This was one of the best meals I've ever had. The hostess had a bit of a misstep and overlooked our reservation (which just meant we had another 15 minutes at the bar...not a problem at all), but otherwise, the service was perfect and the food was even better! Gets my highest recommendation - don't miss it!

Service was horrible, food was decent but not even close to being worth the price. Extremely disappointed. Went for a bachelor party with 9 guys with intent to order a ton of food. Didn’t receive half of what we ordered, spoke to the manager and got some of the worst complimentary desert I’ve ever had. Hate to be so brutal but it really was a disappointment!

A birthday celebration. In Las Vegas for 3 nights and may go back again this visit. Tomato tartar is an absolute MUST. I don't like tomatoes but THIS!!! OMG. Extensive wine list and amazing cocktails.

Very smoky and unpleasant interior... my wife couldn’t wear the dress she had that night any more...
Food was amazing

This is the best restaurant on the strip. Period. Everything is prepared beautifully and tastes better than it looks. Don’t miss the chance to eat here!

While the meal was overall very relaxing and enjoyable, the best part was the vegetables, while the meats were subpar. We ordered a steak and the lamb, the lamb was lacking in salt, and the steak was perfectly cooked, but I have prepared better for myself at my home. The carpaccio was amazing as was the piquillo peppers peppers! So was the tomato salad (which was only tomatoes and incredibly flavorful). Overall, I would go back and order a lot of vegetables, and raw meats, and stay away from the cooked meats.

Truly the best meal ever. The service was extraordinary. The food was impeccable: classic tartare, wagyu ribeye, patatas bravas. Do yourself a favor and GO!

First - The wine guys were FABULOUS!!! I created my own tasting menu and enjoyed the flavors. My husband ordered the Ribeye, but was a bit disappointed. It was clear that they didn’t let it rest before cutting...such a shame!

Amazing! I'm in the Business, and I can tell you that the compelling dishes at Bazaar will impress you. Patrick, my server and Lou, the resident Som served up a meal of memories. I enjoyed the chef's 16 course Tasting menu and all that I can say is Wow! These food and wine pairings soared...perhaps even shocking! The meat dishes were spectacular and delicious, but the Uni must have been plucked from its shell a la minute just prior to serving. Fresh is an understatement. Thank you for my Foodie experience of a lifetime!

Our group of 6 had three 36oz Ribeyes and they were one of the best I’ve ever had-tender, delicious and perfectly cooked! A bit pricey but well worth the $$$

We were nervous about coming here because we aren't super adventurous eaters. After reading other reviews though we decided to venture out of our comfort zone. SO GLAD we did that! This was BY FAR the best eating experience we've had. We even tried things we would not order regularly like the cotton candy foie gras which did not disappoint! Everything here was top notch, from service to atmosphere to food. Worth every penny :).

We had a good experience at Bazaar meat. Great atmosphere, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. Our server was very helpful with the menu, since it is overwhelming and somewhat complicated, with too many options (not particularly a bad thing). We had suckling pig (crispy skin, tender meat), seafood, lamb, and many cool appetizers. The food was delicious! We were also treated with a tray of desserts, since we were celebrating a birthday. The price is high for the food you get, $160 for a small portion of pork meat with just a side of lettuce salad, is in my opinion high price, even compared to other high end restaurants on the Las Vegas strip. But a very good experience overall!

This is our second visit to Bazaar Meat. We loved it so much the first visit we came back for a second. Unfortunately, while the food is still delicious the service was awful! We sat with empty drinks for the majority of our dinner and our server rarely returned. The crowd next to us complained bc it was so poor. I hope the service changes because this steakhouse beats the rest.

Ambiance to me is as important as the food and service when spending a significant amount on a dining experience, Bazaar Meat delivers on all three! My wife and I had a most memorable experience to celebrate our Anniversary.

Fantastic presentation and food was great! All of the suggestions from the waiter was on point! It’s a little dark to read the menu but other than that and looking a little odd using our cellphone flashlight so we could see, we will definitely be back again.

The ambiance and food was outstanding. Our server was very patient with getting the group of 14 to agree to how to order then the gastronomic trip began. From beginning to end it was fun, delicious and everyone was more than pleased with their experience.

I'm not certain Bazaar Meats is for everyone but if you understand it is a tapas menu with some unusual but VERY delicious offerings, Bazaar Meats is a fabulous place to dine. The waiters thoroughly explain the extensive menu and the tasting menus. We will return for dinner very soon. Our waiter, Can, was wonderful and service was perfect! Thanks Jose Andres...you're a genius

I always enjoy my visits to Bazaar Meat. When you go I recommend having the waiter recommend a sampling. I typically go do not use the standard sampling menus. Be prepared to spend $200+ per person, and the wines are very expensive.

Pork Cheek was great, Vaca Vieja was definitely special as the meat flavor was so intense. However the steak was a little overcooked on the edge. There's wasn't too many veggie sidedish option and they were a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Solid staff (other than awful hostesses), but the chef is a fraud. Poorly designed dishes throughout. A waste of quality meat. If this is the best place in Vegas I'll stick to Taco Bell Cantina, which was pretty decent.

Ordered one of the tasting menus $185 (per person) .I like my meat medium with little pink. Seeing the huge thick steaks in the display counter I asked the waiter if asking for on a thick steak medium would be more like medium rare. He suggested medium well.
I did not know the steak was thin so it was a bit overcooked.
The cotton candy foie gras , smoked mussels , salmon roe, and dessert cakes were good . The olives and jamon were disappointing
It’s LV so way overpriced
