We had the best dining experience ever! Thank you very much everything was great!
I love this place it’s my go to place in Vegas
Outstanding service and amazing cuts.
Love this place. The leftovers are great for breakfast this morning the potatoes were delicious after I heated them up for 30 seconds the microwave and steak was excellent and scrambled eggs
Amazing food, presentation and service
Great option if you want real Japanese Wagyu and Kobe.
I ALWAYS LOVE EATING HERE! I love to take new friends and order all the best bites. You will spend around $150 pp if you order a few drinks but it’s worth it. Must orders: Caviar Cones (not on menu), smoky oysters, Foi Lollypops, croquet balls, and any meat. My go to drink is their Salt Air Margarita. Only negative on this visit was it got extremely smokey from the kitchen. My friend had to keep putting drops in her eyes. We ended up ordering desert to-go and then left it on the table. SUPER BUMBED about it. Can you mail it to Los Angeles please!
The service was attentive, professional and personable, with the highlight of the evening being the food! Each bite was unique, creative and delicious, and the combination of flavors very pleasantly surprising. My daughter-in-law made the comment that she would never forget this meal and how fabulous it was. A must when you’re in Vegas!
Nuestro restaurante favorito en Las Vegas. Definitivamente el cheff José Andrés se anoto un 10 como siempre. No hay falla, espectacular.
The food was amazing because the sourcing of the food was amazing. While I thought I would be intimidated by a "fancy" restaurant, the atmosphere was approachable and sociable. And the service was beyond reproach, from the host to the manager who checked in with us to our server who was personable and a great guide through the menu. I highly recommend this experience!
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had
Food was amazing and service was spectacular
I am not one to exaggerate and seldom deal in hyperbole...but when I say that this is easily in the top 3 dining experiences of my entire life, I assure you it is genuine.
The experience begins before you even arrive at your table, when you feel the heat of a live fire as you pass the open grill en route to the dining room. We were immediately greeted by Eric, our culinary guide for the evening, who perfectly blended casual conversation and humor with the elite service and professionalism one would expect at such a venue.
After hitting the nail squarely on the head with beverage recommendations (including my completely unhelpful suggestion of "something with bourbon in it"), Eric returned to find our duo suffering from decision paralysis. While the dishes comprising all three (!!) of the tasting menu options seemed thoughtfully selected, there were more adventurous options we hoped to try that were not part of the tastings. Eric took this in stride, and with a simple "don't worry, I got ya", whisked away our menus and confidently strode off to begin our odyssey.
What followed was a perfectly timed curation of dishes -- some no more than a bite or two -- spanning multiple continents, cuisines, proteins, and techniques (including ohmi beef, fired tableside on a blazing hot stone). From the signature offerings (kobe airbread, cotton candy foie) to some exceptional "deep tracks" (geoduck, uni bread), our palates delighted in flavors both familiar and exotic, without a single misstep along the way.
Following no fewer than six introductory dishes, the main event arrived. A perfectly charred, expertly carved and presented, 2lb bone-in ribeye, designed for sharing. This was one serious steak, and the dishes that preceded it only served to awaken our appetites rather than bog them down before the main course.
Needless to say, this is not an ideal destination for everyday dining. But for a special occasion, this is one special meal.
Just ask for Eric.
Seriously, we are in a food coma now. Real food adventure with the Tasting menu, Jose's Way. Everything from pork skins, to multiple tartar, tiny tasty dishes, oysters, meat sticks, amazing ribeye steak, asparagus, brussel sprouts, the most amazingly creamy potatoes, and some famcy desserts.....truly recommend trying this place.
Everything was spectacular. We went for a business dinner with six people and absolutely everything was perfect. We ordered the tasting menu and spent the next 4 hours being delighted at every turn. Definitely going back to this place.
Little pricey but greasy tasting
Amazing! Let them be your guide. You won’t be disappointed. :)
Amazing food. Steaks to die for and the foire gras & cotton candy is immense!
Always a culinary experience. Exceptional meal.
Excellent service and food! This was a meal to remember.
Bazaar Meats has always been our go to when we come to Vegas; typically twice a year. We always start with the chicharrones, which are always excellent and 2lbs of the Rosewood Farm. Other than that, we order what sounds good at that particular visit. This time around, we ordered the lamb chops, skirt steak and two Delmonico potatoes. Except for one of the potatoes, which the other seemed like it was not cooked long enough, everything was cold. IMO, this was probably due to our waiter. We came in a little under dressed, but he didn't seem very pleased to be serving us and our food probably sat for a while. All of our previous visits to Bazaar Meats have been fantastic; Lou and Natalie were our go to waiters, but were not available or no longer worked there, but this visit was a definite downer! For the $$$$ spent, i expect much much more. Vegas has no shortage of worthy restaurants, perhaps it's time to give another facility a shot!
Like always the best
The overall experience was great. The restaurant incorporates table side service with many items. Food quality was ok... Very good but nothing mind blowing.
The experience is great
Food quality delicious
La comida no me pareció excelente
Pedimos una ensalada que traía sunflower seeds q estaban rancias .
Our server and food was amazing! The location is questionable. It’s odd having such a nice restaurant at a low budget hotel.
My husband have been hunting for the best dried age steakhouse and this is it. Most steakhouses only offer 28 days dry age while they offer 38. 28 days is when the proteins start to break down and develop a deeper flavor, so stopping at 28 is kind of useless. I rather pay extra for 30+. Our bill came out to $370 or $185 a person but well worth it.
I didn’t give 5 stars because of the location and service. When you pay over $100 a person, I expect high attention to details. We had to ask for our drinks to be refilled a few times causing to me lower my rating. Gordon Ramsey’s steakhouse is cheaper, amazing food, far busier and our drinks were refilled at the half way point. This isn’t a ding against our server. He was amazing and was checked in on us every 10 minutes.
My boyfriend is a Carnivore and I am a Vegan - and we were both thrilled with the quality of the food!
Just ok. The menu was very hard to navigate and the food was just ok.
Fantastic meal! The food was amazing and service was very special!!!
Strange entrance. Ambience was odd.
Nice restaurant, very expensive, the steak was amazing but some of
Over the Top! The most excellent meat and preparation anywhere we have traveled.
The decor is intriguing and whimsical, the wood grilling in progress is such a delightful earthly scent.
Thank you Jose Andreas and Bazaar Meat ‼️
It’s a hefty bill but worth every cent. Wonderful food
Summer holiday with family
The menu is rich with options and with service to match. I would highly recommend Bazaar Meats to anyone who loves food and a great experience.
Awesome. Don’t miss it. Truly a world class meat restaurant. Note I don’t say steak house because this restaurant goes way beyond the offerings of a steakhouse.
I have dined in almost every country of the world so take my world class statement above with the commensurate weight my experience affords it.
Food was to die for and the service was great (our waiter Joe and our sommelier were amazing!!)
I’ve done the meat bar 3 times previously and the experience was much more interactive and informative. This time not so much - Very disappointing given this is generally the reason I take people here.
The dinner itself and service there was exceptional as always.
I do expect however better service at the meat bar.
Tasting menu was outstanding. One of the most memorable dining experiences I've had.
