, professional and helpful. This was a wonderful experience and we will definitely return next time we're in Las Vegas.

We went to Bazaar Meats because of who Jose Andres is. We have followed him as Chef & have enjoyed seeing his humanitarian efforts which no doubt puts him in a unique group. His food was exceptionally delicious. When one savors exquisitely prepared food no doubt one is quite satisfied. Our dining experience was superb. We had the Chicharrones, Sloppy Joe, Sucking Pig sandwich, Endive salad, croquetas (Chicken). The ambiance is invitingly special. The service was definitely one of the best. Thank you to all for making our time there special.

Dining at any of José Andrés restaurants is nothing less than unique and exciting. A culinary experience that you will never forget. Everything from the ambiance to the food is amazing. My husband and I have dined at his Los Angeles restaurant several times and it was our first time at the Las Vegas location. If it's your first time dining with them go in with an open mind and ask the staff for recommendations. They are very knowledgeable about every dish and it's preparations. Everything we ordered was delicious and of course beautifully presented. I highly recommend their signature cocktails. I had the Magical Mojito you won't be disappointed.

The server was great but the food fell short of expectations. Started with foie gras cotton candy, great idea but the cube of foie seemed too small for the amount of cotton candy. Had the "Vaca vieja" rib eye; fairly lean and flavourful but it was extremely chewy. Felt like I was chewing just to get the flavor out then spit out the left over parts. The music was definitely way to loud. The genre of music played was also questionable. It felt more like a club experience then a dinner experience.

The food was absolutely amazing. The prices are fairly expensive but worth it. Also great cocktails, service, and ambiance. I would recommend doing one of the tasting menus, but you can't go wrong either way.

Not what I expected for such a highly rated restaurant. The entrance and bar set up was so terrible that we decided not to eat. With horrible lighting, awful bar top, and exposed power cords...the bar seemed to be an after thought. That being said, the food could have been great, but I wasn't going to chance it with such a detestable first impression.

This place is amazing. We had the tasting menu and we felt that it's worth what we paid for. You get a taste from appetizers to main course. And I thought the appetizers we're the main course. Lol I love the presentation of the meat to execution and delivery.

Tucked away in the back of the STS this restaurant is amazing. With 5 separate kitchens crafting your meal, it was truly an experience. The cocktails were a great start to the evening. I had the signature gin and tonic which was pretty good considering I’m not a gin drinker. My lady had the Cross Eyed Mary which she loved. We did the midlevel tasting menu which was recommended by our waiter. What stood out in my mind was the foie gras cotton candy and the Smokey oyster. It was amazing. The steak was pretty good and I had wished we had upgraded to the finer steak. We still walked away with a hefty bill. But I didn’t feel cheated like when I dropped even more at Joel Robuchon.
