Waiter recommended the Salt Air Margarita, it was amazing, salted foam !!! Try it, something we have never had before
Carpaccio, yum !, Caviar cone w gold leaf, croquetas de Pollo - Super fun presentation, Chef 's Selection of Cured Meats, Chateaubriand, Tenderloin, Holstein - so so tender, loved it, Buttered Potato Purée, smooth, decadent, not your mother’s mashed potatoes, omg, they were so good !! Dessert selection was awesome
Visited as a party of 6 for my Wife’s 50th birthday and it did not disappoint.
The food was only topped by Patrick’s unwavering commitment to providing our table with the best experience possible.
Want to go to Vegas and feel like you and your money are being appreciated? This is one of the last bastions of an era where the customer is still #1 and it shows.
Will be coming back for a customized experience featuring suckling pig and a Japanese sampling of fine meats.
Will definitely be back very soon.
Awesome time, the steaks were perfect!
Amazing main course meat dishes; outstanding service. But the appetizers and side dishes just don’t work even though many are taken from the original Bazaar restaurants where they work well on the tasting menus. The ugly restaurant decor and entrance through a smoke filled downmarket casino detract from the experience. The Bazaar in South Beach is MUCH better.
My server was Patrick. He was on point, and so was the assistant/busser. Water was always filled, food was exquisite, and the table-side food prep was fun.
We ordered the Restaurant Week menu. Everything was delicious and fabulous. The cotton candy Fois Gras was so unusual, but exceptionally flavorful. Gazpacho shots are a must. Will definitely return!
Beet food in the world. Service is as good as the food!
Great as always! Elias was amazing! The top Vegas restaurant!
Awesome! Wait staff was very helpful in explaining all the options.
Seems overpriced for quality of food (tasting menu)
Wine pricing is excessive.
Some servers were not attentive and did not seem to care about their job.
Sommelier was excellent. Main server was good.
The spouse wanted to try this restaurant when we visited Las Vegas for the Memorial holiday weekend. It was also a surprise birthday dinner as we had special guests - brother and cousins - who also came. We were a party of five. We were running late, but they were still able to hold the reservation to accommodate us. Our server was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, explained the menu, offered wine pairings, and talked more about the tasting experience we all wanted to try. We ended up trying the Jose’s Way Tasting Experience! And wow!!! What an amazing experience. The combination of flavors for each food served was spectacular and mouthwatering! We enjoyed EVERYTHING on the tasting experience menu! We also added an additional order of Kobe (Eye of the Rib), and it was just the best! We were all well taken care of during the dining experience. Highly recommended!!! It might be pricey but this awesome indulgence is really worth a try!
Excelente calidad de alimentos y una buena experiencia
Las raciones de los platillos son pequeños podrían ser más standard sin embargo de sabor extraordinario
Especialmente los cortes de muy alta calidad
El servicio muy bueno
Whenever I come to Vegas I make it a point to stop here but this last time was extremely disappointing the waitress was not very attentive to our table the music was extremely loud it was more like a nightclub than it was a fine dining restaurant. The menu was half of what it normally was a lot of the unique dishes that you would find only there just wasn’t there. Excuse was made that because of Covid you’re not going to get the first class things you’re used to when you come to this restaurant but please bear with us. So we endured and unfortunately we feel that it was not worth the price for what we end up getting. (We ordered the purée potatoes but because the music was so loud I guess the waitress didn’t hear we were never charge because it never came to the table)
We were celebrating retirement and moving to Las Vegas. The service was impeccable and the food is out of this world. Definitely, will be returning.
This is over rated
Damn, best meal ever. All I have to say.
They brought us champagne to celebrate! The waitress was amazing as was the ambiance and food!
This was amazing experience. Definitely share a bunch of different things and you must get more than one cotton candy foie gras! Highly recommended!
Great service and delicious meals
Amazing experience but pricy.
Wonderful food and service.
Wonderful food , uber driver was running late so we called and told them we would be running late , told that a table would be saved for us. We were 10 min late and when we arrived no table was immediately available. Other than that food was gourmet, service was good , a fine dining experience for sure.
If you’re looking for the most Incredible meal in vegas you cannot miss this restaurant! Every single bite was next level! Must haves... jamon with tomato bread, cotton candy foie gras, caviar cones, steak tartare, potato purée, Texas ribeye, croquettes! Unbelievable! My mouth is watering just thinking about last night!
Excellent! Great food and value for the price. Nothing bad to say.
Interesting experience. However, price is particularly high and while the experience was novel and interesting hard to justify the price.
All food was exceptionally prepared and served. Service was attentive. Would recommend highly to anyone.
Unbelievable!! Everything on the menu is a must have!
We legitimately ate everything and absolutely loved it all! Wagyu and beef carpaccio were the favorites!
I'll start by saying everything was great. The foie gras cotton candy was better than I even expected, oysters, charcuterie was surprisingly tasty. Bazaar is a great steakhouse with a healthy variety of meats, from American blended breeds to real Japanese kobe. But even with the superb variety, I felt the steak selection could have been better, fans of CarneVino will understand; 90 day dry aged as the standard, with offerings of 270 day superfunk godliness, I was hoping for a similar experience. I really do wish there was a replacement for CV, but Bazaar now holds the standard for Vegas meat at 28 day dry aging maximum. Cheers.
I love José Andres’ restaurants. The main issue here was that the signature ribeye was very disappointing. No seasoning to speak of, not particularly tender or flavorful and undercooked in the center. I hate to say it but I make much better ribeye at home and the standard sizes ribeye at most steakhouses is generally far superior. The other problem is the restaurant is in way out of the waySahara Hotel and, particularly with nearby construction, virtually impossible to leave via taxi ou Uber/Lyft. We had to walk a half hour south to Encore to catch a cab. I loved all the smaller plates and tried quite a few. It was those that did not disappoint and lived up to the hype. I’d STRONGLY suggest going to Jaleo in the Cosmopolitan instead.
The restaurant is Beautiful, Warm & Cozy!! The Service was the Best I have ever had. Our Water never got below a half glass without someone filling it up. I thought I would be hungry still after ordering the Tasting Menu and we actually had to get a Box because we were sooo Full!! The Food was Amazing! Literally the Best Restaurant I’ve ever been too!! Elias Makridis attended to us and he was Outstanding with his knowledge behind the Restaurant, So Kind and Helpful!! I can’t wait to go back with the Hubby!! I sure will call first to make sure Elias is working first so we can be at 1 of his Tables!!!
This is a must visit restaurant anytime we come to Vegas! Spectacular presentation, service and food. A beautiful culinary experience each and every time. We love Bazaar Meat!
Bazaar never disappoints! The food was absolutely amazing! Service on point! Why go anywhere else? Bravo!
It was a great atmosphere and amazing food!!
Let me start by saying the small plates we got were amazing. We should have just got several of those and called it a night. The cotton candy Foie Gras was an experience and the flatbread with the sausage paste and goat cheese was amazing!
Then we ordered a larger cut of beef to split. I was not that impressed with how tough the meat was for the price we paid for it. There were bites we couldn't even chew and I just expected more.
Everything is really good. The prices are extravagant but worth it for the experience. You must try the grilled crab legs.
Like most celebrity chef fronted restaurants the outstanding element is usually the service. Our server and sommelier made the night. We did the “Jose’s Way” tasting menu which had some delightful moments but nothing truly spectacular. Highlights included the steak tartare, a bison blue cheese bite that was off menu and the mashed potatoes with entree. Most disappointing was dessert which tasted more like from the freezer, uninspired grocery store bites than anything else. Our wine parings were wonderful. $700 later we’re grateful for the experience but won’t ever return.
Gotta get the Kobe and other Japanese Wagyu and then you can’t miss the food gras cotton candy. Everything is next level. The steak is smoked on the fire grill it’s roasted in and that gives it a crisp exterior I can’t explain, it’s so good. Get at least 2lbs of any steak. It’ll be amazing.
Our server Matt was fantastic. The food was awesome. I had never had a wagyu ribeye before and this one was heaven. My son had the flat iron steak and my wife the rack of lamb. All home runs.
