We had the prix fixe at $125 per person. We thought this reasonable.. My wife has a wheat/gluten allergy which the staff did the best they could to accommodate. They substituted for some items like the chicken croquettes and potato puffs, but they could not easily substitute for their small cakes and cookies. Their best items were their nori tacos and strip steak.
I have contributed to José Andréas World Central Kitchen on several occasions. I would like to invite Señor Andréas to speak with our Siena Progressive Club in Summerlin Las Vegas, the next time he is back in Las Vegas.

Server Elias was wonderful.
Wonderful food! Excellent and unique starters. The meats are fabulous top notch. Love the decor and our waiter was terrific
We had the ultimate prix fixe meal. The food was divine until we got to the main course and dessert. The grass fed beef was too tough to chew that we left several pieces on our plate and decided against chewing through the gristle. The desserts was disappointing too, nothing memorable. I’m glad we sampled what we did. We will be back and may focus on ordering a la carte now that we have notable favorites.
If you’re concerned about COVID protocols, be forewarned that the waitstaff wasn’t very diligent about PROPER mask wearing.
We intend on going back and love José Andrés.
This is the best steakhouse on planet earth. I've a steak connoisseur and I know that the statement I made is a bold one, but it's true.
The best restaurant in Nevada. Period.
We dined here for the first time on New Years Day. What a treat! The menu has an eclectic taste and the food was truly outstanding!!! We will always make a point to dine here when we are in town!
Outstanding food and hospitality. One of the best meals I’ve had anywhere in the world.
Always incredible food! Definitely get the foie gras lollipops, of course.. Skip the brussel sprouts.. We had a show to catch and made it aware to the waiter what time we wanted to leave, we were making good time until we asked for the check and to-go soft drinks, got outta there 15 minutes late. Wasn’t very busy or else I’d understand.
My first time at Bazaar Meats was fantastic, one of the best meals ever. They didn’t have suckling pig on the menu that time. A few years later back in Vegas, I have the opportunity to have another meal there. The suckling pig was available, and I wish I didn’t order it. The skin was hard, the meat was either hard or fatty. Very overpriced for a 1/4 suckling pig, as some pieces and not even edible. Would not order again. The Wagyu ribeye was very fatty, meaning it wasn’t that marbled, just a lot of fat on the piece we were given. The sashimi was above average, oysters were good. The cotton candy foie gras was such a neat concept, tasted . The bagel and lox was good. My parents loved the croquettes and “Sloppy joes.” Sea urchin over prosciutto and bread was interestingly good. The octopus was really tender. The Chateubrand loin was amazing, so tender. Drinks were good. Just wished our waiter Abu was more attentive to refilling our drinks instead of us having to ask him for cocktail refills. Overall service was good.
Highly recommend, amazing wine, food, service and atmosphere!
Awesome experience overall. The tapas done Jose's way are like no other. The steaks, especially the flank steak, were very flavorful and tender. All the side dishes were delicious.
One of our top 3 favorite places to eat while in Las Vegas. We make it a must visit every time. We have been 10-12 times and they always seem to impress. If you can get Elias as your Meat Captian/waiter. You will be well taken care of.
Food was amazing and best meat experience I have had in dining. Patrick was an awesome server and took fantastic care of us, can’t wait to go back!
No había algunos platillos
Eating at Jose Andres’ Bazaar is always an experience. We loved it all! We had the best seasonal truffle burratta, king crab and shrimp cocktail, hybrid wagyu and angus ribeye, best potato purée ever and chef selection dessert tasters.
Delicious! Great for date night
The service was superior. I have some food allergies and I’ve never gotten my moneys worth on a tasting menu because they don’t do substitutions. Bazar Meats offered immediately upon learning of the allergies.
Amazing food and service!!
Food and service awesome
OMG everything is absolutely amazing. This is our second time going to Bazaar Meats and it lived up to our expectations. If you are looking for an amazing meal while in Vegas go here. We started with the croquettes, which blew us away. Followed by the New Zealand and Australia Wagyu steaks and ended with the dessert assortment. From start to finish every bite was delicious. The only knock is that your meal will cost you a small fortune, but worth every bite.
The quality of the food and the taste was outstanding. The value and the service was average. Overall was a pleasant evening.
Excellent experience, we went here for our 34th wedding anniversary and our best man Frank joined us as well. The boys got each a smoked bourbon and the presentation was different and memorable. We will go here again on our next trip to Vegas.
A wonderful and memorable experience. Tony, our waiter, and his brother and assistant, Eric, were absolutely fabulous. They paid attention to details like no other servers we have encountered. They made our anniversary dinner memorable. We’d give them 100 stars if we could. Move over Robuchon, there is a new sheriff in town!
Amazing food and amazing service every time
Best restaurant in vegas! I definitely recommend this place.
The food, cocktails and service were amazing!! The tasting menu looked really good, but we weren't sure we were that hungry for everything. I highly recommend the Chateaubriand and the potato puree. I would say this was one of my fav dinners in Vegas.
It was my husband‘s birthday and we wanted to try this restaurant for a long time and I surprised him. I had the oysters and the 🥬 endive salad which was phenomenal. My husband had steak and potatoes. They were best I’d ever eaten. I would recommend highly great service and pleasant staff. Oh and Yummy food.
When food is art you know it will be expensive, but amazing.
Fantastic meal! Exceeded all expectations
Food was fantastic would give 5 stars but there were 2 things that kept our night less than perfect in a restaurant where my bill was 600 for two people to dine I expect great food and great service but our service was lacking the server provided great service but was to busy to attend to our table the way he should have In fine dining no single server should be responsible for more than four tables at a time but ours had 6 tables at once and one of them was a larger group of about 10 just to much for one server probably not his fault maybe just mis management and the desserts were lacking all they had for desserts were one bites cookies and cakes they were ok but I feel that this place has great potential for cool desserts
Fine dining at its best! Very pricey but you can’t take it with you! The Kobe beef had the consistency of Sashimi which was amazing and delicious! Perfect place for date night or other special occasions!
We had a great experience. We enjoyed the tasting menu with a variety of sampling’s. Our server Paula was great!
It was amazingggggggg. Best birthday dinner ever!
The food in the signature restaurants in Las Vegas is always excellent however Bazaar Meat is head and shoulders above the rest because this Chef has created a fun and engaging menu with bold flavor experiences and a warm and welcoming environment. Our service was excellent and attentive and the food was just fabulous. My son’s birthday was his lifetime favorite meal. I cannot recommend it enough.
A must to experience when in Las Vegas! My husband and I went to Bazaar Meats for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was exquisite!
Best Tartar I’ve ever had - Octopus was outstanding.
Very attentive staff with the waiter going into much detail about the offerings. He answered our questions and provided guidance on making our menu selections. The food was absolutely spectacular and attention to detail on point. Highly recommend for meat lovers.
Awesome food and atmosphere!
