Family of 3 dined and opted for Ultimate tasting menu with a wine pairing. We switched shrimp cocktail for the smoked oyster. Meal was an amazing tour of various protein focused options, meats, seafood, etc. Was a repeat visit and plan to be back. An amazing meal but Gerardo and the sommelier put it over the top!!

Food was absolutely phenomenal. Service was friendly but perhaps they were understaffed? The spacing of the dishes (we ordered a tasting menu) was odd—sometimes long stretches between, other times 3 were brought out at almost the same time. We also had difficulty getting regular water refills. The music was very loud and raucous—while it is the norm for a casino, it seemed incongruous with what I would expect from the decor.

This place is fantastic. From the food to the service everything is top notch. Our server Tony made great recommendations and we loved everything we ordered. The restaurant itself is a little off the beat and path north strip but it’s definitely worth the trip. Highly recommend this place for dinner if you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want a tasty meal. Will absolutely be back whenever we come to Vegas again.

Having been to about every amazing restaurant in Vegas, this is my favorite. Last time, we had the ultimate tasting menu which is amazing! This time, we ordered caviar and shared a Texas waygu steak and potatoe puree. Both were outstanding, and this was probably the best steak I've ever had. (I'm from Dallas - this is high praise.) The chef added in asparagus and some dessert without charging since they wanted to complete the meal for us. We will make this a regular place for our future trips.

For a high end steakhouse, I was surprised by how low quality the service was and how they messed up our order multiple times. I ordered the steak medium rare and my friend ordered the lamb medium. They made my steak medium and my friends lamb medium rare. Side dishes were good but nothing extraordinary. Usually someone at the steakhouse comes by to make sure everything is going well and no one did that. My water cup was constantly empty which shows they weren’t very attentive to our table. The ambiance was very nice and the quality of food was average. Overall I wouldn’t come back again.

Outstanding meal! We had the Jose's Way Tasting menu - every course was delicious. The service was professional but very friendly. Our main server was Sunday and he was excellent and everyone who assisted was just as good. The atmosphere was terrific and getting to see into the kitchens made for a great experience!
