Bazaar Meat by José Andrés - Sahara Las Vegas

Meats (we had a rib eye and the A5 Kobe) both cooked properly and top notch - appetizers were also very good. Service was inattentive at best - and both the potato sides were way too salty ( and I love salt) Limited wine/beer selection. I know this is supposed to be "an experience" but I'm sorry 3 hours is way too long to sit for dinner - and we didn't even want to order dessert because it would have been so much longer.........all in all I would not go back.
We heard about how wonderful Bazaar Meats is from a lot of our friends. We were excited to try it. The start was great! Server took drink and appetizer orders. We waited 20 minutes for the drinks and over 40 minutes for one of the appetizers and another 10 for the other appetizer. Which were very small for the price. The server came back a half hour later to take our food order. He went through the menu very thoroughly. We gave our orders. We saw him over an hour later with a portion of our order. The rest came about 20 minutes later. I only had water at the start, but through dinner, he never offered me a cocktail. I had to flag him down to order. The water server paid more attention to us than our waiter did, except for the time when my water glass sat empty for over 10 minutes. For as much as we were pumped up for Bazaar Meats, we were VERY let down.
Service was better than the food unfortunately. Drinks were very good. Steak tartar was average. Steak was a huge letdown. Good, not great. Carrot side dish was incredibly salt and was sent back. Aged steak sandwich was bad, sent back. Mashed Potatoes were incredible. Overall a huge letdown. Would not go back.
Consistently for four years in a row, my favorite LV restaurant! Amazing food and service! I am still salivating over the Uni Toast and the lamb chops!
I don't like being negative, but I won't be returning or recommending this restaurant. It was recommended to me, so maybe it was an "off" night. The food was just ok. Steak was good, but served a bit chilled in the center, which I did not care for. The server was kind enough to take it back and warm it up, but it wasn't the same. Even the appetizers were barely warm, which made them a disappointment as well.
In town visiting family and couldn’t resist trying this place!
Chef Jose Andres never disappoints with his restaurants. And he didn't with Sahara's Bazaar! So good! The drinks were crazy and delicious! Service was perfect!
It was my birthday celebration and I was made feel very special by EVERYONE
Had a 2 1/2 pound American wagyu ribeye and it was absolutely unreal.
Great food, great service
Food was phenomenal; our server Elias was amazing.
Everything was wonderful!
Booked Thanksgiving away this year and decided on V
I loved the thanksgiving meal. Everything was delicious
It was excellent from start to finish
Amazing food, but still over priced.
It was all very nice, but for the prices, I would have expected more. The service was slow to start - we both went to the bathroom and waited at our table a while before even getting a drink menu.
The food was good and interesting to try, but I expected a bit more for the prices.
Still fun to try and experience!
Overall an excellent experience. The food was excellent. Our server was also fantastic and made great recommendations. Highly recommend it!
The beef was extremely good. Consomme was just a tad too salty.
We had a great meal. Forgot to tell front desk we had a reservation.
One of the best meals my group had ever experienced!!!! Please open one in the U.K.
Outstanding in every way.
Subpar for a steakhouse. Subpar molecular gastronomic experience at this price point. Disappointed.
The food was delicious and innovative. The service was great. A bit pricey but well worth it. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Vegas. I feel like I need to try everything on the menu!
Steak was excellent but rather pricey. Sides were hit and miss. Brussel sprouts under seasoned but cotton candy wrapped foie gras was phenomenal.
This was an excellent meal. The only issue was the table the host put us at. It was right next to (within 12 inches) to a flip/flop door which was heavily used by the staff. Not to the kitchen but fir other things. This was a bummer.
First time and an amazing experience. So many incredible food options it was hard to choose. The waiter was very helpful and even offered to create a custom menu for us. The decor and environment was a fun experience. Highly recommend and worth the price.
I ordered the lobster which was excellent. My boyfriend had the lamb which was also good. Loved the cauliflower steaks, steak fries and mojitos. Overall a great experience will definitely be returning.
Best meal I've ever had. I wish I could bottle the experience!
Spectacular food every time we go there it is awesome
The team at Bazaar meat does it again, so many reasons why this is my favorite restaurant in vegas, not a single interaction or bite of food that’s anything less than perfection !!!
Thanks for everything
This the most amazing dining experience . Food , presentation , service was by far the absolute best!!!!
Staff was excellent. Sommelier and his assistant were very knowledgeable.
Noise reached a level of uncomfortable and made us leave before having an after-dinner drink. Realize it was very busy but we would have liked it a bit less "energetic".
A bit underwhelmed. Pre-ordered 1/4 suckling pig for $160. They presented it to us but then took it back to carve it. Result was a small plate of average-tasting pork. Thought it would be carved table side and expected juicer, richer flavors than we got. This was our “special dinner” during our trip. Wish we’d ordered off the menu and ordered steaks. Disappointed.
Food was outstanding. Our server was extremely helpful with recommendations and was spot on. Can’t wait to come back.
Ordered the tasting menu. Very interesting tastes. The steak and the 4 year ham was by far the best. The service was good but sporadic. The recommended wine by the glass was disappointing. The smokey old fashion was worth it. Very different and tasty. I would probably go ala carte the next time. There are very tasty looking selections. I would rate the experience a 8.5-9. They could do better but it is a great night. Bring your points credit card...you will get a lot of them!
The Jose’s Way Tasting menu was absolutely perfect! Exceptional customer service.
One of the best meals we have ever had!! Amazing knowledgeable servers. We highly suggest the Rosewood sirloin on the open coal grill. Amazing.
