A truly amazing meal. We opted for the special tasting menu —which was pricey but worth it. Think of it as a fine performance of food, wine, and conversation with the servers. Each course was flavorful and inventive and paired with a great wine. Standouts included the cotton candy foie gras, Kobe rib eye, cured meats, lamb, scallop, tomato tartare—so basically everything.
Not an every day or even every month meal. But definitely a special occasion experience. And the SLS is a great property to visit.
Everything was fantastic but I’ve come to expect nothing less from Jose Andreas.
Horrible service waste of money, would not go back. Far superior service at SW at the Wynn and Prime at the Bellagio. Location is at the SLS that should speak for itself.
This was worth the trip to the end of the strip. From the moment you walk in, you can smell the magic. We did the tasting menu and it was pricey but did not disappoint. Excellent drink pairing recommendations made it even more special. Best steak we’ve ever had.
This was our second time at Bazaar meat and it was exactly like our first time .... AMAZING!! Thank you for the delicious food , ambiance and service !
A wonderful experience. We chose to do their high end tasting menu, and it was delicious. But more than just delicious as the dishes were unique giving us an outstanding culinary experience.
Incredible in every aspect. Attention to detail and service and staff and wine pairing and cuisine is second to none in my book. I can’t rate this establishment and it’s staff highly enough - seriously. A must experience!
Smelled like smoke and way too expensive.
Great environment, loved the Phillipe Starck Design. Great service, our waiter was very knowledgeable about the different cuts of meat and made good recommendations. The wine by the glass selections seemed a little week though. The steak tartare was amazing as were the cotton candy caviar pops. A friend and I shared a larger steak and the sliced is up for us which was quite helpful.
We visit Bazaar Meat every time we visit Las Vegas. The service is outstanding, the food is wonderful and the staff make you feel valued from the time you arrive through when you leave. Elias is a great waiter who helps you with selections and ensures your visit is great
One of the best restaurants in Vegas and apparently one of the best wherever they are located. Pricey but worth the trip!
My 25 yr old son wanted to experience Kobe meat. He loved the Japanese plant, table side service, and certificate. We all really enjoyed the service and food. Also, thanks for the American Airlines discount....Don Lopez
Outstanding and a wonderful surprise.
Wonderful meal a true celebration of meat. Only one complaint, the menu can be a little overwhelming. I cannot wait to return when I am back in Las Vegas.
Fantástico!!! Muchas gracias por todo!
Tasting menu y servicio increíbles!
Fantastic! One of the best restaurants in all of Vegas
The staff was so friendly and attentive. The food was amazing!
Top 3 meals I’ve ever had!
Outstanding, even by Vegas standards. Highly recommend.
This place was AMAZING!
Good food. But very, very over
The most wonderful evening with fabulous food that we remember for a lifetime
Perfect client dinner!
Bar tender took ages to pour a drink (whiskey neat) when we first arrived at the bar. Service overall was very mediocre. Saw staff members frequently standing around chatting / on their phones.
We enjoyed the 1st few courses the best: cotton candy foie gras, tartare, Jose's tacos, geoduck, fried pig ears. None of the subsequent plates were stunning. Expected more flavor in the suckling pig.
The waiter was not friendly, basically set the tone for our experience which we previously were very much looking forward to having. I didn’t want a big cut of meat (4-6ox is plenty with all the interring sides we wanted to try) and inquired about a smaller cut (yes it was less expensive too) and he said it’s from a really old cow 8-10 years, really tough meat and very gamey in flavor. Sounds delicious right? Anyways, clearly more interested in getting us to spend more (which initially we were willing ) but after his laziness /inattentive manner we raced thru dinner. I had to ask after 10 mins for us to order drinks, he again seemed put out by our request. The meat was good, my portion was way too big and not into taking leftovers on vacation. Would rate it a 3 stars...sit up at the bar and order a few interesting appetizers, take a look at big pieces of meat and check it off your list.
It is a shame that a restaurant this good g is in a hotel that is death warmed over. Better get there fast or you’re not gonna get in to this restaurant at this hotel
Food was amazing. Service was incredible. Ambiance was ok. The prices are high but worth the cost for the food.
Simply put, Bazaar Meats is the best steakhouse in Vegas.
Overall the food was good but the portions were tiny for the price you pay. Even for Vegas the prices were too expensive! We ended up paying about $200 per person and left not very full. Service was just average.
We asked for a tour and the manager took us around. It was fantastic.
Amazing food. Amazing service. Nothing more to say than that.
Single diner. Overly excessive hostess staff could give AF. No recognition of birthday by staff, which was noted. No assistance with seating at all, nor a wish for good meal, just “yeah you can sit anywhere that’s own at the bar. Lots of diners at the bar. Managers did not interact with guests in that area. Gatherings of 3+ staff members with their back to the guests were popping up all over. Shutdown of bar (including a chemical rinse of the rail within 12” of my food) at 9:15pm during the tail end of ICSC shows you’re really pinching pennies with the staff, and this was necessary in front of my dining experience. Food was decent, portions inconsistent in sizing. Subpar experience overall. Disappointed and hoping for better based on prior visit.
Bazaar Meat never disappoints! Amazing food and service. I love taking my clients here!
Superb from start to finish. Good, service, atmosphere well all excellent. This was my second visit and I will definitely be back next time I’m in Vegas.
OMG! This is my new favorite restaurant in the USA! The staff is phenomenal. The vibe is very energetic. The food is awesome. And not just the meats! In fact, only one of our dishes was a meat dish. The gazpacho was perfect. The wine list is great and the som was very helpful. The food is perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The open fire pit is way cool and gives a wonderful scent for the room. Do not miss!
Delicious food. Every thing we had was absolutely perfect. Smaller portions on the side items so keep that in mind. Everyone loved it. Decor is a bit eccentric but, good energy in the room overall.
Amazing. Just completely amazing.
