An absolutely divine experience. The food was incredible, beautifully plated, and so fulfilling. Service was excellent (Elias was wonderful) Highly recommended!!
23rd Wedding Anniversary
This place will make all future meals pale in comparison. Wagyu porterhouse was impeccable, as was the leche de tigre clams. Gerardo was our server and he only made our experience that much more special. Can't wait to come back!
Outstanding venue, exceptional service and the tasting menus are wonderful!
This restaurant is fantastic. It is a bit pricey, but it makes up for that in the quality of the ingredients, the knowledge of the staff, and flavors of the food. They have ,multiple kitchens and a massive selection of some of the best steaks there are to offer. It is not a wonder that they are one of the TOP steakhouses in America. Great private areas for groups of men and ladies or families all together. I have been here 3 times now and will absolutely come back again.
What an amazing dinning experience. Walking past the wood fire grills, seeing the rows of beautiful stacked meats and breathing in the meal to come was a great way to start it off.
Oysters, Steak TarTar, Cotton Candy Foie Gras and a gigantic bone in Ribeye.
Service was 5 stars!!
Cotton Candy Fois Gras was such a unique experience and was an amazing start to a delicious dinner. Our server recommended a line up of small tastes to accompany the meat selection and it all worked really well together. Fun, memorable... wow!
Waitor pushed the $125 per person sampler and it was terrible.
Excellent place to go in Vegas
We had the tasting menu and although it was pricey, totally worth it! Highly recommend the ribeye.
Perfect in every way. A must stop for all carnivors
The food was cooked well but seemed to lack depth.
We started with a couple of very nice cocktails (LN2 (made with liquid nitrogen-table side) and a smoked manhattan) and both chose the tasting menu - Jose’s Way (there are three tasting menus).
There were many courses in our tasting menu (see menu photo). They were all really great - a Foodies dream - below are some comments on the highlights:
Chicken croquettes - Jo asked to swap this in place of the olive dish (see below), and our waiter was very accommodating. It was a great call! Served in an acrylic dish resembling a sneaker. Tasted like mini chicken pot pie heaven!
Foie gras wrapped in cotton candy - a single bite of sweet and savory amazing. Just such an unexpected combination of flavors. Wonderful and creative.
Modern and traditional olive - if you are an olive lover - I am but Jo is not - this was odd and really cool. A Spanish style stuffed olive was the traditional, very good, but the star of the plate was the liquified olive bubble. An explosion of olive goodness in your mouth.
Steak tartare sliders - very flavorful with a hint of spice. A fun way to eat tartare! Speaking of fun...
Beefsteak tomato vegetarian tartare lettuce wraps - the humble tomato taken to a new level. It somehow managed to taste even more home grown tomatoey than you’d expect. Another incredible taste sensation.
Steak - we got creative again with the menu and asked for two different types of steak - chateaubriand with truffle sauce and ribeye - wagyu/black angus. Two of the tastiest steaks we’ve had in life. Melt in your mouth good with a touch of sea salt. Also of special note - the mashed potatoes were an experience. Jo has always said I make the best mashed potatoes ever (I’m not shy with butter and cream), but I just dropped into second place. Buttery nirvana with every forkful.
Hands down best restaurant meal we’ve both ever had - and we have a little experience in this area!!
Excellent overall experience. As an Argentine who lives in meat. Bazaar meats does a wonderful job!!! Great service.
We have gone back to this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed the experience. Cotton candy foie gras, tartares and tacos are worth the visit still, but the rest of our meal went downhill from there.
The server was great, but the bussing staff not always up to the task. Remains of our appetizers stayed on the table all the way to dessert, it took a while for a request for salt to actually produce salt, and a portion of our large group was forgotten when coffee/tea orders were taken. Our main issue though were the two large rib-eye steaks, which were ordered medium rear and arrived blue, but when we sent them back, the kitchen had the individual pre-sliced meat put back on the grill, rather than new steaks cooked to our liking and then sliced again. The result was tough and overdone thinly sliced steak. So disappointing!!!!
Low mark for the ambience because we were seated directly downwind from the grill's smoke, which had our eyes smarting throughout the meal.
The hotel has changed ownership recently, and perhaps standards have been lowered all the way to this previously fine restaurant. Time to find a new favorite.
This was quite literally the best meal I’ve ever eaten. The service was also flawless, I cannot recommend Bazaar Meat enough.
Restaurant was exceptional.
The food was top notch as were the cocktails, and more than worth the price. Service was personable, friendly and professional. I love this restaurant.
Spectacular meal from start to finish - exceptional service from Nick - great wine recommendations.
Great restaurant, but originally tried to put husband and I in the small back room. I understand hey are trying to save the main room for 4 tops or more but that back room feels like where dinners go to die. They were very accommodating once I asked to be moved.
This was my second time to dine and again the best overall meal I have ever had. The presentation, food, menu and service was unsurpassed. Mint jelly for the Lamb is a must have and a detail I was shocked they overlooked. This did not take away from the superb food.
These are the most difficult reviews to write. When there is a huge disparity between separate elements of an experience it can be difficult to reconcile. In the end, because the experience of a restaurant of Bazaar Meat’s caliber is part of the justification for its price, I have to give this 2 stars. Our experience on Friday night, Oct. 12 was truly disappointing. We had been looking forward to our reservation for a month, expecting it to be the highlight of our celebratory vacation. Instead, we couldn’t leave the restaurant fast enough. Literally. While the food was impeccable and delicious, the service was simply, sad. Our waiter seemed annoyed by us, when present he rushed our decisions and patronized us. Then he’d disappear for extended lengths. Between the time our food was served and the end of our meal, he stopped at our table once, as we were finishing our entrees. Once. The food was excellent and prepared to precisely the level I expected. Magnificent cuts of meat and incredible seafood. Every item we ordered was delicious. However, the service cannot be ignored. Coupled with terrible seating arrangements and an incredibly boisterous, foul-mouthed table near us that killed any ambience, it was an evening to be forgotten.
Amazing dining experience. My friends and I are very discerning when it comes to fine dining. Bazaar did not fall to impress. Everything was beyond or expectations.
Excelente opción para un buen corte
La visita al área de cortes agrega una excelente dinámica
Can never go wrong with a restaurant by Jose Andres! Great food, great wine including a nice Coravin list!
A seriously over priced restaurant that has mediocre service and decent food. You could feed four people at Morton's Steak House for what you'd spend here and get much better service and atmosphere.
Great time. Very exciting dining experience. I recommend the tasting menu.
This was an amazing dining experience. Our server Patrick was very attentive, but didn’t hover over us. We had the tasting menu. It is a great way to try their signature dishes. I would recommend anyone coming to Vegas not to miss this fine restaurant.
Server didn't really care about our table since we were just sharing some appetizers (3) and a couple drinks each, still the bill was over $200
Still dreaming about the fois gras and the Waygu Beef.
The best meal I've ever had!
Me and my boyfriend had to catch a quick dinner here before our flight and they accommodated us so well. The menu was so extensive and hard to choose but our server gave us a great guide to the menu but recommended us something we winded up ordering . The cotton candy I was skeptical about but was actually AMAZIng!!
The food was delicious. The service was excellent except for for the hostess. It was 8pm and they said there was no table available until 930pm. So we sat at the bar. I went on open table and found a table for 845pm and booked it. The hostess didn't seem happy.
Delicious food. Amazing presentation of the food and nice atmosphere
We went to Bazaar Meat to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary, and my wife also happens to be a HUGE fan of Jose Andres. Something magical happened. The meal could not have started off any worse. We were sat in a side room close to the kitchen door, at 3 two-top tables that were pushed together. Then our waiter took our drink order and our appetizer order at the same time, and our appetizers arrived before our drinks did. On top of that, the waiter spilled water on my mom while filling the glasses, and the loosely put together tables caused my wife to spill her cocktail that we had just waited a bit of time for. It just seemed like everything was going wrong.
After that, I asked to speak with the manager, and Pano, who introduced himself as the AGM, came to the rescue. I explained to him that we were not off to a good start and that this was a special occasion, and he just said, say no more, we'll take care of it for you. Not even 5 minutes later, we were sitting at a nice round table in the middle of the dining room, which was so much better and exciting. Then, Pano sent out some extra appetizers for us to try as well as complimentary dessert at the end of the meal. What started out as a potential disaster quickly turned into a memorable meal. If not for Pano, this may have been a completely different review.
The food was fantastic, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Our server, Chris, was passionate and knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu.
We’ve been here twice now. The food and service is beyond top shelf. I know this is a “carnivore” restaurant, but please, PLEASE try the butter potato purée. My Irish ancestors are weeping with joy.
Our server was very informative, she let us know beforehand that the meats (steaks, pork etc.) usually take about 40min to come out so we should order that first then the smaller dishes.
Everything came out right after the other, our drinks were always full. It was a wonderful experience and the food was spectacular.
Absolutely astounding. Worth every penny for the creativity, impeccable ingrediants, and perfect professional service. Dinner of a lifetime.
It's crazy expensive. And worth every penny. The Josè menu is really fun.
Tremendous experience. Wonderfully elegant tasting menu, food delicious. Can't wait to go again. Service impeccable.
