We sat at the bar this past Saturday and had the best meal! Aaron was very knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. The meat was prepared perfectly and quite possibly the best steak we've ever had. Can't wait to go back!!

The creativity of the dishes is just simply amazing! Ordered all the foie dishes and loved them. Our fave was the cotton candy foie.

My friend and I chose to do all shareable plates to try a little bit of everything, including the jamón and wagyu. Presentation was beautiful, and a bonsai tree was placed at the table for “ambiance” which we adored.

The restaurant itself is a sight to behold. The wait staff were all so sweet and service was amazing. Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in Vegas!

Don’t be deterred by the dump that is the SLS. This was the best meal of my life. From the service, and room to the outstanding and creative food. To have 7 dishes and them all be outstanding is rare. The bill will not be for the faint of heart but we’ll work the very penny. Eddie and Gerardo made for the evening extra special. The foie cotton candy & carpaccio on the breadstick are must haves! Run don’t walk!

Food and service were top notch. Some similar dishes offered at other Jose Andres restaurants, but the meat was definitely delicious and really reasonably priced.

Let’s start with the SLS. Is the place open? Well, when we walked in there were 9 people. 6 were my group heading to Bazaar Meats.
We were welcomed after walking down a dark hallway where we were seated at a ridiculous table next to some display case. We were told it’s an open kitchen concept so the place was smoky AF. We changed tables because the chair I sat in had me two feet off the floor while everyone else was in a big boy chair.
On to the food. I’ll make it short:
The chateaubriand was ok, have had much better. The octopus was like rubber balls in paprika water and the Moscow mule was all lime juice. The end.

Everything was perfect. Each dish came out in a timely manner. The flavors complimented each other nicely. Gin and tonic is a must there. Service was great. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Great dinner! Meats were perfect! Great choices of wine! Nice place and services. The only point to highlight as an improvement opportunity would be the sizes of side dishes, if you intend to share. Besides that, all great!!!

The ambiance was great and the food was really good but not quite at the level that it should have been for the amount we paid. The service was incredible though. We did the tasting menu, maybe we should have ordered a la carte as the meat in the show cases looked excellent.

Second time I have been to this restaurant...First time was far better... Front desk people were not friendly or attentive. Wagyu Steak was definitely not at the level of the past. Feel like this restaurant is slipping.

The service is not on par with food. White napkins were given even though we were all wearing black. The red wine is not decanted unless the guest request it. The waiters seem overwhelmed and rushed. Last, it was a birthday and there was no acknowledgement of it even though we specifically stated in reservation.
Food is excellent but service needs to improve.

Exceptional food and outstanding service. This restaurant has creative menu items and a very lively atmosphere. Because there were many meat choices being cooked, the restaurant was a bit smoky. But we will definitely go back.

We were super excited to try this place but our waiter seemed very reluctant to help us. He seemed to just want us to order one of the tasting menus which we would have loved to do but because of multiple dietary restrictions, the ala carte seemed more our speed. After much considering walking out because of the frustration of lack of service, followed by much prodding and we got our order in and the food was terrific but we were left for long periods of time without service and no offers of second glasses of wine or tea. We did note that the men on either side of our table seemed to get ample service and they were seemed very happy as evidenced by their fawning over the waiter. Overall just not what you expect for a fine dining establishment, unfortunately.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing meal at Chef Andres' South Beach restaurant, Bazaar, a little over a year ago. We were hoping to have an equally amazing meal at Bazaar Meat and that is exactly what happened. We highly recommend it.

Superb meal - we had several appetizers, all of which were unique and the service was perfectly paced for a fun, casual evening. The porterhouse was cooked just as requested and seasoning was right on point. Great service all the way through. Try it!

I sat at the bar and everyone was very helpful & attentive. They have great recommendations on menu items. I was traveling and it was my first visit so I wanted to try a variety of items. I was offered great suggestions and loved everything!

A mesmerizing adventure in protein. The smoked oysters were inventive and brought back fond memories of camping on the coast. The jamon was on point served with tomato bread. The steaks were cooked perfectly, full flavoured. Hanger steak with the red and green sauce was the clear winner. Wine list is extensive and appropriately Spain focused.
The restaurant itself, stuck into the soul-less SLS casino, is quirky and fun albeit a bit dark for my liking.
Would definitely make a return visit.

Spectacular selection of meat that ranges from simple to the most complex and exotic cuts you have ever seen. The description calling it a candy store for meat is precise. It is very pricey so come when you are ready to spend because you'll want to try it all.

I appreciate great food, service and ambience! The entire Bazaar experience actually made me angry....hated it from beginning to end. Horrible, slow service. Food was ok, but not great. The prices are obnoxious fr what I experienced.

Avoid it and go ANYWHERE else in Vegas!!

Fantastic meats and tapas, especially the unique cotton candy foie gras appetizer. There are so many steaks to choose from so you really can't go wrong. One of my friends from the UK ordered his steak well done, I had a small taste and it was surprisingly good. Rely on your waiter if you're not sure what the order.

INCREDIBLE experience! I go to Vegas every year for a show, so try a lot of restaurants and this was hands down my favorite. Our server Patrick was AMAZING. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Tonight’s meal has been one of my best meals ever. I’ve been alive for 47 years and have eaten at a lot of places all over the world. WOW!!! I can’t describe it. I’m in shocked... Thank you so much...

Not so impressed with the food, my friend and I tried the Jose's way tasting menu.
I am a meat lover and loves steak but the steak we got did not approved my appetite...meat was tough and not tasty at all. I only taste a small piece and didn't take a 2nd bite.
We also got seated to a wobbly table.
