Possibly the best total meal I've ever eaten. The Jose's Way tasting menu was amazing and the service was on point. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. The Foie Gras cotton candy is a can't miss!
This is a fantastic restaurant. Food is top quality. Price point is on the high side but well worth it. I will definitely return.
Incredible menu with excellent service and care amazing experience
The service was almost as spectacular as the food! We took our daughter here for her 21st birthday celebration, and she loved every aspect! Thank you for an amazing experience for her.
Excelente lugar , una experiencia diferente con muy buen gusto de diseño del lugar, montaje de platillos y sabores , 100% recomendable !! Importante saber que las porciones de la mayoría de las cosas son mini excepto los cortes.
April, 2018 . I never write reviews, but Bazaar at SLS was absolutely first class and MADE our Vegas dining experience!
I am tempted to start talking about the food first, But the menu will speak for itself, they all taste better than they sound.
I wish to speak about the staff on hand, WOW. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, the entire crew was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. They knew their menu and did an excellent job explaining the conplexities of what we were eating. We had a huge party of 13 and at first, we were going to order allacarte, individually. Our host, Gerardo was phenominal and recommended the tasting menu to get the best of everything Bazaar had to offer. We were reluctant at first, but we are so glad we did. There are 3 pricing tiers on the tasting menu and when all 13 of us couldn't agree on which tier, we were offered a "price point" per person. So awesome. We ended up with the middle tier at $185 per person. The dining experience lasted over 2 hours and each of us 13 dudes were so satisfied . We have a wine master in our group who went heads up with the wine staff at Bazaar and I can happily report that, when it comes to wine and pairing, the staff at Bazaar knows their stuff.
Thank you to the staff, shout out to Gerardo and the all the cooks. Thank you to the manager that came over to personally greet us, I would highly recommend coming here . A bit pricey, but WELL WORTH it, believe me, 200..300.. it's nothing compared to the memories and culinary experience you will only get at BAZAAR.
Great service! Great selection of meat! Beautifully prepared and presented...Tour with Roberto really complimented our dining experience....Tony our waiter was great. Will go back without hesitation...I also liked that the wine was reasonably priced.
The best steak i’ve had!!!!! Everybody must try and appreciate!
Amazing! Joseph was super knowledgeable and nice as well. Definitely will come back
nice table location a bit separated from the crow for a business meal
Big compliment to our waiter. He was really relaxed! I think management thinks that people like or think it’s cool to play loud music. It’s hard to have a normal conversation. Tasting menu was impressive, specially the oyster.
Good as always, prepare to be chubby tired.
We were in Las Vegas for a professional conference. As New York foodies we spent a lot of time researching which restaurants we were going to try.
The evening was mixed:
The so so
Long wait for food; confused delivery of courses( sides way before steak and therefore cold); unprofessional wine service (it was not opened in front of me as the cork was not offered to me to examine).
Dessert was compt.
It’s worth it for the steak.
As a former certified executive chef, this was a fantastic dining experience, service was excellent, well informed. The meal was "perfect" thanks for a memorable dinner.
An amazing dining experience. Worth the trip to the north end of the strip. Try the Secreto Iberico de Bellota, you won't be disappointed.
This visit goes down as my most amazing dining experience. The concept is very unique and the variety of food selections are all prepared to perfection. What made the overall experience though was the exceptional service. Our server (Eric) was extremely professional and carefully guided us through menu selections and cocktails that were the perfect fit for our party.
Great food and great service
The Bazaar meat is a jewel, hard to find in Las Vegas! The hotel is off the main strip, and the restaurant is kind of hidden after you walk through the hotel and casino. But I de inside, it's amazing! The service ... Our waitress knew the Menu like I have never seen before! She could describe the taste and texture of each dish. Her recommendations were superb! The Jamón de bellota excellent, the meat, was unbelievable. Even though we didn't order the most expensive it was better than any steak We have had. Since we were only 2 people, it was hard to order the better steaks because those are sold by the pound and the smallest they had was 2.5 pounds! Way too much for us!
The desserts were very good, specially the salted caramel. I wish they had more milk chocolate ( as I don't like dark). I recommend Bazaar Meat to everyone going to Las Vegas!
Walking into the seating area past the giant flaming grills really set the tone for the meal, which was outstanding. We did Jose's Way and each course was interesting, well prepared, and delicious. I chose Bazaar Meats because of Chef Andres' work in Puerto Rico, but now I can say I would choose Bazaar Meats for the dining experience, as well.
Outstanding all around
The space is interesting and well designed. Food is creative and high quality. Service is knowledgeable and quite good however it felt a tad rushed perhaps due to number of tables committed to. Food was adventuresome and fun but it some cases the drama of its presentation and appearance didn’t match quality of taste equal to price. We did the tasting menus and they were open to substitutions. $75 supplement charge for Lindsley Ranch Ribeye was absurd for the thin 3/4” thick steak. Combinations throughout the meal of butter, oil, and marbling was a test for the gut and left an unpleasant uncomfortableness towards the latter stages of the meal. Highly talented Chef with all the culinary accolades but for $570/2 and no wine this was a very high price to pay on top of a gastric over indulgence with a tinge of upset stomach.
Maybe we should have ordered differently and would have enjoyed the meal so much more. Err on under ordering rather than letting your eyes do the talking/eating!
This may possibly be the best restaurant in Vegas. Unique food and spectacular flavor combinations. Great wine list as well.
perfect on every level exept for the ugly desert wheel card. Please change it for a less kitch option.
This restaurant has great service and amazing food. I recommended to anyone that would like to try something different and delicious. It is not your typical steakhouse, is better!
Our waiter was very knowledgeable and all of his recommendations were spot on.
food is very innovative and eye-opening, I will recommend going here for a date night or a special occasion, the service is extraordinary,
try the cotton candy foie gras, steak tartare and Carpaccio as appetizers, order the suckling pig or steak for the entries!
What a fantastic experience. The food was phenomenal and well curated. The table-side prep of the meat dishes and cocktails was a show in itself. Thanks again for a great experience to all the waitstaff!
Great experience. While the kobe at SW is better than at Bazaar, the overall service at Bazaar blows SW out of the water. The fois gras cotton candy pops and the potato puree were Amazing. The lamb rack and oysters were great, as was the wagyu (though the wagyu did not fully live up to my expectations).
We are locals and we try to avoid the strip. Bazzar Meat, however, is one of our go to restaurants for a special occasion or when we have family from out of town. Our server, Abu, made excellent recommendations. We also appreciated the sommelier’s low key approach. She asked the right questions to gauge our preference and taste. Wonderful dining experience.
Might try one of the tasting menus next time.
Meat eater paradise
Los platillos excelentes y el servicio insuperable! Superó nuestras expectativas! Felicidades!
Try 'Inedit' (beer) matches perfectly with meat.
Meat is the thing here -- top of the line prime beef and its grilling is top-notch on their Grillworks wood-fired grill. Would work for a special occasion, as it is a bit pricey.
Excellent. Best overall steakhouse in Las Vegas
We absolutely loved our dinner. We did the Jose's Way Tasting Menu, and every bit of it was fantastic. Foie Gras Cotton Candy, salmon roe cones, steak tartare, and tomato carpaccio were all amazing. The bone in ribeye was one of the 3 best steaks I've had in my life. Dessert was a little standard, but that's not why you're there. Service was amazing, as was the ambiance. Not sure if SLS is going to make it as a casino, but if it doesn't, I hope Bazaar Meats finds a new home, because it's an absolute gem. Highly recommended.
Innovative, tasty, well informed servers.
It was great! Best steak I’ve ever had...Mashed Potatoes were outstanding and the service was incredible!!!
Very nice restaurant with quality meats, nice atmosphere and service and spectacular desserts.
Hands down one of my favorite meals. The food was amazing. I'm still thinking about the potato puree. The noise level was ideal. The entire staff was great. Chris, our server, was stellar!
Outstanding food and service!! Had a very special birthday dinner for our daughter that we will never forget!!!
Food was awesome...best bet is a tasting menu. Grab one of the creative cocktails as well
