Bazaar Meats was the highlight of my Las Vegas trip. It is one of 9 restaurants in the whole country that serve authentic Kobe beef. My friends and I got the Jose Andres tasting menu. Our server, Elias was the best. He catered to our wants and was able to swap out a dish from our tasting menu and from another tasting menu. He had great recommendations on how to eat certain dishes to get the full effect and savor the tastes.
We ordered 4 oz of Kobe beef and it was AMAZING. They give you a certificate of authentication with a wax seal proving that it is straight from Japan, and before they serve it; they display a real bonsai tree on the table.
Prior to going we went to the bar and they have creative tasty cocktails. My drink was poured over cotton candy, my friend had a drink that was made by burning a piece of wood, and another used liquid nitrogen. It was definitely video and picture worthy.
Fabulous dinner, impeccable service. Our server guided us with the menu in a very effective way, allowing us to try an incredible variety without over ordering. Highly recommend!
Fantastic food in a dynamic, yet intimate setting with perhaps the best service in Vegas. While the steaks are the stars of the menu (and the open grill area you walk past as you enter the restaurant) don’t miss out on some of the smaller morsels. The lettuce on ice is super refreshing, the bread with tomato and olive oil is culinary simplicity perfected, and the cotton candy foie gras is a whimsical and worthwhile treat. Put your trust in your server and the Sommelier, prepare to spend some money, and enjoy a truly special meal.
The ambience was very exceptional. The services was great! Finally, the food was awesome!!!
Fantastic meal, excellent service, Chris guided us through the prix fixe menu perfectly. He made the experience great. We will be back.
Came to Bazaar to celebrate my 60th birthday! It was worth every penny. Service, food, ambiance, it was fabulous. I would definitely come back, oh yeah we did the summer tasting with the wine pairing and added a few additional items on the side that we wanted to try.
Place is very nice! The showcase of meats was very pleasing. Presentation of meals was outstanding. Food was above average. Very pricey. Have to try at least once.
Amazing beef choices! Fantastic smoked cocktails. Interesting starters, cotton candy foie gras is so special!
Came here for my anniversary and we were treated like gold! Couldn’t have asked for better food or better service ! Thank you !
Of course it is a celebrity chief owned restaurant, therefore one should expect to pay a high price for the food. Yes, about $550 for 3 of us. The service also just so so.
great customer service!!!!
Bazaar Meets was very good. The service was average for a restaurant of this caliber. Be sure and plan for at least 2 hours for dinner as the entrees all seem to take at least an hour to cook. The menu is unique and ordering is confusing and not well organized.
amazing! we had tomahawk steak. It was phenomenal!!! most importantly, we had the most amazing service. when i told my server that we were in a rush and he made it happen instantly!!a friend was telling me that the service was amazing and that she never had such a great service like him
Service was amazing. Food is delicious and fun to share with friends!
Service seems to have become somewhat commonplace over the last few visits. Food still great however.
Paid for medium-rare steak...it was served super-rare in the middle. However, the service was excellent and with her recommendations, the meal greatly improved. The lamb neck is superb! Lobster is fantastic as well.
This is one of the very best restaurants in Las Vegas! From the moment you are greeted to the final dessert I promise you will not be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and not miss this fine dining establishment!
Great food, great people, amazing time! If you are sick of the typical casino restaurant, this is s definite find. My wife and I ate their twice during our 5 day stay in Vegas, and we would have went more often if we knew about it earlier. Go and discover this place!!
Simply put, Jose Andreas is a genius. Being from the DC area I had been to most his restaurants there and was excited about experiencing Bazaar Meat and he did not disappoint. We went with the Jose’ Way tasting menu so that we could try a variety of dishes. To say it was excellent doesn’t do it justice. The Candy Cotton Foie Gras is creative and delicious as are the Beefsteak Tomato and Classic Steak Tartares and the steak was one of the best I’ve ever had. I could go on but will end with this is truly a dining experience and one not to be missed.
What can I say about Bazaar Meat , every time I come here everything is always perfect everything is prepared to perfection , we had the Washugyu probably one of if not the best steak I have ever had , A5 cheese bites which are always amazing , the foie cotton candy and for sides we had the whipped potatoes , baby corn , mushrooms all was incredible , and then all the cutest little desserts that were every bit as good in taste as they were in appearance , Can ( John ) our server was very knowledgeable and although I asked for a very specific bottle of wine steered me towards another within the same price range and now safe to say I have a new favorite wine , thank you Can and everybody at Bazaar Meat for another amazing evening , forever my favorite restaurant !
Great food. Some of the best steak I've ever had. Wines by the glass were limited, but the bottle options were spectacular.
Excellent service, very well described concept. Fantastic quality ingredients and cooking techniques.
Overall a good experience. I went early on a Thursday evening (right at opening) and chose to sit in the bar at one of the large booths. The service was fantastic. The food was good. I would recommend giving it a try if you’re in town. Would love to see them change up their menu in order to stay creative. I can see the current offerings becoming stagnant quickly.
Food was great and our server was extremely helpful with the menu selection as well as suggesting items for our Vegan in the group
Great food, great service, I will for sure be going back and recommending this place to all
We started with cocktails and the “pours” were very small. There was four of us having dinner and we ordered a shrimp and crab cocktail for an appetizer. The seafood was watery (Like it had been frozen and it wasn’t fresh) and none of us were impressed with the taste of it, we didn’t even finish it. When someone came to the table and ask if they could take it away and we told him we weren’t happy with it and we were laughed at. Our glasses sat empty a lot of the time as our waitress did not give us much attention. When our meals came, one out of four of us was happy with it. One pork dish was sent back because it was very cold and when one steak dish was almost completely uneaten (medium cook was requested and very rare was received), when the waitress finally came back she ended up not charging us for that meal either. To try to make up for the two bad meals she brought out with some chicken croquet kind of things in a dish that literally looked like a dirty old sneaker. The four of us (none of who have ever sent back a meal in their lives) were completely shocked at what a disappointing and overpriced meal experience it was.
The steak was great. Everything else from apps to sides and service was mediocre. The server was very cheerful and welcoming but slow to bring extras like water and limes. Overall the price was more than the experience.
Amazing food and ambiance. I loved the quality of customer service and attention to detail.
I’ve one seasoned veteran order for the table. Order too much and watch everyone end the night with delight. I entertain for a living... this is absolutely my favorite restaurant experience in the nation.
One of the most memorable meals I've ever had. I'm still thinking about the steak I ate days later. Our waiter was great as well! Looking forward to the next time we go back!
I’ve been wanting to come here for quite some time. I’ve hyped it up in my head so much thank goodness it didn’t disappoint.
The most amazing dining experience! Creative food offerings and amazing staff!
great food but more on the expensive side. ordered the 1/4 suckling pig. disapointed with the size.
Delicious and innovative tasting menus offered here. The restaurant is upscale without being pretentious. It was a pricey meal, but we felt it was worth it for a special occasion. We enjoyed the "Jose's Way" tasting menu and all of the samplings were delectable. Go ahead and splurge - you won't be disappointed!
Amazing, food was extremely creative, appealing and on point. Experiencing a nd memorable. Th staff is flawless. We will being coming back time and time again.

Awesome experience. Food was great and service was outstanding.
It was a great experience. Although in my opinion do not waste your money on $50 an ounce Kobe beef. It's not any better than regular dry aged PRIME beef, in my opinion. Also you can't get a steak for 1 here. So hopefully you have 2 or 3 people who like the same cut and the same doneness, because the steaks are like 2 to 3 pounds. All in all a good expierence, if you don't mind paying for good food!!
