   Elias and Eduardo were incredible. The experience was top notch and the service was out of this world. They have the best steak I’ve had in recent memory and it’s 100% my favorite spot in Vegas.

   One of the best restaurants we have ate in. Everything from customer service to the attention given to us by our waiter was of the highest standard. The food and wine were exceptional along with the setting. I have sadly forgotten the name of our waiter but he was one of the best in the business. Thanks again.

   We visited Bazaar Meat Las Vegas for my birthday dinner. Our reservation was late at the last seating at 9:30 however we arrived early and were able to get seated early. This is likely due to it being a Sunday evening. This meal was hand down the best of my life! I love good food, love cooking and experiences, and Bazaar Meat did not disappoint! Not only was the food fantastic, the service was exceptional. We started with the beef Tartare and that is a must. Please don't miss this mixed tableside! The patatas and croquettes appetizers were uterly delicious and were brought in place of the A5 "cheese steak" that was out for the day. While sad we missed that bite, we were not let down. We then had a bone-in ribeye that was slow smoked and seared to finish a perfect Mid-Rare. The steak was consistently cooked throughout and each bite was flavorful. The whipped potatoes were more butter than potato and I wouldn't want it any other way! The hazelnut and almond pesto that accompanied the asparagus was smokey and gave just the right texture. To finish the meal, our server brought assorted desserts on the house for my birthday celebration. It was exactly the right sweet but not too sweet finish. I loved the chocolate ganache and peanut brittle tarte and the PB&J cookie. I cannot thank the staff and chefs at Bazaar Meat enough for making my day special and absolutely over the top. We will go here again and again when in Vegas and recommend it to all our friends!!! Please tell our server Gerard thank you a million times. We had spent the entire day in the hospital with my husband, and when I thought my birthday was a loss, he made everything perfect and saved the day!

    Dining at Bazaar Meat was one of the most exquisite experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, everything—from the décor of the hotel to the ambiance of the restaurant—was an easy 10 out of 10. Our server, Gerardo Avalos, was phenomenal. He took the time to personally welcome us, explain the menu, and guide us through an unforgettable culinary experience. As someone who understands the restaurant industry, I was blown away by how gracefully he handled the evening, even with a full house. You’d never guess he had other tables—his attentiveness made us feel like the only guests in the room. Our table attendant, Lennon, was also incredible. He kept our water glasses full, ensured our table was spotless, and provided seamless service throughout the night. The food? Immaculate. Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and worth every bite. They made our 10-year anniversary one we will never forget. Thank you for making it so special! I would absolutely recommend Bazaar Meat at the Sahara Las Vegas—10/10 across the board.
