Service was amazing. The steaks were obviously the focus. We all had a different steak type and shared. It was amazing! Make sure you ask waiter to give you the shirt little tour of the meats...very informational and interesting. I highly recommend getting away from the strip to enjoy this dining experience at the SLS
Annual trip to Las Vegas
Wine list WAY too expensive. The food was outstanding but expect to pay premium prices. No worries about your server. They are all terrifically trained.
So it wasn't a bad experience, pricey but not bad. I would have rather seating in the main area...seemed more festive and vibrant. Booth was uncomfortable and seats kind of low and not really meant for table dining. The steaks were excellent and so were the drinks.
It was absolutely amazing!!
So delicious. Takes your taste buds to a whole new level. My son who studied at a Culinary school recommended it. So happy we went and now will go to the Beverly hills location.
Very good, very uniques small bites and huge meats! Go hungry!!!
We were there yesterday for dinner. Our server has been very nice and accommodating! Him and his team brought in some stuff for our 9.5 month old baby to enjoy. Overall a very pleasant experience.
It’s just a shame that I don’t remember his and his teams name.
Amazing menu selection and heaven for any meat eater. Each dish ordered was beyond memorable. Splurge on the tasting menu if you can.
Absolutely amazing dining experience if you like meat(s). Cool atmosphere and a most 'visual' experience with the various carving stations situated throughout the dining area. A must go while in Vegas!
One of the best meals I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back.
I have to leave the start for awhile and it saddens me that I would get to bring friends to Bazaar monthly.
I’ll be back for sure! Keep doing an amazing job! And don’t ever let Stephanie leave! She’s amazing!
Kobe is AMAZING!! Highly recommended!
excellent food... quite pricey.... but delicious... worth the trip to SLS when in Vegas
One of the most phenomenal meals of all time! Highly recommend getting the tasting menu and enjoying this dining experience. Chris, our waiter was exceptional, and so was Eddie, the manager.
Unique and creative
Very good service and high quality ingredients. A bit warm and nosy in a dungeon like dining room. Highly recommended
This place is amazing!!! An out of this world culinary experience!!! It’s a must go place every time we are in Vegas!
Expensive but very good.. wish they had their signature drink available. But the server was excellent and service was top notch. Would definitely go again but it’s a splurge
Good food. Awesome service.
Been to Bazaar by Jose Andreas in LA and had a magnificent and fun meal. Nowhere near the experience in Vegas...grotesquely expensive for an OK meal. From the time at the bar till the end of the meal we felt cheated...but then again it’s Las Vegas.
What a great experience - especially when entertaining Clients!
It was incredible! Elias was an amazing server who took exceptional care of us.
Thought the food was ok, not as good as I expected especially for how expensive it was. Would not go back when there are so many other exceptional restaurants with much better value for the food.
Wonderful service and amazing food, pleasant environment,
The meal was amazing. If you like meat this is your place. We had a 16oz steak cooked to perfection. You could cut it with a fork.
The appetizers were unique and presented uniquely
If you can you have to go to this restaurant
Our server (Michael) transformed dining out into a memorable experience.
Our waiter was wonderful. He spent significant time with us reviewing the menu, which has several unusual aspects, and helped us choose items that suited our tastes perfectly. However, my selection, which was cooked tableside, was presented more than 10 minutes before my companion's entrée. We ate separately. At this price point that is inexcusable. My selection took only minutes to be cooked and could have easily been delayed, but wasn't. The offer of a free desert as recompense was laughable.
You will not have a better tribute to carnivores
As cliche as it sounds, eating here is truly an experience. The food is all delicious and presented in new, fun, and interesting ways that make your meal exciting. We were hungry and I was skeptical on whether the tasting menu would be enough food. We did the Jose's Way tasting menu and we were stuffed! Would definitely come back again.
Was my aunts birthday, service by Abu was great ! Food was delicious! The cold smoked oysters were awesome! As was the cotton candy foie gras.
I really wanted to like this restaurant, as my husband and I had a great experience at The Bazaar in South Beach; however Bazaar Meat really missed the mark for us. Service was slow and erratic, and the food was just OK. For the price, we expected much more. The wagyu ribeye we ordered was overcooked and chewy, not the quality that is expected for a $180 steak. Drinks were good but quite slow to arrive. We felt our server was a bit too over the top and faking his enthusiasm. There are a lot better places in Vegas to spend your money.
We were blown away by the amazing atmosphere at Bazaar Meat. As we were being led to our seats, we walked past 3 out of the 5 kitchens designed to create the many masterpieces on offer. The waiter kindly and expertly explained the menu to us, suggesting that we pick a few small dishes between the two of us while the main focus of the meal (the meat) was prepared for us.
Each of the small dishes that we ordered were amazing (we highly recommend the classic steak tartare!), however, the main course failed to delight. We ordered the highly recommended bone-in strip loin (washugyu/angus) and while this was cooked perfectly medium rare as ordered, we found the meat to be impossibly chewy and we were left with heaps of sinew that simply could not be swallowed.
Overall we would still recommend Bazaar Meat, but definitely take a second look at your meat options if you're looking for something on par with the rest of its offerings.
Been there 4 times.... will continue to go back. Simply Amazing!!
Very disappointed to see the hotel so empty, there is no ambient at all. The restaurant was basically empty and it was a friday (very busy in vegas) night. I ordered a 4 dollar desert that was the size of an M&M.
What i find about Vegas is that really great chefs have expanded their franchises and overlooked details in quality. Vegas is packed with people looking for where to eat. There will always be customers. And perhaps because of this what should be a great Jose Andres restaurant was actually a "meh" experience. From the setting to the service, you felt like you were one more body to serve and get through. Not a delicious experience (having lived in Spain i know what good meat is and this fell way short) and the setting from table dressing (none) to service were pretty basic. Not good value for money.
Best restaurant I have ever been to. I can’t wait to come back.
Food was delicious. Cocktails were great. Service was impeccable.
Only thing to say is "must try!"
It's a wonderful and amazing experience.
Top notch service and food. Our server Matt was knowledgeable and fantastic!!
