Spectacular. I have been to multiple JA establishments, so I thought I knew what to expect. My expectations were blown away by JA’s creativity and ability to hacd so many unique establishments. Our favorite items on the menu were the brussell sprout petals (one of a kind) and the chefs selection cured meats. We also enjoyed the cotton candy, skirt steak, and amazing tartare.

Really wonderful food. I had the tasting menu and my friend had one starter and one entre. We split everything. Just delicious.
This is an experience. Did Jose’s tasting menu. This is next level stuff. Service wasn’t as great as I expected, but food was amazing and definitely an experience. You get what you pay for and you’re paying a lot, but if you’re looking for a great fine dining experience, this is a fantastic option
Wasn’t sure what to expect and was very happy with the overall experience. We wanted something other than the usual steak house. Bazaar Meats delivered! Service is off the charts. If you don’t know the best way to maximize your experience, follow your server’s lead.

Worth EVERY dollar! Clients were ecstatic - best dining experience of their life as well as mine.

Another fabulous meal--I plan to eat here every time I go to Las Vegas! The quality and variety of offerings is amazing to me--even the veggies are imaginative and delicious, but of course can't beat the meat. I especially like the segreto cut of pork. And the lamb was also fabulous. We ended with the cocktail that is made with liquid nitrogen for a very smooth, frozen last bite.
Overpriced. Probably the most expensive place we have been in Vegas. Who can afford it ! Zuma much better choice.

We got the most expensive tasting menu which is what I often do at these kind of restaurants. It just very impressive and worse we left hungry and had to go out to eat later. However the suckling pig entree was delicious!!!!! too bad it was like 2 bites worth of meat.... Not to mention our party of 4 had to share tiny desserts that we had to cut into 4 minuscule bites... It absolutely made no sense!!!! If I were returning to Bazaar meats I would recommend ordering a la carte and getting a wonderful cut of meat, skip the tasting menus!!!!!!

Came here for my 30th birthday with friends. The entire experience was exceptional! We had the tasting menus and it was beyond delicious. Our server Anwar was extremely attentive. He brought us out an additional plate for my bday that was a table favorite and anticipated our needs. At the end of our dinner the server arranged a tour of the kitchen that was led by the manager and explain their process. Overall, it was an amazing meal with great friend and spectacular service!
We left hungry with a bad taste in our mouthes. The steak team was good. Just good. The sides were awful. This is the most over rated restaurant we have ever been to and we like very high end foods. Disappointed.

Interesting and unique place. Upon entering the fires cooking varoius meats and as we progressed became more intimate. The service was excellent. The brussel sprouts were the best I've ever eaten. Most of the time they're crispy these were light and Flaky and delicious. So were the puree mashed potatoes! The steak was good but not great. I do like mine well done though, so it was not tender like I get at other establishments.
I have wanted to dine at a José Andres restaurant for a long time. I was not disappointed.
We went back again the second night.

The presentation was great. The ambiance, presentation and everything on display...that’s what you’re paying for. And I loved that part. But the wagyu eye of the rib and the Vaca Vieja ribeye were just okay. I expected the wagyu to melt in my mouth. It did not. The ribeye was just as good as I cook at home, not much flavor. I’ve had much better elsewhere (in Vegas). We had several other meats and they were good. But for this price I shouldn’t be questioning if it was good or not. It should be amazing and it wasn’t. I would not go here again based solely on price, dinner for 2 with two cocktails was just under $700, which is too bad because the restaurant itself is really cool.
This is a high end restaurant offering the best of everything, such as, Kobe wagyu beef to Sea Urchin and Abalone. We shared the skirt steak, charred rare accompanied by a rosemary mustard sauce. Perfect! Also had the Papas Canarias (salty wrinkled potatoes) served in a cloth wrapped basket. For appetizers, we shared the Croquetas de Pollo. A super tasty finger food with chicken and bechamel. Soup was Lhardy's Madrid Beef Consomme with quail egg and caviar. A very small expensive portion, but full of flavor.

This was my second adventure to Bazaar Meats and (even though I paid for this one) it was even more awesome than the first trip! Basic ambiance is the starter course when you come in and then you're immediately immersed in the sights, smells, and tastes that this place has to offer. The tasting menu options give you a great adventure across their offerings and the wine list and sommelier just enhanced the experience even more. This service, for us, was provided by one of their captains and he had great recommendations. Trust the staff. Bring an empty stomach and an open mind and dive in!

I rarely write reviews, but my fiance and I are obsessed with Bizarre Meats. The best way to describe eating there is that it is a culinary experience. Food that we had been eating for years had been tranaformed into new tastes and shapes. Even my cocktail had me savouring every sip. Fabulous!!!
My party and I really enjoyed our visit to your restaurant. Jhon, our waiter, was great, and we enjoyed the cocktails and cured meats very much. I'd like to suggest that your supporting wait staff learn a bit of serving etiquette. Stop reaching across people, to remove or set items, especially when they're having conversation. I'll be sure to recommend you to my dinning group friends. Thank you for an enjoyable experience, Mark L.
I was so impressed with the service. The food was outstanding and when I had asked for a birthday surprise, we were given a complimentary dessert tray that was delicious!! It was a delightful experience. Thank you Chris for the Clase Azul Plata ;)

The food was spot on. Never at so much meat that just melted in your mouth. Flavors of everything were delicious.
Only negative as air quality. I had a hard time breathing and left smelling like grilled Smokey meat. There needs to be better ventilation from all the wood burning grills. Over all, sit up front for cleaner air and enjoy a terrific meal n
The pace of the meal was too fast. We were not given enough information about the courses as they came to the table.
Way overpriced for the amount of food received for their Thanksgiving meal. Sat at community table in front of kitchen. I smelled like smoke by the time I left. Only thing really good was the turkey.
